I would recommend them to others.

I had two jobs done that cost $100000 and their portion of it cost $75000. They did the job in two portions. They first did the left hand side of my house and then the right. I was very satisfied with their first job. They came back after a hiatus in a few months and they seemed like a different company. I would not recommend them based on my most recent experience with them. They were not timely. I had to only terminate them before the job was finished. I subcontracted and did some of the final work on my own because they had fallen so far behind.

They are always on time and clean up after themselves. They are able to work around my schedule and I work full time. They are wonderful to work with and that's why I keep using them. I've used them for interior and exterior work including remodeling a bathroom and kitchen. I plan on hiring them here in the new future for some more work.

The major issue was the quality of work. Individual components such as new countertops went well. The painting quality was terrible. We still have paint on windows in our upstairs bedrooms. Sloppy. Toward the end of the project we discovered a painting of our children had a large white drop of paint in the middle - $250 to get it cleaned. Hardware not removed from cabinets and painted over. Not what one would describe as a quality job. I t was the overall lack of attention to detail and sloppy painting that turned us off. Although we wish them no malice, we will not use them again.

They were clean and neat. I give them a call and have to wait. They are sometimes slow in responding. They took care of the stuff in the house and they clean up after themselves. They were average in punctuality. They were professional but they had some flaws. However, I will hire them again in the future.

I have used them several times. They have done my bathrooms, my kitchen, and my dining rooms and have done some painting jobs. I have a great deal of confidence in them. I have recommended them to my friends. If they don’t get something right, they will make it right. The last time I used them, I spent $40000 on the job. It was a huge job. They do excellent painting work. I liked them because the interaction between the general contractor and the workers was excellent. They were responsive. I felt they had done some mistakes, but as soon as they saw them, they corrected the same. If something goes wrong, they will come and fix it or they will fix it immediately. They are expensive as compared to others, but I have had great experiences with them. They will take care of problems for you. I think you get what you pay for with them. They are not the cheapest contractors. I will use them again in the future.

We haven't used them. He was very personable. We may get another bid from them. He was very professional and he has worked in our neighborhood a lot and has a good reputation.

They are excellent.

Ken Briggs visited me twice over a one year period to bid on remodeling two bathrooms. He is charming and very professional. I especially like that he included costs for materials as well as labor (estimated on the high end) to give me a good feel for the overall cost of the project. R.A. Briggs had recently completed a huge remodeling project for a friend who was very pleased with their service and results. I'm a champagne taste on a beer budget kind of person, and R.A. Briggs is definitely the champagne remodeler - first class from all I've heard. Their prices, while not unreasonable for first rate work, were just too high for my beer budget.

They are very personable, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Quote was in line with others. The quote was more detailed which led us to believe that the workmanship would also be detailed oriented. We made it clear from the very beginning that my wife and I both work so we would have to make arrangements to let them into the house. With other contractors we have used, this usually meant that a project manager held the key to our house and let the crew in at various times. Initially the work went well. Counter removal was neat and done in a timely fashion. Fitting of new counter was excellent. Then e had difficulty to get them to return to complete plumbing, woodwork replacement and painting. After pointing out that there was only 1/2 day available for them to get this work done, they did return. But I felt that the molding replacement was not of craftsman quality and they did not have time to complete the painting so we agreed to drop this and we would do this ourselves. The great difficulties getting this small project completed has discouraged us from using them in the future.

They gave me a very detailed bid. They did a very good job as far as I can tell. They were prompt and flexible as far as scheduling. They were very clean and they put plastic down in their work area.

It went really well. They were very professional and reliable in their work. They were very responsive. When things did not go well they were very good at coming to a compromise. I felt that they were expensive, but I felt that they were very trustworthy.

He is very honest, and has always performed great work. I will continue to use them for anything I need.

Due to the fact that rain was leaking through a couple of windows, the project manager scheduled the work sooner than originally anticipated. Just the power washing made an amazing difference. Although they gave me 4 paint samples from which to choose, I was not given a sample on a board to get a good idea and only the painter who did not speak good English was there to take my selection. The color, while close, wasn't the perfect choice as it looks different on the eaves than it did on the small sample at eye level and the painter didn't have the knowledge to tell me what might have been a better choice. The bid was complete and the two workers were diligent. The company seems very busy with the result of very light supervision which may impact their operations more than individual results.

Excellent job. Crew of three worked over three days to repair and prepare the surfaces, then paint them with two coats. Very clean, very careful, very professional.

We were so happy with the way their painting job went that we re-hired them for more work. The outside spotlights, and all the electrical connections were done in one morning. The lights make it much easier when we come home after dark. We also desperately needed the new toilets. Everyone involved was very polite, and professional about the work. Both projects were finished in one working day.

I had this company come out several times to do various jobs after I saw the work that they did on my first project. They finished the work in just three days with no problems. The employees did quality work and were done quickly with great expertise.

We had been looking for a company to paint the entire house for a while. We heard about Briggs by word of mouth. Everything we heard was positive, so we hired them. They did an excellent job of it too. There were no paint marks past the trim, which seems to be a standard mistake. There were several painters working at once. This made the job much faster, and it only took one and a half days to finish. Everything was cleaned after the job was done.

THEY HAD REMOVED A TOILET WHILE DOING THE WORK AND PUT IT BACK WITHOUT THE SEAL, WHEN I CALLED TO ASK THEM WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT. HE SAID THAT HIS WORKERS WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO DO THAT TYPE OF WORK. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT, BUT WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. THE PAINT IS STARTING TO YELLOW AND SHOW DISCOLORATION. WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE PAINT STORE THAT CARRIES THIS TYPE OF PAINT, THEY SAID THAT THE PAINT HAD BEEN THINNED.
