Bob Myers was the person who did the job. He came out promptly; I thought he was reasonable and very good. I didn’t feel overcharged. I will use him again in the future.

I just signed up for Angie's list on Friday night and looked up services to repair garage doors. This guy was at the top of the list with all "A" ratings so I gave him a call. We scheduled an appointment for the next day (yes, on Saturday), he said he would stop by between 1pm-3pm and he would call 30 min before arriving. On Saturday he called us about 1:10 and he was here 30 min later. Bob and Larry were the two workers who came to fix the problems. They were both very friendly and professional. They immediately knew what the problems were, fixed it, showed us how to do maintenance to avoid future problems, then they checked the entire garage door units to make sure there were no other problems. It turns out there were some adjustments that needed to be made on one which he quickly did. Everything was done quickly and there was no extra or mystery billing. The price was excellent and the quality was top notch. Our garage door openers should last for years but when the day comes to replace them, I will be calling these guys to do the job. I am 100% satisfied with the work and price.

They were great and I used an Angie's List deal. Their price was reasonable and they told me how to maintain my door. I will use them again in the future.

Called for service at 10am, got a call back within 30 minutes. Owner & helper arrived by 2pm (as promised). Work was completed within 45 minutes. Friendly and efficient. Garage door working better than when it was new.

Our garage door was damaged by several large waves of water resulting from the city garbage truck driving past our home multiple times during severe flooding in a rain storm. I called Quality Door Service late Thursday afternoon, and they came our first thing Friday morning. It took them about 30 minutes to fix the garage door. This is the second time they've helped us out, and I couldn't be happier.

Bob was very honest in his assessment. He recommended a lubricant spray I should use twice a year on all the hinges and the coil. He tightened all the screws and lubricated all the hinges and the coils. The loud noise is gone when opening the door and he further recommended that we did not need a new motor or door replacement. I certainly appreciated his honesty and integrity which saved us a great deal of money. I would recommend his services again in a heartbeat!

He did a fabulous job. He is retired now. He gave us a discount because we found him through Angie's List. They were in and out in about 2 hours.

Bob completed the repair as per his over-the-phone estimate, and gave me some tips on the life expectancy of the opener and what to anticipate next since it's getting on the older side.

Called morning , talked to Trisha, Owner called me back almost immediately with an arrival time. Arrived exactly on time. I had a completely unoperational garage door , it was frozen shut, not even the manual release cord would work and the top of the door itself was bent. Instead of trying to sell me a whole new door and opener like most companies would, he replaced several parts, serviced another opener next to it and told me how to do routine maintenance so it would last. All this in less than half an hour so I could get back to work. Both openers are like new. He explained everything he did quickly and simply. I could not be more pleased.

We thought that they were great. We spent $100 on that service. We would tell other members that they were prompt and very professional. We thought that they did a great job. We thought that they did an outstanding job with the tune-up of the garage door.

!I knew who to call after I have read all reviews about Quality Door Service. I called & Trish said she will have Bob call me to set up a time when he can come. Bob called right away & said he will come in a couple of hours. Before I knew it he said he was on his way. He knew exactly what was the problem & fixed it. Bob was so prompt & professional & I was so relieved that I did not have to spend a fortune to have my garage door working again! I will definitely tell my friends about this company!

The job went well. Bob even explained how to care for the door for longevity, including which chemicals to purchase and apply. In case of consideration for a new door, Bob recommended minor considerations and small changes, and WHY he was recommending them. Excellent service was provided and appreciated!

They were responsive to our call, it wassn't that difficult to schedule, we were given a window of time for arrival which they adhered to, the explanation of services were easily understood and the service was as promised.

The guys were very responsive and prompt. Showed up on time. They seemed to be very reasonable and did not suggest any unnecessary repairs or services. The guys were very professional, caring for their business, and I will definitely use them again.

My garage door suddenly stopped working. It wouldn't lift with or without the opener connected. I called Quality Door Service. Bob was very courteous and was able to come over the next morning as he already had a job in my area. He arrived on time. He advised me that both springs were broken and needed to be replaced. He and his helper completed the job efficiently and quickly. The cost was less than originally expected. He advised me on how to care for the door in the future. The total time took less than 45 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

Overall experience was excellent. I give Quality Door Service an A rating accross the board on price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

My garage door spring broke over the Holiday weekend so I knew it would not get fixed until sometime after 1-3-12. I checked the reviews for Garage Door repair on Angies list and although I sent 2 emails to other companies, I called Bob at 7:45 on 1-3-12. He ansered and I gave him all the information he needed..he happened to be heading to my part of town and arrived at the aproximate time stated. Bob and his helper had the spring for my 18' door and had completed the work within 30 minutes. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need; gave me advice on lubricating the wheels and springs 2x a year with an oil product and off we went. He was amazing, and by referencing Angie's list, I saved $20. I would definately recommend Bob!!

Very impressed. Bob was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us the coupon discount for Angies list customers even though we did not mention it.

I called Quality Door Service at about 10:30 am after my garage door spring snapped. Mr. Bob said he could get to me the same day and within a few hours, Mr. Bob and his helper Larry arrived at my home. They introduced themselves and assessed the problem with the door. They started working and replaced both springs on the door. They proceeded to oil the rollers and the pulleys on the door and gave me information that explained how to perform the maintenance and what products to use. He also checked my new garage door opener to make sure it was installed properly and securely. The cost of the service was exactly as estimated by Mr. Bob. I am pleased with the service provided and the service providers. Will recommend Quality Door Service to my friends and family.

Bob performed service and now both door operate like they did when they were new. Good job!!!

It was perfect. They came when they said they were going to come and they did what they said they were going to do. They charged how much they said they were going to charge. They were really good. We didn't have time to shop around but we thought it was a good price.

They did a general tune-up and maintenance. He did a great job. He was a very pleasant man.

I called and was scheduled immediately. So friendly! Bob arrived on time, got to work, finished quickly and explained in detail how to maintain my garage door opening system. Our system is very old, but Bob did not try to sell me a new one like others have done in the past. A true pleasure to work with! Excellent service!
