Very experienced and friendly people, who obviously knew what they were doing. Offered a lot of helpful advice about how to maintain the new opener. I could not have been more satisfied with the results

They were able to come on short notice (less than 24 hrs) , Very professional, very knowledgeable, very fast. I would say they were in and out in less then 2 hours. Gave me some tips on maintenance so i don't break another spring. Also gave me advice on a replacement automatic opener ( chamberlain), which i installed myself, All in all i was very pleased, adn would recommend to anyone.

They are absolutely fantastic. These two men came out on time. They are phenomenal. I expected them to tell me to replace my doors. They put on all new rollers and greased them. One of the doors was smashed, they fixed they dent. I have two practically brand new doors. I told them I?ve been trying to find batteries for the garage door opens. They gave me the batteries and brand new openers.

Made an purchase from Quality Door Services on a Sat. They called on Sun. to schedule my appt. for the next Tues. I got a call 15 minutes prior to my appt. telling me they were on their way. Showed up right on time and were very nice to deal with. They explained what they were doing as they went along and gave me tips on how to take care of my garage door parts. My garage door rolls up and down more smoothly and very quietly. I would definitely use them again.

Bob and Terry showed up right on schedule, replaced all of the rollers on the doors with new ones, adjusted springs, and lubricated everything. Also, gave me valuable information on how to keep everything in tip top shape for years to come. The guys were great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to a friend or neighbor.

I learned from him and he didn't charge me anything for the quick visit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! If my garage did have any issues in the future, I'd call him again!!

Could there be a nicer, more knowledgeable couple of guys in the garage door industry??! I doubt it. I have used them before and will use them again. Honest, will not oversell, prompt and enthusiastic about doing a great job for you. Being a female with no knowledge of garage door mechanics, they were respectful and reassuring as my old garage door coil had snapped and nearly killed me. My door is now quiet and smooth.

I have used Robert and his team perhaps 3 times in the past. Most of the time he was able to get out the very same day. He has been honest and tried to save me money when he could. On this last visit, however he explained that the opener had given up the ghost and would need to be replaced. He came back in a few days with an opener and he had it installed and adjusted in about an hour.

From the deal page.... it does not list the areas that are served by the provider. Purchasers need to look a the providers page and it nicely shows a map of areas that they serve. I purchased the deal and received an email from provider advising that they do not service my area. Contacted member services, refund being issued. Wish that the deal showed the service area map. This would help everyone.

Bob troubleshoot garage door opener, found burned PC Board; Offered new PC board or new opener; Because my opener was 15+ years old opted for new LiftMaster Opener; Very pleased with workmanship of Quality Door and installed equipment.

Put in a distress call to Bob & Larry on a hectic get-away Friday not really expecting more than schedualing a service call for next week. To my surprise Bob said sit tight and less than 30 minutes later they roll up and get right on it. Maybe 35-40 minutes later they write me up and they're gone. A study in professionalism that took me back to another time. Also, Bob was free with do's & don't's curiously not found in the owners manuel - nice!

Was very pleased with how knowledgeable Bob was. I am looking forward to getting him back out to finish everything up, he actually came out last week to finish the job but half my backyard was in my driveway due to another project and he was not able to do what he needed so as soon as this other issue is cleaned up he is coming back out.

We called another garage door company, Overhead Door, who came out and serviced the opener.

The service turned out fine, everything went great. He came the day I purchased the big deal. I did not pay more then the $99 of the big deal. I highly recommend them, they did a great job.

the installers called saying they were on the way and showed up as promised. They reviewed the problem with me, explained what would be done and how long it would take. They finished on schedule. They replaced the spring, changed out the rollers, lubed the door and took time to tell me how to maintain it so it would last longer. I am very pleased with the service, price, and the overall experience with the company.

Sent the request through Angie's list at 7:30 AM, got an email to call them in about 10 minutes. They asked if they could come around noon. Showed up around 9:45, and left by 10:15.

I told him that my garage door has been making squeaking noises for the last few days and the noise keeps getting worse. He told me to purchase Liquid Wrench Penetrating Oil and spray all the rollers and the tracks then open and close the door a few times to see if that works. I purchased the product and used it today and it worked great! Bob could have easily made a service call and charge me for his time, but instead he gave me great advice and said that if the product did not work to call him back and he would take a look at it. I am so grateful that I called one of the last honest business owners who could have made a buck, but decided to help me fix the problem myself. I am so happy that I contacted Bob and I will definitely use him in the future. I highly recommend Quality Door Service. Thank You Bob!

These guys do all of my garage door stuff. They're awesome!

Work took less than 30 minutes. The guy even replaced the dead battery in the garage door opener.

I called to schedule service, and Bob called back that afternoon. The appointment was made for a couple of days later, based on my availability. The morning of the appointment, Shawn called to let me know they were about 20 minutes out. He and Terry arrived early and got to work. They only had to do one door, because the other one is never used - it's functionally a garage wall - so in less than an hour, they had replaced the rollers, straightened a bent portion of the track, lubricated the track and hinges, and I experienced the quietest, smoothest-moving garage door opening in my 10 years in this house. Terry explained about annual lubricating - showed me where and how and recommended the appropriate product. They were pleasant, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They'll definitely get the call when the time comes to replace the opener itself!

Impressive! My expectation was to have a garage door which opened freely, and what I got was the smoothest and quietest garage door that I have ever had. This will be the only company I call in the future for garage door repair.

Out garage door opener would open but not close unless we held down the wall button in the garage, what a pain! After 3 weeks we finally decided to do something about it. Called a highly rated contractor who quoted us $154 which includes the service call and replacing the pair of sensors. Next we called Quality Door Service and spoke to the owner Bob. He asked us to go and wipe the senors with a damp cloth, not wet but damp, in order to dislodge any cobweb or small debries that may be on them. Frankly, we were doubtful but thought 'what the hack.' After we wiped the sensors down, the green blinking light finally stayed solid green. As soon as the wall button was touched, the garage door began to close, and close, until it was completely closed!!!! Unbelievalbe. We called Bob back immediately to thank him for helping us fixed this pesty problem without even makeing a service call. He was very kind about it and said he did not want people to spend money unless it was necessary. He said others (garage door service) won't tell you that. You got that right Bob! Thank you for your honesty and helpfulness. We'd definitely call Quality Door Service in the future.

Awesome! I'm sorry I didn't get the two guys' names, but they called to say they were on their way and were a bit early. They got right to work. Both of them were very friendly yet professional. I asked questions about the maintenance of the door as they worked and they answered all my questions, showed me how to take care of the door myself (including the product they use). This is a great company and I will definitely use them again and will refer them.
