Quality Door Service

What nice people! They responded very quickly and I had someone at my house same day. He looked at my garage door, worked on it for two minutes, and was done, and did not charge me since it was so small and such a quick repair. I found this very refreshing since I expected to at least pay for the service call. I would use them again for any problems.

They came and sprayed the door. They didn’t really do anything on the tune-up. They wanted to come back and do additional work for more money. I would not use them again.

Very professional, prompt and thorough. They replaced the springs and rollers, and performed a tune up. Bob delivers quality service and goes beyond minimum expectations to ensure quality and good customer service is delivered.

One garage door spring broke New Years eve. Bob arrived the next morning - let's replace all springs and take a look and let me know what else you think needs repairing. Within an hour everything was fixed, maintenance suggestions were reviewed and the doors open and close almost silently, Twenty year old doors ! Great guy / very easy to talk to and he knows what he is doing.

They communicated well on the day and time they would show up. They showed up on time and went right to work. They were personable and willing to provide info and suggestions for care. I would use them again.

Two men showed up to perform the work. They were very friendly and explained what was wrong with it and how they will fix it. They explained how I can keep it secure in the future. They got the garage doors working great and tightened everything. They asked if I wanted their contact info taped next to the wall switch and told me to call if I had any problems with it.

My Chamberlain garage opener belt broke. It is an older model and Bob did not have the part. He gave me the model number of the opener and instructed me to email the company about the part. He did not charge me for coming out the first visit. Once I received the part, Quality Doors had someone out the next day. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent, highly competent

They called 30 minutes prior to arriving and were punctual. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. They also assisted with reprogramming the key pad and the vehicles.

The company is very professional with a two man crew. The doors and openers operate so much smoother and quieter after they were serviced.

Called Bob on a Saturday, and he had someone out at my house first thing Monday AM to fix my door. Replaced garage door opener and wheels on one door, and tune-up for the other single door. Very impressed with professionalism

It was a great experience, and they even followed up by phone to make sure the door worked weeks after completion.

When I called for service, they were very prompt to return my call and schedule the service visit. Although I was prepared to replace the doors, they assured me that it wasn't necessary. One of the doors did need some new parts. They explained what was needed, took the doors off the tracks, replaced the parts and quickly made some adjustments. After their maintenance, the doors worked very smoothly and there was much less noise when they were opened or shut.

Called scheduled Apointment which was easy. Arrived as indicated. Replaced rollers as described. Lubbed two other doors at no additional charge. Left card. Thanked me for the business.

Went great and didn't take very long.

Bob made an appointment for 1 pm this afternoon. He called at 11;35 and send he was on his way. I stated I was away from the home but could be back in 20 minutes. I came home no one was there. I waited30 minutes and no one came so I called him and he stated, I was already there and you need to call another company I can't take the job. I started to ask him a question and he abruptley replied he had another job. I called the main number and asked if they installed new garage doors and she said he does but uses another crew. I was crying because it was supposed to rain and I did understand why the job could not be done and I had already paid money and how can I call someone else if I do not know what needs to be done, and the worst scenerio was having to replace the garage door.I ended up getting through to Bob again who said he was pulling up in the driveway. I went out and stated my concerns. He started video taping the boxes In my garage and I asked why are you videotaping and he said he has to make sure Angie's List sees why he cannot do the job. So I said well why can't you do the job, he replied it would take 4 men and a weekend to get this mess cleared out and to get the garage door back on the frame. I told him, I am 58 and I lifted the garage door on my shoulders last night, I don't think that is why you are not going to fix the door. I went inside sat done and fell apart. My husband had passed away, and I felt overwhelmed. I took out the computer and spotted a garage door company on Angie's List in my neighborhood. I told them the above story. I said I think he do not want to do the job because I have all those stupid boxes and baskets in my garage that I have not organized yet. They were very nice and said do not go in and move anything around the door could fall on me and he was sending his nephew over after he completed the job he was on to protect the property until they could complete the job the next day. As it was late in the afternoon now. . End of story is it did not take 4 men it only took 2 men, it did not take a whole weekend it was a three hour job. It was a horrible experience with Quality Doors.

Came out to change out wheels and do maintenance. He was on time and completed his work in less than 30 minutes. It was like a brand new door. So quiet.

They serviced the doors, lubricated everything, and recommended a specific spray lubricant to address squeaks if they returned. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

The garage door opener was not working because something was broken inside, so, he had to replace something. It was routinary, but he came like 7:30 in the morning and got it done in five minutes. It was perfect. I liked that he was prompt and very fast. He was able to fix the problem very quickly, and the garage door worked perfectly after that where it had not been working.

The guys were super nice and explained to my husband why the garage door has not been working well. He had some suggestions on how to make it work better which we have since done and the garage door is working great. If we have any more problems with our garage door we will call these guys first. No point going to anyone else.

cant say enough about these guys. if you hire anyone else to install or repair you garage door, you are making a mistake. Price, professionalism, punctualness, and efficiency cant be beat with these guys. give them a call and you will understand. by the way i am a commercial contractor and i have dealt with them all. these guys go the extra mile to make sure it works perfectly even if it wasnt related to the job they were hired for. thats taking pride in your work.

In less than 5 min. the job is done

I called Quality door on a holiday at 2PM, thinking I would have to leave a message. However, not only did they answer, but Bob and Larry showed up an hour later to look at the sorry excuse for a door the builder installed. As I expected, one look at the door and Bob said the whole thing had to be replaced. I had been fixing that door every 6 months for 8 years and it finally just died. Bob gave the track a couple whacks with a hammer, made a few adjustments with a wrench, and he had the old door working well enough to last until he could replace it. Bob gave me an estimate on full replacement, sceduled the install around my schedule, and they showed up on time to do the install. A couple of important notes...Bob has his own prefessional installers come and do the install and then he comes back to check the whole job before you pay. He does not sub-contract the work to the lowest cost labor, like most of the companies I have had come fix things. He showed me how to perform maintenance on the door to keep it running smoothly and gave me the door lubricant to use. His door supplier was out of the mefium gauge doors we were going to install the day of service, so he installed the heaviest gauge door at no additional charge! The new door is like fort knox compared to the old door! Quality Door is the kind of company you can trust and depend on and refer to your family and friends. I could not have been more pleased with their work and service. These guys are pros and know wht they are doing, and that is not something I say often about very many people.
