They were excellent. That man, Bob Myers, is a gem. He's been over once or twice before when I've had minor problems, knew what it was and didn't charge me for those jobs. He's really a bright person.

When I first called the lady that I spoke to was very nice. She even laughed at my poor attempts to make jokes of my situation. I told her issue and she advised me that she would have Bob call me right back. At this point I thought about calling the next company down the list as I figured it would be awhile before I would get a call back. before I could even get back to my computer Bob called me. I explained my situation to him and he stated that it should not be an issue. It turned out he was on the other side of town and would get him partner who was closer to me. He had Sean call me back promptly and I gave him my address and he quoted me when he could make it out (about an hour). To my surprise he was here quicker than quoted. He showed up assessed the situation, fixed the door and we negotiated him replacing some broken hinges and the Angie's list deal to replace the wheels. He was done fairly quickly considering how much he did. Sean was a good man, and very interested in helping me as a customer. I would use this company again as well as recommend them to friends and family. I officially have a Garage door guy.

I called Quality Door Service when my garage door opener died on me. They came out within half an hour and had new garage door openers in their truck and ready to install immediately. The whole job took about an hour and a half. When they were finished, they walked me through the new system and showed me how to change settings, etc. The best part was, they taught me how to maintain the door so that I would not need repairs as often in the future. I was really impressed with the service. The service repairman, Shawn, was professional, honest, friendly, and patient with all my questions. I can't recommend them highly enough. (They also carry the newest Liftmaster model that can be opened/closed and monitored from your smartphone no matter where you are - its an awesome system!)

Bob and Sean were very responsive to my needs. The torsion spring broke on our two car garage door in the middle of the night and woke up me, my wife and our dog. Of course, I did not realize it until the next morning when I wanted to go to work and the garage door would not open! I was able to wrestle the door open and get both cars out of the garage but I needed someone to get these repairs done the same day! Sean was able to come out to the house the day the spring broke and make all of the necessary repairs. He arrived on time (and in fact was a little early) and finished the work in a timely manner. He was very thorough in explaining future maintenance requirements. I was very satisfied with the overall experience of using Quality Door Service and will not hesitate to use them again should I need future garage door repairs.

Wonderful esperience with Quatlity Door Service company. Have had numberous repairs to my existing garage door opener that decided to try another company. Read the reviews on Angies List of quality Door Service so called them. Immediately made an appointment for the next day and had an entire new garage opener put in with all new remotes. We had a very old and outdated system that was taking a toll on the garage door as well. Shaun and his partner did an excellent job of reprogramming all new remotes to include my electronic gate along with a new main button on the wall that is so much easier to operate. Very pleased with how quite the new system is and with the quality of work performed. Called the next day because one of the remotes stopped working for some reason and they came out the same afternoon for no charge to reprogram it. All working beautifully now. Will definitely use them from now on.

It went Very Well. I also use them on minor tune ups on my garage door. Always a pleasure to work with him.

I purchased a Big Deal to replace the rollers on my garage door. The service was prompt and professional.

I arrived home to find one side of my garage door had fallen off the track and was unable to open the door. The orignal door that was installed had a name and number of the original installer. When I checked their review on the intranet it was not good. I checked Angies list and found a local company who was also running a special. I called about 5 pm in the evening and the workers arrived at just before 8:00 am the next morning as promised. The workers were neat and curtiuos and were finished in 30 min. I had an excellent experience and would use the comany again.

I was very impressed with their availability and punctuality. After the repair, another problem developed on the garage door a few weeks after the initial repair and they came out and fixed the problem at no charge. Very personal service.

I was contacted by the company soon after purchasing the Big Deal to set up an appointment for service. The technician was punctual. He did quick, quality work. He took the time to show me exactly what he was doing and how I could do most, if not all, of the maintenance on my own in the future. Thank you for a great service experience!

Very well. Garage doors worked even better than expected

The guy was on time, friendly, courteous, showed me how to use it and he programmed the key fobe with me. He was very helpful and the service was great!!! I would use them again in the future!! Great company!! when I called the owner wanted to know what kind of garage door opener I had and to makesure we had all the parts for him, so they could install it right. Then the person showed up on time to install the opener. He was there for about three hours. After he was finished installing it; he went over how to use it. He also helped me program the keyless fob for it as well.

I called Quality Door Service this morning because the garage door wouldn't open when I returned home from dropping off my son at school. Bob (owner) scheduled an appointment for "between 3pm and 5pm" the same day. I got a call at 2pm from the service man asking of they could come early since they were ahead of schedule - expected arrival time 2:15pm. He called again a few minutes later to let me know that they hit unexpected traffic and might be a little later than 2:15pm; they arrived around 2:25pm. I was pleased with their punctuality and appreciated the phone call update on the traffic issue. The serviceman assessed the situation and recommended installing a new double spring system in place of the broken single spring system for our double-wide garage door. They finished the job within the estimated 30 minute time frame and left the job site clean. He also gave me tips for maintaining the garage door. I have a classic corvette parked in the garage and they were very careful not to damage it. The serviceman asked me how I heard of Quality Door Service and I mentioned Angie's List and he gave me an automatic 10% discount without me even having to ask for it. I paid $200 for the service which was regularly priced at $225.

Quality Door Service was at my door as promised at 7.30 Sunday morning. The door was successfully removed, even though I had a car underneath where it was off the track. All the rollers were replaced and the door resored to very quiet operation. It took about 30 minutes A few hours later, they came back to adjust the safety beam that I had displaced after they had left. I was really pleased with their service and the "fixers'.

They gave us a discount through Angie’s List. They even replaced the rollers at no additional charge and made the garage door quite a bit quieter than what it was. A few days later we had a problem with the garage door not shutting and they had somebody over here end up in less than 30 minutes to look at and rectify the problem.

Called company for an estimate to repair my garage door. Bob came over when he said he would and told me that I needed a new garage door but he now longer installs them. He did spend some time with me and told me what I should be asking for in a new door and what the price should be. He was very helpful.

They showed up right on time and tuned up the garage door. The door had never run as smoothly as when they were finished! Great job, great experience.

He was very good. We didn't have any major work done like replacement of our garage door. He just serviced it and gave us information. It was a good deal. If we wanted to replace it he told us just to call him. He even advised us on how to take care of the door. We were very satisfied with his work and we don't have any dislikes.

I liked these guys really well; they were very efficient and super knowledgeable. I think this was the second time I have used a Big Deal on them. They were out quickly both times I used them. The serviceman told me I don't need a new unit now but will in the future. He asked me to call him when I want to put a new unit in and I definitely will.

Job went smoothly. E-mailed on Wednesday night, had a response before 7:00 am next day. Played phone tag for an hour, but reached Bob after lunch to set-up an appointment on Saturday. Gave me a price over the phone, $200 for replacement of both springs (even though only one broke) and all rollers with new nylon rollers. Shaun arrived Saturday morning, 20 minutes ahead of schedule and got right to work. Two guys had the door operating again with all new parts in 30 minutes. Gave me tips for prolonging door before he left. Both techs very courteous. I'm very pleased with the service, would definitely use again.

Quality Door Service is excellent. They responded right away to my phone call and they came the same day. They were very professional. They were in and out in 30 minutes and they gave me a discount because I was an Angie's List member. I would highly recommend them.
