A+ I have nothing but positive things to say about our service. We had a non-conventional (Wayne Dalton) garage door opener installed in our home, which finally kicked the bucket. Sean from Quality Doors came out yesterday to look at our problem and gave us a range of costs, to include the worst case scenario of about $900 to fix the problem. It turned out that they could fix the problem without some of the costs included in that $900 estimate - we ended up paying $350. As anyone who deals with repairmen/women can testify, it's hard to find people you trust. I trust Sean and Quality Doors, I'll continue to use them because they did great work, were timely and open and honest.

The Best! Shawn was amazing. Gracious,helpful, caring, and HONEST! After calling another company who initially installed the door,I was floored by the rudeness and attempt To take dvantage of us.Yep they are also on Angies List. Their attempt was to get appoximately 650.00 dollars from us. STOP Called QUALITY DOOR SERVICE Got Shawn....What a blessing On a Sunday afternoon ,he came in about 2 hours from initial call. He made me feel so relaxed about the situation.Not only was he fun and kind but fixed our door,greased it,made it work quieter,changed the light bulb,made ALL my remotes work,installed a keypad opener for my daughters safety,showed my how to work the door during a power outage and how to secure the door for safety. WOW..........and all this for 144.00 I will never use another company again, and I will inform our HOA to use them in future. We?ve been having trouble with the garage door opener that was installed by the builder. After having the original company (Maratec), come out twice this year alone, we decided it wasn?t worth it to call the same company again. Looking through Angie?s list, we decided to give Quality Door Service a try. Upon the initial call, Bob answered the phone right away. I told him my issue, and he asked when I generally get home in the evenings. I get home a little late, so I asked if they can come out first thing the next morning. Bob told me he?ll have his guys out between 7-7:30am. Sure enough, 7:30am, Shawn and his partner shows up. Shawn explained that our original opener is what they call ?disposable?, and my husband and I totally agree ? malfunctioning 3 times in 1 year?? We decided to replace the opened with the 8355 lift master. I asked Shawn how long it would take to replace the opener and he said about an hour. Shawn and his partner were very quick, efficient and clean. They even showed me how to maintain/oil the hinges. I was in my car and headed to work by 8:30am ? exactly one hour after Shawn arrived. Thanks guys!

Immediately after purchasing a "hot deal" from Angie's list for Torsion Spring Replacement & Tune Up ($200), I called Quality Door Service to schedule an appointment as my garage door was inoperable (the torsion springs broke and the door fell closed) and I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. The owner called me back right away and he advised that he would have his guys call me between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm the following day once they were headed my way. Sure enough, Shawn called me around 10:15 and met me at my house at 10:30. He had a helper with him. They replaced my torsion spring and rollers and did the tune up and gave me a lesson on general maintenance for the door. They also replaced the "carriage" which had stripped when the door fell ($30). During that process I discussed a loud popping sound that had been occuring when the door opened and closed (before it broke). Shawn diagnosed the problem and fixed it by placing a brace horizontally across the mid panel as one of the joints was weakening ($30). I also requested an additional remote as one of mine had previously been stepped on and crushed. Shawn was able to do that as well ($35). They completed all this work in one hour! Shawn was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Appointment was made very easily. They arrived on time and were very competent and professional in their work and did an excellent job.

Bob was great to work with. Returned my call on a Sunday to set up appointment for later in the week to repair a broken spring on my garage door. He and his helper arrived a few minutes early and replaced the spring and added a second that should have been there originally. What all service calls should be! Can't say enough good things about Bob and Quality Door service - although I've only had the need to use them once. I can say that they will be the only ones I call in the future.

The initial call with the owner, Bob, was just to seek information about types of garage door openers (chain, belt, etc.) He explained it all, and then I said I would contact him once we made a decision. When I called back a few days later, he remembered our conversation. That impressed me. The price he quoted was very reasonable and he said he could do same day or next day installs most of the time. We didn't have a firm date because we weren't sure when the closing on the purchase of our home would be. Bob was very flexible and said not to worry. When we had a firm closing date, Bob's crew came out as scheduled, with the opener we had discussed. I needed an extra opener, and they were able to provide it for a very nominal fee. They also checked the entire door (it was the original, older door), and changed out the rollers, all for the same quoted price. I have since referred a friend to Quality Door Service. Nice man, great service, very good product. Couldn't be more pleased.

They were scheduled for a later date. Door broke in meantime. Called them on Saturday & they were here within a half hour. Absolutely the best! Definitely will use them again.

A wonderful company. They had someone out (Shaun) within the hour who immediately diagnosed the problem. They were willing and able to perform the repair at a very reasonable price but---in order to save me money--suggested that I check to see if the part I needed replaced was under warranty from the previous company I had used. It was and I saved over a $100. Quality Door did not charge for the service call. Although they didn't end up doing my repairs this time, I will call them for any future issues because of their promptness, courtesy, and honesty.

These guys are great! I chose them not just for their reviews but because they do repairs on weekends too! Glad I chose them! They couldn't have been nicer and they found the problem quickly! Even took the time to program the built in remote in the car! They are very polite and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them!

We would use them again the future.

He was absolutely wonderful. He was very prompt, pleasant and we were pleased with the service. When we have to get a new garage door we plan on going back to him! We had no complaints with the service, the garage door is working great!

You'd have a difficult time convincing me that there is anyone else you should use for Garage Doors. At the time I am writing this review, he's been positively reviewed 528 times. Count me as the 529th positive review. I contacted Bob late in the evening to discuss installing a garage door opener as well as repairing some damage from another contractor. He swung by my house while my detached garage was having additional framing installed and advised the contractors on how to set him up for success when installing the garage door. He came by while I was out of town and installed the garage door ( I left the side door of the garage open because he's extremely trustworthy), and, when I came home, it was like Christmas had come earlier. Bob came by today (exactly when he said he would) to install my wirless keypad, because he knew I was having the garage resided and knew it would be better to install it after that was done. Thanks so much Bob!

As all the other feedback suggests, these guys are very professional and provide great service. They replaced the springs and reinforced the top of the door attached to the opener on the "spring repair door" and greased everything. The other door need a new opener. I got the one with a wireless keypad a fixed to the outside. It is super quite. My neighbors probably thought I was weird opening/closing the doors after the install.

First I was impressed with their punctuality. They said they would be there at 9 o'clock and sure enough they were! That doesn't happen very often with repair and service providers. Bob and his colleague fixed the problem in a matter of 10 minutes, replacing all the wheels with higher-quality ones and greasing up the tracks and springs. He then spent a few mins explaining what I needed to do to maintain it. Fast and efficient. They were great! And honest too. They said the door and motor were in great shape and with proper yearly maintenance (they showed me how to spray everything myself), it should work well for years. I highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service. Shawn of Quality Door Service arrived on a Sunday within 3 hours of our request for service. He was very polite and completed the work quickly and professionally. He was extremely knowledgeable, addressed our questions and provided advice regarding maintenance. The repair cost was very reasonable for the work involved, particularly given the responsiveness and the Sunday service call. We have already referred a fiend to Quality Door Service and will continue to highly recommend their services.

It went GREAT. They were going to charge an additional amount for the rail but did not. They gave me the Angie's List discount and the original price that I was quoted. All other companies quoted a much greater price. They were on time, efficient and also included tips for the maintenance They are very professional and I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors. marion

Shaun arrived early calling 20 minutes out as arranged with Bob Meyers (owner) the day before, This was done so I could meet him coming from my job. Shaun accessed the job, gave me my options for which I opted for the belt drive system as it came with free new rollers in the price. Installation went well. Only hitch was door was hitting wall on one side putting the door in a slight bind the last foot of closure. Shawn advised he had no remedy on truck for this. Later in day I shimmed track out from wall approx. 1/4" and it seemed to help though a new garage door may be in the future.

It turned out very well. They gave my money back because I didn't need the full service that I purchased.

Great job and quick response. I thought that the coupon said it covered up to 2 doors, but it was only for one door. Still, definitely worth it. Doors were annoyingly loud and not working correctly. Now, they are quiet and work just fine.

It was great. It was not a hard job to do like replacing the motor for the door, or replacing the springs; it was like having the oil changed in your car. He even told me how to do it myself the next time! If the garage door ever goes out, he is the guy that will be installing a new one.

I called this company one morning and were able to schedule work in two hours. They arrived early and called to notify me.

Called at 8AM, here by 11AM, excellent work, gave me a few helpful tips, told me what work will be needed in the future (but not now, no attempt to upsell) and walked me through the work when complete. Took 30 minutes. Companies like this are why Angie's List is great.
