Quality Door Service

They showed up on time, preformed services as requested and cleaned up. Total time was about 30 minutes.

I called Bob. He answered on the second ring (he is so prompt and easy to get a hold of). I explained that the garage door opener had stopped working. I had waited a couple of months to call because my husband thought the actual door opener was kaput and wanted to change it himself. . . Anyway, I gave Bob a call. He was not able to come out on Thursday, but offered to come on Saturday! I gratefully accepted. I was called away out of town and my husband was home. Bob promptly called me at 8:30 am on Saturday to give me his 9 am ETA (which is what he had agreed to). He came to the house and promptly saw that the sensors were dead and not the entire unit. He replaced them, re-greased the wheels (which we hadn't done even though per his instructions should be done about every quarter) AND still gave us the Angie's List discount! My husband is not a man to either be easily impressed or even recommend. As soon as Bob left, my husband called me to tell me how NICE Bob was, professional, conscientious and WELL worth the money! In fact, my husband stated that he would recommend Bob to anyone who had any kind of issue with their garage doors. Bob, thank you again for another great job!

I called and left a message with a lady (I think Trisha). Approximately 5 minutes later Bob called back. We arranged for him to come a few days later (he totally worked with my schedule). He arrived promptly at 8:30 and proceeded to put the door back on the track, installed commercial quality wheels, greased the track and carefully went over with me concerning what I should do as far as maintaining the door to prolong it's life. He promptly gave me his Angie's List discount. He is trustworthy, prompt, and extremely customer - focused. I HAVE used him again and would recommend him to anyone!

I would pick up the phone a call this company anytime I need help with my garage door. Great service stop looking and give them a call. On a scale of 1 to 10 there a 10 plus!

I wasn't entirely pleased with the service. I was told I would owe them another $110 for the work. Admittedly, the doors work great now, I just wish they were more clear about the extra costs.

He worked fast and did a great job.

Contractor showed up on time, performed the services requested and gave me some tips on maintaining the garage doors and eliminating a problem with rust accumulation in the garage. He also left the can of lubricant for future use. Overall I was very pleased with the professionalism of the contractor and the service. I would use them in the future for any garage door repairs.

The torsion spring on my fiance's garage door broke. Couldn't lift it or open it at all! Called Quality Door Service the next morning. They showed up by 10:30 am and fixed the issue and also installed new rollers (the $200 special listed here on AL). Door was ready to go within an hour and is much quieter now too! If you are looking for great service at a reasonable price, look no further! They truly are the best!

These people were great. I had damaged (beyond repair) my garage door. They came out within 1 day of me calling them. Gave me the estimate to replace, but then they went above and beyond, by performing temporary repairs to the door until they could come and replace it. This allowed me to continue to use the door without fear that it would just collapse on me or my car or not open/close at all. the hardware was not in stock (they use industrial grade hardware) and they didn't think they would be able to get it quickly so they originally thought it would take 1-2 weeks but within a few days they got it and called me to install. The installation was done very quickly and professionally... looks great and works great. They told me exactly what i needed to do to maintain the door and hardware and they cleaned up after themselves. Great job.. nice people.. and a good experience

We called the company and left a message. They called back promptly and scheduled a service call for the next day. The serviceman, Shawn, called to let us know he was on the way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about garage doors. We bought this house in 1997 and we still have the original garage door. Shawn fixed it as described above and told us we could expect this door to last us at least another 2 years without further problems. This is a great company to do business with.

This company was great. My garage door was making a horrible noise, thought it might need a major repair. Turns out it just needed an adjustment and lubrication. The company owner himself came out, fixed the problem and gave me intructions for how to do proper maintenance. He was honest, friendly and very thorough, would use him again for sure.

Set appointment and came out, on time, the next day. Fixed my opener, replaced the rollers with new quiet, modern rollers, and oiled and tuned up the entire system. Did all of this for 200 bucks and my garage door opener is quieter than I ever imagined. Would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. Could not be happier!

The service I received was extremely prompt especially given it was a Sunday. I called at noon and by 1:30, the door was fixed, all the rollers were replaced and the door is much quieter. Shawn also took the time go over standard maintenance and the status of my opener. The price seemed reasonable since my repair was covered by the $99 roller replacement special. I would definitely call them again the next time I have trouble.

He came at appointed time. He mentioned by just looking that the garage were in very good shape as they were 'just'14 years old (since the house was built) compared to other customers he's been to. I told him that both doors make lots of noise while opening and closing. He promptly took out a can for garage door rollers and sprayed on each roller without wiping first with a cloth to take out dirt and said he's done. That's it within 6 minutes he was gone. I could have bought the can from home improvement store to do the same. The noise of garage doors never went away it was still loud.

Bob was prompt in scheduling my appointment. His team phoned ahead on the day of the appointment to give me an estimate of their time of arrival which was well-within the time frame that Bob provided. They arrived and adjusted the rollers, lubricated all moving parts, changed out the battery in one of the remotes, and checked to make sure that all openers worked (remotes, key pad, and button). They fixed the light so that it works. They were professional and polite. I would absolutely reach out to them again.

,I called on a Friday and willing to come next day, but I made appointment for Monday. Arrived as scheduled, did inspecting and lubricating of components and attached sensory to wall had been just sitting on ledge. Now doors work fine.

He came on time, as expected, looked over the situation, and then replaced the spring in my garage door. I did not need the roller service as was in the special. After doing the spring, he checked out both of my garage doors, oiled them and said that they should be good for some time.

They explained to me what the problem was (which I always appreciate) and then fixed it without additional charge. I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Myers did a great job, was in and out in no time and my door is very quiet now. Thank you.

Tom, owner of the company, and his helper serviced my garage door and had it operating quietly and smoothly in less than 1 hour. I was delighted and relieved, because for 2 previous weeks, I had been raising and lowering door manually when automatic opener quit working abruptly. As I am a new home owner and know nothing about garage doors, they could have told me I needed to purchase parts and repairs, and I wouldn't have known the difference. They did NOT do that. In fact, after examining the door and the automatic opener, Tom told me all the services and parts I needed to get the door operational again were included in the Angie's List Big Deal Coupon I previously purchased from his company for $99. When he left, my garage door was opening and closing automatically again, smoothly and quietly -- a major change from when he arrived. I am very appreciative of his good work AND his honesty, and I would not hesitate to recomjmend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Bob arrived at 9:30 on March 14, 2012, as scheduled to perform work. He did so in approximately 30 minutes! I was out of town when he stopped by, but my wife was home to let him in and told he and his partner were very professional. I personally talked with him by phone upon arrival to describe the problem we were experiencing. He corrected the issues and the door has been working fine since.

Stellar work! Honestly, a true mom n' pop hard working, honest, small business. They even taught me how to maintain my door. Bob could have lied and gotten a huge false repair if he had wanted...but he was totally honest, personable and genuine. I will 100% use them for any future garage door issues.
