I was able to schedule my appointment within a day of calling. They showed up when scheduled and completed the task quickly. My garage door works perfectly now!

Quality Door Service was able to identify and correct the issue within an hour. They also noticed that the garage door was slightly too high when open, so they corrected that issue free of charge. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and they were able to fix the garage door without me having to take off of work to be there.

The technician lubricated everything and checked all my other opener parts. Didn't try to upsell me on anything and offered a discount for Angie's list customers. The price was fantastic and I appreciated the extra customer service.

I called the day after Christmas. They came out very quickly. The broken tensioner was replaced with better quality dual springs. They also replaced the rollers, cleaned around the sensors and lubed the track. My garage door is quieter now than when it was new. I am quite happy! The price was very reasonable.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I had Quality Door Service install a new Liftmaster 8355 3 years ago and I have been very pleased. I replaced my garage door last year (different co.) and it works but something doesn't seem quite right. I believe it caused a problem with the opener so I called QDS. The technician came out first thing the following morning and he agreed that the door needed adjustments but noticed another potential cause from the opener installation. He called his boss(Bob) who instructed him to fix both at no cost. I was hoping to only pay for the door adjustment and maybe a service call fee but was taken back when he told me no charge after an hour of work. It is quiet, smooth, and works so much better now. I will always use Quality Door Service moving forward and will definitely suggest them to anyone that I know. Great job guys!!

The 2 workers showed up at the agreed upon time. They performed the required work efficiently and completely. They explained how I should maintain the garage door opener in the future. They were very professional. The cleaned up the area after they were finished.

Perfect. I called the minute I noticed the broken spring and the tech showed up that same morning. He was very efficient and the Angie's List deal of $180 to replace 2 springs, rollers and make adjustments was great. The tech also adjusted my garage door openers as a courtesy although it was clear that these were not included with the deal.

They took off my front wooden door and screwed in a non-working door for a week. They fixed some loose panels and refinished the outside. They made it look like new. Hopefully the new finish will last as it wasn't cheap to upgrade to the durable finish.

Called at 4:00 pm and DM was at house at 8:00 sharp the next morning. Entire installation was 90 minutes. They did a great job.

Great customer service from the initial service request to the installation. Bob was very helpful and honest. He emailed a price sheet for the garage door openers he uses. Shawn called when he was on his way. He and his helper arrived on time and were very professional. Shawn was extremely patient with my 77 yr old mother. He explained how the opener and keypad worked (several times) and was VERY patient. I would definitely recommend Quality Door Service and will use them in the future.

DM looked at the damaged sheetrock, and knew exactly what to do. Apparently, a door opener bolt had come loose, and the shaking of the opening/closing door had created the damage to the sheetrock.. He had the door hardware reattached in minutes. He also lubricated the tracks and rollers, explaining his service the entire time. The doors work so much better, and are much quieter. DM was very pleasant and knowledgeable, as well. I had expected to have to replace the openers, if not the doors themselves, but DM explained that, even though the doors/openers are old, they still work and I didn't need to spend that kind of money unnecessarily. I did mention my husband's review from Mar-12. He recalled that review, and we had a good laugh over that!

These guys were great. I made a same day appointment for 2pm and they were at the door right at 2 and had the garage door fixed by 2:15. Super easy and friendly. They even had treats for my dogs in the truck.

They came immediately on the same day, were on time, did all the work as expected without any issues, hassles, upselling, etc.

I called them at about 8:30 am and they said that they could have someone there by noon, but I wanted a later time because of my schedule so the service call was set between 2 and 4 pm. I received a call from the service tech that he was on the way and would there about 2:10 pm. He was - to the minute. He replaced the torsion spring, all of the rollers and lubricated all working parts in an hour. He did a great job! I was able to use a 10% off coupon for Angie's List members.

Fantastic. Great service. He even installed new nylon rollers in the garage door so it is much quieter now.
