Our garage door stuck and while no one had time to come the same day, Bob was the only one who came in at a short notice. Fixed it rightaway and also gave some good tips for routine maintenance. Thanks Bob.

It went above and beyond...They both worked very hard as they did before to see that everything worked right! These guys are great!

He came out and replaced the rollers. I was not present when they did the work. He got the job done in about 45 minutes. The scheduling was fine.

I thought we needed new Sensors and had told them to fix that but they found those were not the problem but that a chain needed replacement. They were very professional, quick and punctual. I was very happy with the price as well. Will definitely use them again.

I could not have asked for better service. I was amazed at how well Bob and his helper worked as a team. They replaced the broken spring with 2 springs so that if one should break in the future I would be able to get out of my garage and not be trapped. They then replaced the old metal rollers with the nylon ones, tested it and made some adjustments. Then he lubricated the drive train on the opener, and all the hinges on the door and track, and showed me how to properly maintain the door. The door opens so much quieter now. I would not call anyone else to work on my garage door! If you want someone who knows what they are doing and is professional, you need to call Bob. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Two gentlemen showed up promptly on time and fixed one door that was listing and stuttering and fixed my second door that would not open. They worked quickly and efficiently. And they conveyed confidence in all their actions.

I was impressed with Quality Door Service's commitment to the job. We had a garage door which was behaving erratically. It would work sometimes and other times it wouldn't. I needed them to come out the next day because of our schedule and they graciously accommodated us. The problem was a bit hard to diagnose. At first they thought it was just an issue with one of the beams and changed it and serviced the doors. But the problem recurred and they eventually had to change the wiring to get the door working reliably. They ended up visiting three times (in pretty bad weather) to finish the job and did not complain about having to do that or charge me extra for additional work. What impressed me were their sincerity and desire to get the job done right, even if it took more effort and time on their part. I think these guys are pretty solid and will definitely use them in the future without hesitation.

Looks great and the price was great. The only complaint I have is the new garage door left a gap at the bottom when closed and the chain from the Garage door opener rubbed on the door when raising or lowering. I contacted my handy Man (GK TOOLS on Angies list)and he came right out and adjusted the door so it closed all the way and adjusted the door opener so the chain didn't rub. I would have happily paid extra to have the Garage door opener adjusted when they installed the new door. Overall though very happy.

This was an emergency call. Bob and his helper came within 2 hours of the call. I have a single garage door but unusually heavy. They had the appropriate size spring and replaced it in very tight quarters because I couldn't move my car out. They tested it and made some adjustments. Then he lubricated not only that door but the other single door as well. I would not call anyone else to work on my garage door!

They took care of it nicely. They were prompt. They explained what they were going to do before they did it. The garage works a lot better after they’ve got done with it. They didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need.

They put in a new gear kit. They were very good, prompt, and came when they said they would. I really appreciated them. The workers name was Bob Meyers. He even gave me a senior citizens discount.

They were extremely prompt for both of their visits. Did not charge anything for the initial repair as they weren't sure how long it would hold. Sure enough, it failed almost right away, and we hired them to replace the motor. They were obviously very knowledgeable and also provided very helpful pointers for maintenance.

POP! The spring on my garage door broke and the door slammed shut with a lot of force. The torsion spring had broken after about 12 years. The force snapped the chain cog off the top of my electric opener as well. Searched on Angie's List and saw the number of A ratings. He had a deal listed to replace the spring, rollers and tune up for $200 so I bought it online. I did that at 1am Saturday morning. At 10:30 am Saturday (same day) he called my contact number and said he was nearby and had a cancellation and could he come to my house in about 20 minutes. I said yes and he was here in 15. Once he was here I told him that for safety reasons I wanted to replace the opener as well. He described the product and accessories and quoted a price. Work was done in about an hour. Very professional. His co-worker explained how to maintain the door track, rollers and springs and what not to do. They answered a few questions I had and they made sure I understood how to operate the door and program it for the buttons in my car. No pressure. No upsells. Price is competitive with what others charge. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I purchased a Big Deal for this service, as we had not had any service on our garage door in the 5+ years we had owned the home. They reached out quickly to schedule the service, were flexible on the timing, and showed up on time. The crew that came was knowledgeable and quick with their work. They did not try to sell me extra services, but did inform me of an issue that I may have in the future. Everything went very well, and I plan to call them back when I need service again.

It was such a positive experience, which is frequently not the case. I called to tell Mr.Myers that our garage door was making a real loud noise when in use. He called me back within 15 minutes of my call to the office. He had his men to our house the next day in the morning. Sean was so professional and helpful, as was his partner. He greased the door saying that was the only problem. He never put the "sales pitch" on me pressuring me into purchasing a new opener. He simply informed me that my current opener is 15+ years old. I asked him about new openers, but he never once high pressured me. He simply provided answers to the questions I asked. I knew that eventually I would have to have the old one replaced, and probably sooner than later. I was so impressed with his manner and how he did business, that I knew I wanted him to do the job, so he installed the new one right then and there and was completely done with the job in 45 minutes. I would recommend the entire team to anyone!

Great service. Showed up on time. They came at 8am in the morning as promised and finished the job in 30 mins.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job.The hinges were broken. Both doors got fixed and they made adjustments that were necessary.I was told that eventually I would have to do some replacement of the doors but for now they are fixed and when they break we will replace the doors. I felt they were very honest and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I would recommend to anyone wanting good honest service and will use them in the future. If you tell them you found them on Angie's List you will save 10%.

My larger door had come off the track on one side on New Year's eve. It was hanging precariously on one side, held up by the opener arm in the center. Bob and Terry arrived on Jan 2 in the morning, earlier than the appointment time. They assessed the situation quickly and efficiently, were able to repair the tracks and replace the rollers. They were very friendly and professional. Job was done in under an hour. We could not be happier with the service and the people at Quality Door! Highly recommended!!
