Great service and price plus the advice on how to deal with the garage door replacement panles was great and free. I will use these again.

This was a minor item so I don't remember details, but it all went very smoothly. I had purchased one of the coupons and was impressed that there were no attempts at add ons or additional items that would add to the bill. Definitely would use them again.

On time, quickly done and a good overall experience. They arrived, assessed the situation and quickly made the necessary tune-ups and repairs to get both garage doors working.

They came out and performed the work great! They got rid of a problem in our garage door that we've been dealing with for 10 years, gave us advice on how to maintain it well going forward, and didn't attempt to charge us an extra dollar for any other work. Honestly, this was the ideal experience you could have with a provider. We will DEFINITELY use them again!

Easy process. No problems other than trying to get an appt. He was very busy after the Big Deal coupon went out. He was very responsive and let us know as soon as he had an appt that would fit our schedule.

Here on time, gone in 10 minutes. Gave me pointers I already knew - do this, do that, use this, etc. and left.

Broke the torsion springs on the garage door and called Bob that evening. I was surprised they answered the phone but they did and Bob came out the next day. Garage door is now functioning better than ever with the new springs and the tune up by Bob. My wife appreciated the extra tips and advice that game with the great service. We will call again when the opportuntity presents itself.

Bob & his assistant (can't remember his name) define the word professional. They showed up when they said they would, and called when they were about 15 minutes away. I used them to replace my garage door sping which snapped on Saturday Aug 26th. I bought the spring repair package (through Angies list), which also included a basic "tune up" (lubricate, clean off) and replace the track wheels with nylon wheels. The wheels made the garage door operate so much quieter, so I had him replace the wheels on my 3rd door too. One other thing to note is that I emailed him on Saturday, expecting a reply on Monday, however he called right away and said he could come whenever I needed him, even the next day - Sunday! I couldn't believe it. No extra charge, just did it. Worked for me, because I work duinrg the week, and it's just about impossible to be there. He was busy, and he was working 7 days a week. It's no wonder he's busy, because he did a h*** of a job. One final note. If you use them, don't expect them to make a career or full day of the repair. They were in and out within an hour, and would've been out sooner if I didn't keep asking questions, adding the repair to my other door and generally bothering the guys - like a typical homeowner. I thought repairing a spring was a big deal, but they got in and out - without messing around - which is why I say they are the definition of "professional". Definitely recommend, and will most likely ask them to do annual checkups just because I like and trust the guys. I've never done that, and it really isn't necessary, but I want to support their business.

I was at work and unable to be there, but my sister gave them rave reviews. First professional ever used from Angie's List. Very good experience.

Called and within 2 hours Bob was there and had it fixed in a matter of minutes.

Bob Myers, the business owner, called ahead to confirm time to do the work. He and his helper Larry arrived at the specified time. They removed all the old rollers one at a time, sprayed penetrating oil in the garage door joints, and installed new rollers. This proceeded very quickly. They were so proficient that it seemed automatic. While working, Bob gave me many good tips on what to do to maintain the garage door and opener. He also advised what is best when it comes time to replace the opener. I really appreciated all the great input and made a point to document all this in my Palm Pilot as soon as they left so I would have it for future reference. As part of the visit, Bob applied a peel off sticker by my garage door with all the information for contacting them in the future which I will surely do when needed.

They did a professional, quick, thorough and quality job!

The service call went extremely well. The repairman check out the sensor and advised that it only needed to be kept wiped of dirt to keep the sensors in contact and the garage door contact with the driveway kept clean of debris that could prevent the door from closing properly. The garage door is a builder install and Bob advised that it should be budgeted for replacement in about a year as the door quality was low. Thoroughly pleased with the time that was given for garage door maintenance. Bob did not charge for cleaning the sensors and refused an offer of payment for at least a trip charge. No wonder this company is so highly rated on Angie's list!! Quality Door Service is on our srevice list of 'keepers'.

Overall the job went very well. He showed up early (that was great) started and completed the work before I could get there. I called him to inform him that I was stuck at work and he waited about 15 mins for me to arrive. He then walked me through the work he performed! Great information, clean work and helpful. I highly recommend Quality Door Service and will call back to replace the closing mechanisms.

I called quality door service, and that afternoon Bob arrive exactly on time, and went to work. Bob provided preventative maintenance tips and completed the work requested. As part of my home inspection report the garage door would slam down hard to the ground when released from the trolley. After the work was performed the door operated smoothly and safely. Very pleased, wish more angie's list companies performed like Quality Door Service did for me.

The owner and assistant arrived on time, checked the condition of the 2 doors and blessed them as in good order. They applied an oil to the rails and advised me to do this every 6 months or so. They men were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good service call.

I purchased this in May as one of the specials on Angie's List. When I called to schedule the service, the owner called me back the same day and we agreed on date and time later in the week. The guys showed up on time and performed the work very quickly. I don't remember when the door was installed but it was obviously time to change the rollers. The new rollers are better quality and have roller bearings packed with grease. In addition to the new rollers they lubricated hinges in the door and on the overhead gear screw. They also gave me some good advice on self-maintenance that I should do on a regular basis. It was money well spent.

Easy to get in touch with him, and scheduled appointment quickly, he was on time, and did a great job!

I've used several garage services over the years and by far these guys are the best. They clearly know what they're doing and care enough to do it right. Easily worth twice what I paid. Use them!!

Bob showed up right and schedule and finished the job in less than an hour. He replaced all the rollers and lubricated everything else. He then showed me what I needed to do in the future to not need his services again. Basically just do a quick lube every six months or so. Doors were extremely noisy and one would not go down half the time. After he finished, doors were much quieter and worked fine.

The owner came, on time, after having called to reconfirm appointment time. He and an assistant changed the rollers in the door. He also hammered once or twice on the metal runners that carry the door and then sprayed an oil on the runners. We have been having robberies in our neighborhood so I asked him how to make the garage door safer and he showed me. He also turned some piece of hardware on the second garage door (which is not raised or used) so that it would pemanently lock. He put his "calling card" on the wall under the garage door opener and said I wouldn't need him again for at least a year. The door, which had always clattered loudly and lately had began groaning loudly is now very quiet.

We also did a small service agreement with them that they come out and maintain it. They were pretty responsive, they were here pretty fast.

My garage door would not open even after releasing the manual latch. Bob called me back within 20 minutes (1:15 pm) and had me look at the beam across the top at which point I noticed the spring had snapped. Bob wasn't able to make it out but Shawn (sp?) was going to come and should be at our house around 3 pm. Shawn called at 2:25 and was at our place by 2:45 and had completed the job by 3:20. Our door originally only had one spring, he took that off and put on 2 springs and replaced all the rollers with new nylon rollers. He showed me some maintenance tips and was on his way. I highly recommend them, Shawn was extremely nice and professional.
