They arrived ontime and completed the job in less than a hour. I was very happy with the quality of their work. The gutter color matches my house and the part that goes into the groud looks much better.

We called and they came out promptly to give an estimate. We approved the work and they started right away.

Company responded immediately to request for estimate for gutter guards. I was advised to contact window providers for some concerns I thought were gutter problems. We decided on guards for gutters across back of residence. The guards were installed quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone. Lynn M.

I chose RainMizer because of the positive reviews I found on Angie's List. Theresa, one of the owners, came out to provide the estimate and to explain how the work would proceed. A date was set and the team showed up on time. The installation took several hours. The supervisor was present the entire job, the workers were skilled and focused on doing a good job. When the installation was complete, the supervisor explained the construction, tips for maintaining the gutter system, and invited us to call if anything else was needed. The clean up was perfect!! Not a scrap was left behind. Several days later Theresa telephoned to ask if we were satisfied with the job. Overall, we have never worked with a company that we liked better and we are completely satisfied with the installation.

A saleslady came out to draw a plan of where the gutters would be installed and where the downspouts would be located. She was very helpful in explaining her thought process for locating the downspouts and was receptive my input/preferences. There were several colors from which to choose and one was a match for the existing gutters. She then calculated the price for the work. We decided to go with Rain Mizer and she set up an installation appointment . The installer showed up on time and installed the gutters and downspouts per the plan. We've had several heavy rains since the installation and we're very pleased with the gutters. Working with Rain Mizer couldn't have been any easier!

Requested a quote thru email on the Rainmizer site. Theresa called and agreed to do an assesment and provide a quote the next day. Quote was provided with a couple of options I would not have thought of but definitely needed. Work was detailed on an installation proposal. Work was completed on time and without disturbing any of the newly planted landscaping in the area. The color they selected to match my paint looked as if it had been custom painted. A perfect match. This was a good experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Rainmizer.

The salesman was very personable when he came out and explained in detail what would be done. He took measurements of the house, then made recommendations on how many downspouts and the sizing needed for the gutters. His recommendations were fairly in line with the other bids we received and what we had in mind. I had to change the gutter color at the last minute because after the house was painted (the week before gutter installation) the new paint color was slightly different from the sample. Rain Mizer said this wasn't a problem at all and the new color went up. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They got right to work and by the end of the day the gutters were up along with the downspouts and gutter covers. These gutters were installed just before the awful drought last summer so they did not see much use for a long while. Then the incredibly wet year we've had hit. I noticed during a downpour that the front of the house had water gushing over the edge of the roof instead of draining through the gutters as it was supposed to. I had noticed some pine needles stuck in the gutter guard so I though that may be it and got the ladder out to clean those off. While I was up there it turned out that there was actually a 4 or 5 foot section of the gutter guard missing and leaves and debris had of course collected in that gap. I called gutter guard (this is nearly a year after installation) to tell them about this problem. They were appalled and sent someone right away to fix the issue with no hassle whatsoever. I was extremely impressed with this level of service.

When I first spoke to Theresa on the phone I explained the concerns I was having with water ponding behind my bedroom window & on the right side of the front porch & that the house had some gutters, but they did not seem to be working properly. We set a date & time for her to come to the house to actually see what I was talking about. After viewing the property & listening to my concerns, she presented me with Rain Mizer's installation proposal which was a drawing of where the gutters & flex tubes would be placed around the house, & how much the installation would cost depending on how much I wanted to have done & whether or not I wanted to have screens over the gutters. We set a date for the installation. David & his helper were efficient & neat, & David did not seem to mind my asking several questions while he worked. I was very impressed with Theresa's professionalism & knowledge, & she was very easy to talk to. She was also very persistent about contacting me when I hadn't responded to her email/phone call. I would certainly recommend Rain Mizer if you want a job well done.

Rodney was able to come out quickly and met me on my schedule to give an estimate and proposal on the spot. I had also contacted two other major gutter companies listed on Angies List. Both other companies came out seperately to give an estimate. One was almost twice as much as Rain Mizer; and the other would never get back with me. So I chose Rain Mizer and I'm glad that I did. Thresea set up the installation schedule; but when the old gutters were removed it was discovered that additionally rotten wood would have to be replaced first. She recommended someone that could do that work soon and when completed they were still able to meet the original installation date for the new gutters. The new gutters look great and work very well. I would definately recomment Rain Mizer.

Needed Gutter cleaning. Called many times and always got Thresa's voice on the answering machine. Always left a number to call back with a description of service required. Never returned call.

The service & professionalism of this company is very good. The workmanship is exceptional. The price may be on the high side but it was acceptable. Will definitely use again. Do not hesitate in giving this company a call for a free estimate.

Rodney with Rain Mizer came out very quickly to provide an estimate for a new downspout for a recently built covered patio. He came back as promised on the scheduled day to do the work. He did a great job and completed the job without any issues. I also showed him another gutter that was backing up and asked him to replace the gutter and downspout. He came back the next day to take care of that for me. I would highly recommend Rain Mizer again. Rodney was very professional and courteous and went above and beyond.

I saw very good reviews about Theresa, so called her and left her a message for price quote. I have been calling her a number of times on multiple days but still cannot get hold with her. Then I left inquiry message on her company website, which says that I should be contacted within 24 hours. Very true, Theresa called me the other day and set up a time for free estimate. She must be very busy going out to do estimate for customers, that's why I cannot get hold with her previously. She was very on time for estimate, she basically performed the walk-through of the house without our presence (we were in the house at that time dealing with another contractor). She was so efficient to lay down the suggested work in drawing and give us a quote. Actually before Theresa's quote, we got another quote from another contractor, their suggested solutions are pretty much the same but Theresa's price is lower. Also, the materials or design, that the other contractor pinpointed to be very distinctive and bang-for-the-buck, is seen to be very standard and basic for nowadays gutter installation by Theresa; she did not even bother to "hard sell" those components/structure. On the scheduled installation day, Theresa's brother & his crew showed up on time and finished up the entire project within promised time frame. There's no rain since the installation day, so it's sad that the newly installed gutter system hasn't been put under test (^_^). But I have confidence in Rain Mizer that their work will stay firm after storm.

Company representative arrived on time to give estimate of the cost to install gutters around perimeter of the roof. One small strip of old gutter needed to be removed. Location of down spouts was discussed and agreed upon. Color samples were compared with wall and sofit colors and a color choice was made. All of this was done so the estimate would be complete. After the call to confirm the order, an installation time agreed upon. The installers arrived on time in a vehicle which was equiped to extrude the gutters. They first removed an old strip of gutter on one side of house and, starting with the garage, began making and installing new gutters. The downspouts were put exactly where we had decided previously and all trash and small pieces of metal were picked up and disposed of. The job took almost five hours. Upon completion, installers invited me outside to view the installation and see if all was well. The new gutters are covered so no debris will fall into them and clog them up. Installers were careful with placement of ladders to avoid damaging landscape plantings and pots on patio. Later that afternoon, the original company representative that gave the estimate came by to check that I was satisfied with the job. Following the first heavy rain after installation, I confirmed that they are working well and direct the water away from the house and especially the entryways.

The whole experience was great!! Theresa was very responsive on my estimate and worked with me on the install date. She did not pressure me on anything and told me what they could do and asked what worked best for us. The install was fast and the end result is great. She even stopped by and walked the house with me to make sure I was satisfied. Here husband ran the team that did the install and was on time and I could do not believe they installed my whole house in 4 hours stopping once for rain. They are a great company and recommend them whole heartedly.

Everyone I dealt with at Rain Mizer was extremely nice and helpful. They were by far the most affordable of all the places to quote the work. They did a wonderful and speedy job!

They have a very friendly feel about the company but they do a very professional job. The estimate was easy to understand. The installation was done quickly and needed no follow-up. I may have another need for a short gutter/downspout off the back porch and I will definitely use Rain Mizer if I do.

The entire experience was GREAT with Rain Mizer. Theresa really surprised me from day one when I called to ask for an estimate. I called on a Friday and got a voicemail that said that they would return the following week and return my call then. Not even 2 hours later, that same day, I had a call back and an appointment scheduled. Theresa showed up right on time and I was impressed with how easy it was to deal with her - not the typical salesperson. Never tried to up-sell, was very pleasant and I had a written estimate before she left. Their prices were right in line with the other estimates I received but I felt more comfortable from the get-go with Rain Mizer. Theresa called me the day before to make sure that I remembered the installation date and the crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. When I got home I almost drove by my own house because it looked so much different - definitely a lot better. I can't wait for it to rain now because I don't have to worry about my gutters falling anymore!

I called on Wednesday and got an appointment for that next Friday. Rodney showed up on time with a helper. They were very professional and listened to my concerns. Rodney inspected the gutter area and was able to spot the problem right away. The fact that he did not charge for the trip was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend Rodney and his company for gutter work and plan to use them when we need to have ours replaced!

I contacted this company a second time. Again, no one answers the phone and I left a message. 5 hours later I still have not heard from them. I called again, and again I got their recorder. I do not feel comfortable dealing with a company that only returns recorded messages and apparently never has anyone answering the phone.

Theresa was very responsive from the estimate to scheduling to follow-up. David and his crew arrived on time, finished on time, and cleaned up everything completely. I've never worked with any residential contractor that was this easy to work with from start to finish. I'd recommend them to anybody.

They were very courteous and professional. They use large downspouts and matched the house colors very well. The installers were very knowledgeable about their work.
