They were very professional and friendly. They did a good job. The price was excellent. There were a couple of discrepancies after the job was completed and I called them and they were more than happy to come out and fix them.

I was very pleased with the quality of the gutters and how well they matched the trim paint. It was family run and I appreciated the care given to the exterior or my home. They followed up with a visit later to make sure everything was working well.

Theresa came out and gave the estimate. She was informative and friendly. The next week, they came out and took the gutters down. They did not just yank them down. They took the time to take them down without destroying anything. Theresa helped me find a contractor to fix rotted wood. The week after that, the guys came out and took the time to install the new gutters. When I had a question about one section, they made sure everything was correct and worked properly. It looks and works fantastically!

Working with this company was a pleasant experience. Theresa was a joy to work with. I like the fact that this is a family owned and operated business. We had just moved in a 10 yr. old fixer upper. Theresa recommended using regular screens on most of the house and the more expensive pine needle screens only where needed, which helped keep the cost down. The gutters are working great and our drainage is no longer a problem. I highly recommend this company.

The work was great. He worked with us on the price. The owner himself comes out. Very responsive through email and phone. We did not have to be there for it. They actually forgot something they said they would do and came out the next day to fix it. Very nice, pleasant and easy to deal with.

They were prompt and did a decent job. I have used them twice in the past.

Theresa was quick to respond to emails and came out to give us an estimate very quickly. During the estimate she was very honest and did not try to up-sell us on the advanced screen covers, telling us that it was not needed and was not worth the investment. In the end, we did go with a 6' gutter due to the volume of water we get during Texas downpours. We priced this with their national competitor, who sells patented one piece covered gutters and Rain Mizer came in at 1/3 the price. Rain Mizer is a few weeks out on installs, but squeezed us in within two weeks. They called the day before to confirm our time and were there exactly on time for the install. The installation only took four hours and looks amazing. After the installation Theresa called to make sure we were happy with the install and if there was anything else we needed. We are extremely happy with the look of the 6" gutters and would recommend Rain Mizer to our friends.

The people that came here were wonderful. I just really enjoyed working with them. It hasn't rained since. I can't tell how well they work because we haven't had any rain. We have recommended them to people.

We had rain gutters installed around our house. They did excellent work. Arrived around 1 and left about 4:30. Very professional and highly recommended.

It went really well. Theresa was very helpful and very responsive. The quality of the install was very good. They took down the old gutters down a couple weeks ago. We had to have some wood replacement work done. They returned today to install the new gutters. It went as smooth as possible.

Went great. Theresa was friendly and easy to work with from the first call to the follow up. The installers showed up on time the day of the install and were nice and efficient. After they started, I decided to add another section of gutters to the front of my house because it looked nicer than the fascia and would complete the look, but that had to be scheduled for another day because they don't carry a bunch of extra gutter material on he truck. Makes sense. We made arrangements for them to come out the next week and that went smoothly as well. Too bad they don't do kitchens. ;)

They did a pretty good job. They cleaned up after they were done and showed up on time.

Update: Rodney remained in contact until we finalized an installation date. Theresa was awesome on the day of the install by calling me when it was time to come home to see the finished work. The gutters look great. I would use Rain Mizer anyday. Love their professionalism as much as the work they've done. Very well. He contacted me within 24 hours, came to the house a day later, provided a quote within a couple of days. We are very impressed thus far with them. Will update if we choose them.

Rodney and his crew were very professional and courteous. Rodney came out and gave me a free estimate on how much it would cost to place gutters on the back of my house and broke up the different options. He arrived on time. The quote he gave me included an Angie's list discount. Once I was ready to approve the work, they came out in a week. The job was performed vey quickly and neatly. Rodney was on site to supervise the work. Overall, I was highly satisfied. Rodney and Theresa made the process very easy. Rodney is a very honest man and I would highly recommend his company.

Rain Mizer came out and gave me an estimate. He explained that they would put in a 6-inch gutter. The old one was 4 inches and not installed correctly. They were very prompt and it was replaced quickly. I had to wait until we had a couple of hard rainstorms to see how they worked. It still overflows a trickle but I attribute that more to how the upper roof is configured. It is 100% better now.

Theresa was great. She responded quickly to my estimate request. Her estimate fair and very competitive. She offered a variety of gutter colors to choose from. Installation was quick and efficient. The guys were very professional and courteous. The gutters look good and even better they have significantly helped with the pooling water and wood rot issues I was dealing with. I would definitely recommend Rain Mizer and would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a spectacular job! The contact person I worked with explained everything to me extremely well. She told me about different options and how they all worked. The final project was not only beautiful, but functional as well. I couldn't be happier.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Theresa (co-owner) kept in constant contact with updates on the removal date as well as the install date. Weather was an issue for much of the process so appointments had to be rescheduled. Originally, we planned on just adding gutters to part of our home that did not have any yet. After talking to Theresa and finding out how reasonable her prices were it made sense to replace our old gutters as well. The new ones look fantastic. We are looking forward to some more rain so we can see how well they perform.

Theresa came out first to look things over and measure. She then helped me pick a color and prepared the estimate. I gave the go-ahead, and Rodney came out a couple of weeks later to remove the old gutters and downspouts. There was some dirt debris that got on the brick in 2 spots, and Rodney hosed that off before he left, without being asked! The install was scheduled for Monday but due to the downpour over the weekend Theresa had to reschedule for today (Wednesday). This morning David and his crew arrived to install the new gutters and downspouts. Within 2 hours they were done! They also installed 2 splash guards that were not even included on the estimate. David told me to be sure to check everything really well when it rains, and to be sure to call with any problems or questions. This company is phenomenal! Excellent customer service. They called 30 minutes before they arrived for the estimate and removal phases. This morning they just showed up with no prior phone call, but I am OK with that. If you need new gutters, Rain Mizer is the only company you should call.

Comes with a warranty too. On time, fair price, professional service, reliable materials, very aesthetic for our home. Highly recommended.

Crew showed up on time, friendly, completed work as quoted, and cleaned up extremely well. Teresa called the next day to make sure all went well. Had a big rain a week later and gutters worked perfectly.
