Description of Work: Rain Mizer did a great job. I wanted the job to be done quickly and Theresa came out to give a quote the day after we talked. She gave me the quote prior to leaving that day. The sketch drawn was detailed as was the quote so I knew what would be done and Theresa helped me with selecting the best gutter color to work given the color of the exterior of our house. The crew arrived as scheduled and did a great job. They explained what they were doing and also answered my questions. Overall, they did a great job and I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Very professional and the cost was exactly as quoted. The entire experience was great.

Description of Work: I was able to contact Theresa and schedule an estimate within 1 week. The estimate was reasonable, the team work quickly and diligently and we are happy with the end product. When we decide to gutter the rest of the house, we will be sure to contact Rain Mizer!

Description of Work: What did the provider do? Nothing. Unfortunately, it is literally a miracle if someone answers the phone, or returns a call if you happen to be an imperfect potential customer like me. After reading other reviews I was excited to find a solid company to do full gutter work in my home. I made an appointment, but unfortunately, and I apologized repeatedly, I completely forgot to unlock the gate before leaving for work so the gutter person can have access to the backyard. I called that very morning, and left several messages at the two numbers I was given, plus I also emailed Teresa apologizing about my oversight and hoping to reschedule. Ever since that happened, I have called several times but I receive no reply whatsoever or the one time Teresa answered the phone she said she would get back to me, but no "get back" ever happened. I was hoping this company would understand that things do happen to people sometimes. Perhaps because they have a lot of business they don't care about customer service. Again, I understand that I truly and unintentionally had the oversight and did not unlock my gate, as the appointment had been set several weeks prior and yes, I admit it, I forgot cause stuff happens to people sometimes. But, to not receive any kind of call back or response or feedback, or a little bit of understanding, that is the reason I cannot rate this company any higher. I am disappointed in myself as well, don't get me wrong, because I am looking for a top rated company to do extensive gutter work in my home and want a company like this one that appeared to be very good based on the reviews. So my feedback is, if you want these guys doing your gutters, you better be perfect and not make any mistakes any human like I me can make. Based on this experience, I do feel customer service is lacking somewhat. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: We had new gutters installed as well as some old gutters removed. They were on time and did a very good job. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: She was completely on time and knowledgeable about her industry. I know great work would come from this company, but with all the other projects we have going on right now, price is a factor and even though she worked with us, we found a better price elsewhere.

Description of Work: Theresa came out and did a through estimate in a timely manner. She was friendly and very informative. She gave us a written estimate and a diagram of the work to be done. After a couple of days, we called and set up a time and date for the installation to be done. She said her brother David would do the work along with a helper. They arrived on time and got right to work. In about 3 hours later the job was done. We have not had a heavy rain since the new gutters were put on but I am sure they will perform as expected. The only negative think I can say about the job is that after they pulled the nails out of the drip edge they were supposed to run a magnet across the ground to pick up any lose nails. This is a minor detail. Overall I am super happy with the work!

Description of Work: The representative of Rain Mizer arrived on time and was entirely professional. I appreciate the appraiser taking the time to explain different repair options and offering to quote different options for repairing the gutters. I have not yet received a price quote for this service since the appraiser just came out this evening. All the gutter around my 3 story town home was replaced including the downspouts (larger ones installed) and tubing that goes around the downspout and into the ground. They also replace the rotted wood on my house that the gutter attaches to and flashing which the original builder had not installed. They were on time to start the job and finished it in their time estimate. I am recommending them to all my friends and work colleagues.

Description of Work: Rain Mizer did excellent work for us. Theresa was wonderful to work with -- she explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. We called Rain Mizer to fix a few gutters, but when Theresa come to inspect things, she quickly noticed that our gutters were never installed correctly and as a result, would need a complete tear out and install. This was quite surprising as we had just bought the house, but she made the process as painless as possible. They also refered us to a gentleman named Steven Coleman to fix all the rotten wood. He did an excellent job, which gave Rain Mizer a great foundation for the new gutters.

Description of Work: They tore down the old nonfunctional gutters and put up new ones. They worked around our schedule as we needed to get the wood behind the ones fixed and painted before they came back yet. Nice folks.
