Called him on July 12, 2013, I was surprised that he said he would come the very next day, which was a Sunday to boot, on Sunday morning, he called and let me know that he was on the way, and he was punctual, he came with a helper, I guess just in case there would be any heavy lifting, but there was not in this case, he took a look at the door and immediately told me that one of the wheels was loose, two of the bolts were missing, he went ahead and put the new bolts in, lube the track and it was done. And the door has not given me any problem since. By the way, before I paid him, he asked where I heard about him, I said Angieslist, he took $10 off right there.

I called Bob on a Friday at 6:30 PM, and he immediately answered his phone and set an appointment to come to my house the next morning. He called within the hour to confirm an exact time. He arrived right on time the next morning, and completed the job in one hour. Bob and his assistant Larry were professional, knowledgable and efficient. I would definitely call this company, the next time I need service.

Tues. 3 pm. - Double garage door spring breaks. Tues. 6 pm - Consult Angie's List, call Quality Door Service. A couple of questions later I had an appointment for the next day. Wed. 12 pm - Springs and rollers replaced, advice on proper maintenance, and a garage door that works. Prompt professional service, quality workmanship, fair price. Highly recommend.

Bob was awesome. Friendly, professional, on-time, quick, quality work.... Pretty much everything you would want and hope for. Definitely will be calling him if I have any more garage door issues!

Everything went great. He and his assistant were very helpful and courteous. Bob programmed my car and even programmed to open a driveway gate that he didn't even install. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

They were wonderful. Not only they came and did the door but it was the instruction on how to maintenance and how long it should last. They were very personable, very nice, very knowledgeable and did what they're supposed to do. The price was reasonable.

They were very helpful and knowledgable. Apparently we have some sort of commercial door due to heavy wooden panels attached for decorative look, so what they could do was limited. For instance, the rollers were of a different size and they were not able to perform the replacement service.

This is no anonymous "give-a-d***" corporation. They had installed both of my garage door openers in the past and I knew I could depend on them to do good work. I found myself trapped in my house when my lift spring on the garage door broke. I called Bob and within two hours he had guys out here to replace it. They replaced the spring, threw in new commercial door rollers and lubricated the parts on both garage doors at no additional cost. Great local people providing excellent service.

Answered the phone when I called. Came when they said would. Identified the broken spring. Fixed it for the price they said. Learned a little about garage door openers. Finished in 30 minutes or less and it's so much quieter now! Very pleased.

As I was backing out the garage I had the driver door open (Stupid I already know) and bent the frame of garage door opener, so system could not close. I tech came out that day and fixed it. Did great work, prompt, good communication with customer.

I requested service because I felt my garage door was very noisy. Shawn and Jerry called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They inspected the door, recommended new rollers and oiled all the hinges. Shawn showed me how to do the maintenance myself in the future. Thirty minutes later my door was operating smoothly and quietly. Very happy with the service, professionalism and responsive time. Will definitely use this provider in the future and will recommend to my friends and neighbors!

Excellent. Technician checked all rollers and springs and oiled where necessary. Also straightened one rail that was off a little. Door works better than ever.

He made adjustments to our garage door opener to make it open/close more smoothly and not get stuck. He braced to top of the door.

Bob arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door and opener (it was making unusual noises). He lubricated the tracks and roller bearings and taught me how to do it myself. He replaced the original steel rollers with teflon rollers (which he had on the truck). He gave excellent advise regarding maintenance and expected useful like of the garage door opener. Bob and his assistant worked quickly but carefully and completed the service call in about thirty minutes. Bob and his assistant were courteous and friendly. I paid a very fair price for the work they performed. Quality Door Service gets a great big gold star for prompt, courteous and honest service at a fair price! Well done guys.
