+ -1 moreThis is as close as I have ever come to enjoying spending money that I did not want to spend.Theresa was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. No pressure to buy or "upselling". A pleasure to deal with.Her brother David does the tear down and installations. I wasn't home on the day the old gutters were removed. The only indication that they had come was that the gutters were gone. The yard was spotless. The installation is perfect and, again, no mess of any kind.I would recommend Rain Mizer to my grandmother and all her friends.

They are professional, and high quality. From the first phone call, they are receptive to the needs of the customer. Theresa came to our home, evaluated what we needed to improve the drainage issues, and wrote up a installation proposal, which we accepted. The installation crew arrived when we were told they would come. They demonstrated professionalism and we feel we have quality gutters at a reasnable price. We recommend them highly!
Description of Work: Rain Mizer installed 6" K-style aluminum gutter system on both sides of our house (1200 feet). They tied into existing flashing installation. They installed extra downspouts to work around the air conditioners.

Description of Work: Had old gutters on the back of house replaced. Removal of old gutter revealed that fascia board and drip board needed to be replaced. Theresa gave me the name of a handyman that she had previous experience with. I contacted the handyman,Steven Coleman, and he performed the needed replacement of fascia,etc. and did an excellent job. New gutters were then installed in a timely and professional manner.

+ -1 moreTheresa was great about listening to where we were having problems with rain gushing off the roof during the slightest rain. She explained where gutters and downspouts needed to go and why. She didn't try to gutter the whole house, just where it would make a difference in exiting and entering the house and drainage. Her brother and assistant arrived on time 3 days later for installation. They were professional, quick and neat. Later that afternoon we had a big rainfall. The gutters worked perfectly. Theresa called the next day to check on the job and reminded me about the guarantee. I'm perfectly satisfied. Thanks y'all!

+ -1 moreI needed gutters installed on my house and called Rain Mizer for an estimate. Theresa came out and did all the measurements and gave me an estimate. I realized upon inspection that I needed to have my fascia boards replaced and once that was done, Theresa came back out and did a final review to see if any changes needed to be made following the work I had had done. We agreed on an installation date and the guys showed up on time and did a great job. They even installed a water barrel for me. I'm absolutely thrilled with the work they did. I would recommend these guys to anyone with no reservations whatsoever.

+ -1 moreTheresa came to give us a bid on March 19th. She was very friendly and professional. She estimated a start date of April 3rd and they were able to keep that date. Rodney and his assistant performed the work in a very timely manner. When my husband got home from work he said he could not tell they had even been here except that there were new gutters on the house. We sure appreciated their attention to detail both with the installation and cleanup. Frankly we did not submit this until now because there has not been much rain and we wanted to see how the gutters performed.
Description of Work: Builder only installed 4"gutters on the front of the house. . We wanted gutters all around the house. Rain Mizer took off the existing gutters and installed 6" gutters and eight downspouts.

+ -1 moreRain Mizer removed all the old gutters from our home and, because we wanted to paint before the new gutters were installed, scheduled their installation of the new gutters around our painting schedule. We have a very steep pitch on our roof and several huge trees in the yard and they recommended that we have slightly larger gutters installed with a wire mesh covering over the top to prevent leaves from clogging the gutters, a problem that we have had in the past. Communication and workmanship were both excellent and the finished gutters are very attractive as well as functional. I would highly recommend this company!

We called RainMizer several days later to accept the bid. Theresa scheduled the removal of the old gutters and the installation of the new gutters on two separate days. On both days RainMizer showed up when scheduled. They were professional and the work done was excellent. It is very refreshing to do business with a company where customer service is obviously the highest priority. I would definitely use RainMizer again and I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I would definitely recommend Rain Mizer ! I e-mailed them to get an estimate to replace our gutters. Theresa was very quick to respond & schedule an appt. I was pleasantly surprised how soon she could come out considering it was spring break. She was prompt, professional & very knowledgeable. We received an estimate for the work via e-mail within a day of the appt. It's a family owned and operated company. Her brother was also very prompt, courteous & professional on the day of installation. Theresa was very patient with all the questions I e-mailed her. There was a miscommunication about the size gutters that arrived vs what we decided on but they were very eager to accommodate us & very quick to communicate with us to solve the problem. We decided to keep what was delivered and we are very happy with the installation. We ended up spending a little less than the original quote due to the difference in price from the original gutter size to what was actually installed. I was very pleased with Rain Mizer & the entire process. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to my neighbors.

+ -1 moreWe called to get an estimate to add a gutter on to the back of a pergola an an additional down spout. We were not able to have anyone come out immediately - seemed to be a back log of sorts. We did get someone to come out a week after our call and was given an estimate on the spot and even picked out the colors etc. It took another week or so to get them to come out and install (we had a small job so we were being squeezed into the schedule). Nonetheless - it all worked out and the guys came out and installed exactly what we requested. All is good in our pergola world.

+ -1 moreEverything went off without any major hitches. They showed up when it was scheduled and the work was impeccable and since we'be experienced some very heavy rains as of late, we have seen that everything is working properly.
Description of Work: About a year ago we had Rain Mizer come out and give us an estimate on the work we wanted done - gutters all around the house, the whole nine yards. We were not able to move on that work at that time, but reached out to them a year later. In the meantime we had lost our estimate but Theresa came out again to re-do the drawing and best of all, she honored the estimate from over a year ago. We were quite pleased and pleasantly surprised.

The crew of two arrived on time and they reviewed the work to be performed prior to starting. The work was performed in a short time and with minimal distractions around my home. The materials are of high quality and perform perfectly with regards to handling the rain. The crew was very professional. I would without hesitation recommend them to friend or family.

+ -1 moreI emailed to get an appointment for an estamate. I had a phone call from the owner within a couple of hours and set the appointment. The owner was putctual for the appointment and she did an estamate, included the Angie's list discount and we agreed on the price and a tear-off date for the old gutters with installation of the new ones the following day. She did say that the date could be effected by weather and it did turn out that there was a one day delay. The work crews were there when they specified and did the tear-off and disposal with little disturbance. The next day, the installation crew was on time and completed the work and cleaned up by the late afternoon, all without problems. They were considerate of their noise, my pets and the workmanship was exelent. I am very pleased with my result and my choice of Rain Mizer was a good one.
Description of Work: They totally repalced all of the gutters and downspouts on my home with new seamless aluminum, oversized with leaf screens.

She explained everything thoroughly and gave me three options for gutter screens, not recommending the highest price ones because I don't have pine trees. I was impressed with her integrity as well as her clearly being on top of things. She kept me informed throughout and returned phone calls promptly. This is the way all businesses should be, but unfortunately many are not. I am very happy with my new gutters and screens and would highly recommend this company.
