It went very well from dealing with Theresa to having the work done. They were the easiest company I'v ever dealt with. You would not be sorry. The work it top notch. I would give them a AT. It was well worth the price they are very reasonable.

I have to say the all around service was A+. Rodney came out and drafted an estimate for me without me being present which highlighted everything I wanted; with other companies I had to tell them what I wanted. Thereafter, scheduling an appointment was pleasantly easy dealing with Theresa. Now talking about the installation, Matt and Angel came out on time and completed my entire home- including a turn radius in approximately three hours. Talk about guys knowing their trade - these two men I take my hats off. Fully satisfied and excellent work!!! I would definitely recommend or use Rain Mizer again for future relating work.

Great company to work with! Decided to replace the gutter system installed by the builder when the house was built in 2002 with a new system that would handle more water, more efficiently. Chose Rain Mizer to perform the work after reading multiple positive reviews on Angie's List from other customers and scheduling an on-site project review with Theresa. Theresa's knowledge and professionalism was evident from the start; our discussion of issues with the existing system and Rain Mizer solutions was very informative. Theresa provided a quote for simply replacing the existing gutters as well as a whole-house solution, including re-routing downspouts, installing guards to divert water flowing from roof valleys into the gutters, and use of the deluxe gutter guard, a necessity for me due to the pine trees in the yard. I was pleasantly surprised with both quotes and decided to move forward with the whole-house solution. The job was scheduled for the week following Thanksgiving; Matt and Angel arrived at the house on December 2 and went right to work. Old gutters were removed, measurements were taken, new gutters were made on-site, and the new system was installed. Theresa's brother, David, arrived at the house mid-afternoon and began clean-up activities. All the old gutters and downspouts, along with any trimmings from the new gutter system, were picked up from the yard and dirt and debris from the old gutters was blown off the roof and the driveway. The job was completed late afternoon on December 2. The price was right, the job was done right, and the people involved were great! I only wish more companies would treat their customers the way Rain Mizer treated me.

Theresa was extremely responsive and designed a very functional system. She also assisted us in selecting the best color available, which resulted in improved curb appeal. The crew did the work as promised and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials and installation. There was a minor issue with the placement of one of the down spouts, but they corrected it by refastening it after a small rotation. The entire process was seamless. Great Job!!!

Theresa was a joy to work with. She came out and helped us figure what we needed and where we needed them. Based on her experience a plan was made promptly and a price quoted the same day. We had some question a day or two later and she drove back out to help us decide even more what we should do as this is a new home. She and her brother David who brought the installation crew were like inviting family to our home. Very pleasant, very professional, and extremely prompt. They did an excellent job. They look great, they went above and beyond. We chose them because it said on Angie’s List that they accepted PayPal, come to find out they did not, but went and started an account with PayPal for us to satisfy the customer. I offered to pay by check but they said, because it was listed on Angie’s List we will create a PayPal account.

The man that came out was very professional, very approachable and very genuine.

This was one of the best experiences I've had so far with work done on my home. Theresa came by to give me a quote for their different gutters available. She was great to deal with and I never felt pressured to take the higher priced product. I also needed some fascia replaced so she recommended someone to do the work for that (who was also very good). She worked with me to time everything to fit my schedule; removing old gutters, installing new fascia and then finally installing the new seamless gutters. I was a needy customer and had changed my mind about the gutter colors and also had them come back on a few separate occasions to add a few things I had requested after the fact. They did this all without a problem. I am very happy with my gutters - they look great and more importantly they work properly! There were problems with heavy rainfall spilling over my old gutters and this does not happen anymore with the new ones. This is a great family company and if my gutters weren't going to last me 15+ years I would use them again soon.

I did not order gutters from this company as I think I will get a new roof first. Can't say just when,but I will consider this company to do the job.

The installation went well and did not take a longtime to replace.

They were great and I was happy with them. The guys that came out were courteous, extremely efficient, quick and very conscientious. I was very impressed with them. They gave us a quality product.

Originally talked with RainMizer back in 2012 but only now (2014) had the work done. Very fair working with us through the quote process. RainMizer quotation was very well suited to the HOA approval process, too. RainMizer was very responsive to questions during the bid process, with making visits to our home to finalize, and with great recommendations for size, color, installation, etc. Our one major negative rating was Punctuality. We were scheduled for a Thursday afternoon install. However, the crew did NOT show up on Thursday afternoon, as-scheduled, and did NOT call to explain. Sometime in the evening we finally made contact. The explanation of tardiness was legit: Heavy rains at the start of the week backed-up the work. However, we had to give up an afternoon of work and time to wait for a no-show, and that was poor. RainMizer was very apologetic and made solid efforts to reschedule for our convenience. Otherwise, service and install were great, workmanship is great, my neighbors even commented on how they like the work. RainMizer was easy to work with and their recommendations were trustworthy. We requested an additional rain diverter a few days later and RainMizer was more than happy to stop over and install it. Overall, you really can't ask for better. We'd recommend them without reservation.

The job went very well. It turned out exactly as I had anticipated. Wanda bid the job and responded to all of my questions that I had on our initial contact and then later in a timely fashion when additional question came to mind. Wanda and the installation crew are very professional and skilled in their work effort. I will use them again when the need arises.

Rain Mizer gave us a reasonable quote on removal of old gutters and installing new. They came out promptly after we accepted their bid and did a great job on removal. Very professional and efficient. One week later they installed the new gutters, cleaned up and finished in 1/2 day just as quoted. The gutters look and work great and should last for many years. Their 15 year guarantee was an added bonus. I can recommend them wholeheartedly. Thanks Theresa, Rodney and the Rain Mizer crew!

Rain Mizer came out quickly to do a quote. The quote was less than I expected. The day of work they were prompt and very quick. All gutters were installed within two hours. They look great!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! We bought a 1920's house in the Heights that had no gutters. We recently had the house leveled and knew we had to get gutters put on if we wanted the house to have any chance of staying level.So, I got on Angie's List and found some potential gutter companie and got some estimates. The decision to go with Rain Mizer was a no-brainer. Theresa returned my phone call promptly, we set a consultation date and she came over and discussed with me my options, including downspout placement, and even gave me a discount for being an Angie's List referral without my even asking for it. On the day of the installation, everything went quick and smooth. Her brother (David?) was the main installer on the crew. He we very knowledgeable and was able to work out the tricky downspout placements that Therese and I had decided on. He even assembled and installed the rain barrel we had purchased for one of the downspouts without even asking. The leaf covers were put on the gutters over out garage which is underneath a very large pecan tree. So now we had gutters on our very old block and beam house and were more confident that our house would not have to be re-leveled anytime in the very near future. Except for one thing - we failed to notice that part of the gutters on the house were very close to an oak tree and those gutters were quickly getting clogged with oak pollen and leaves! I called Theresa and asked if they could please come back and install leaf gutters on that side of the house. She gave the quote for installing the new covers and I agreed. They were out here the next week to put the leaf covers on. They cleaned out the gutters before placing the covers on, and "just because", the main crew guy (another brother in the family) looked at the gutters on the other side of the house and informed me that those gutters were almost completely full of leaves and pollen. Had he not looked at those gutters on the other side of the house, we would have never known they were getting debris in them until the gutters stopped working. Thankfully, he did. I asked him how much it would be to put leaf covers on the remaining parts of the house and he promptly called Theresa. We all agreed on what I thought was a very reasonable price.The gutters were cleaned out first, and then the leaf covers were put on - all during that same visit. Again, everything was quick and simple. I would definitely use this company again. Unfortunately, I don't have another house that needs gutters put on them! However, I am definitely going to recommend this company to anyone I know that is looking for rain gutters.

Absolutely perfect. Theresa was on time for the estimate, and provided a full explanation of everything. We matched the existing gutter color. Who knew there were so many colors of cream/ivory/off-white? Removal and installation were exactly on time, professionally done, and perfect. Theresa called to follow up after the work was done. I've waited until we had a few hard rains to confirm that all is well, and it is.

I received estimates from four companies for installation of gutters. Theresa met with me and answered all of my questions. Rain Mizer provided the lowest estimate and had great reviews here on this website, so I chose them for my gutters. I am very happy with their work! Theresa was very professional and the Rain Mizer crew left my yard as clean as they found it. The gutters look perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again if I needed additional gutters.

Great job! Theresa the sales contact was knowledgeable and accommodating. We had the company out twice to bid the job and we selected them based on their professionalism and ability. The installation went as promised and was done timely and beautifully. We plan to use them on our upcoming garage apartment project.

failed to show up for the appointment. When I called to find out if they were going to be at my home that night, I was informed that Rodney had not put the appointment date in his calender and forgot about it. An attempt was made to make another appointment but the times that were offered would not work with my schedule. I set aside my time to meet with Rain Mizer and they did not keep up their end by making the appointment. This is disappointing since Rain Mizer has such high marks for work. I cannot speak to their work quality, but as far as making sure they meet new customers, they have failed to meet my expectations. I cannot recommend them.
