These guys came out same day, checked the door, and recommended another business to install a new door (cracks were on the door when I bought the house 4 years ago). No charge for the visit!

I am a very new member to Angie's List (less than 24 hours). I was weighing the pros/cons of membership and then....my garage door broke. I looked at several garage door companies and decided to go with Quality Door Service. I researched enough to learn that my torsion spring was broken and saw a Big Deal for tune-up as well as one for torsion spring replacement. I called the company this morning and spoke with Sean. I discussed the problem, gave my DIY diagnosis and mentioned the "Big Deal" but wasn't sure how it worked. Sean suggested that they come look at it first and said he would honor the price if it indeed was what I thought. As promised, Sean looked at the garage door, fixed it and honored the Big Deal price. He also took the time to give me some maintenance tips and tell me a little about the quality of our garage door (good) and our garage door opener (not so good). He wasn't pushy or trying to upsell, he just made a few observations about it and mentioned what we could do to make it better. From the first phone call to payment after the job was finished; it took just under 2 hours. I am amazed and impressed. I am a new fan of Quality Door Service and an even bigger fan of Angie's List!!

Appx four hours ago one of the springs on my garage door broke, leaving my car trapped inside. I called Quality Door Service and spoke to Bob, the owner. His earliest availability was 1 - 2 today, However he received a cancellation on another appointment and was able to arrive by noon. He changed both springs, made sure door functioned properly and was done and out within 30 minutes. Great job!

Initially I called because my garage door would not shut. They did a tune up and let me know that my garage door opener was the builders base model and would need to be replaced as it was prone to problems and already 9 years old. I continued to have problems with it not closing and asked to have a new one installed. They are responsive and punctual and I had a great experience using them. The warranty is great as well and I have a garage door opener that works wonderfully.

Service was done the same day I called and were here earlier than promised. Explanations were given and repair was done fast with no clean up necessary. It was a bad sensor but they quickly replaced both sensors for me. Highly recommend using this company as service exceptional, service fast, parts were all new and repair fee was reasonable.

Quality Door Service is pragmatic and to the point. They tell you the way it is and well, there's none of that fluffy customer service that people tend to expect from a service provider. Appointments were set via email; a phone call was made; a reminder call 30 minutes prior to the job; and after 25 minutes, they were done and out of there. We have no problems but didn't expect that a $100 job could get done in 25 minutes. Either they are the most efficient company out there or we just didn't know what to ask for to get the most out of the $100 spent (obviously we don't know). This is no insult to them. They were professional the whole time and we are happy with the work thus far.

They arrived precisely at the agreed time and got right to work. Sean and DM were pleasant and professional. They gave good advice to help me do a better job of maintaining my garage door and opener. It was a great value and took less than 30 minutes.

They were fantastic. They had really reasonable prices. They were on time and they did what they said they were going to do. They even gave me a little bit of a discount so I thought they were fantastic. Everybody else was around $300. They told me they had an Angie's List special that I could go online and purchase since they were already there. I would definitely recommend their service. Bob was the owner and he sent a crew out. It was Shawn and DM that came out. They were great. They were fast and efficient. Within 30 minutes they were out and had my door fixed. The quality of the work was excellent. They were actually 15 minutes early. Bob asked a lot of questions over the phone so he could make sure his guys had all the right stuff on the truck including the springs. He said he would do the rollers for free. He was very professional. I would absolutely use them again. He gave me a bunch of business cards and stickers and I've actually passed some out to my neighbors.

First, the monthly book listing of Providers is outstanding. One of our garage doors broke down; the rollers snapped and the doors fell off the track. I called Quality Door Service number and left a message for "Bob" for the following day (it was after hours). Bob called back the next mornng before 7:30am (the message said we would receive a return call after 7:30am). He scheduled my repair although his schedule was booked solid. He kept me apprised telephonically of his status and arrived well before the apptment. His sense of humor and professionalism was outstanding. He had our garage door promptly in ship-shape. I can't tell you what a relief and pleasure the experience was to rely upon Quality Door Service and Bob. What a wonderful service; a great owner and professional man. He also had a colleague with him to expedite the job. Thank you so much for identifying this Company as a top provider. I enthusiastically endorse Bob and his company, and look forward to calling upon him again for our future needs. Oh yes. He charged us the "Angie's List" price that was advertised via email, even though I contacted him by using the Provider List booklet. The experience was worth more than twice the price paid.

This company is so honest!! Came out to do estimate and informed me that I did not need the work. Applied oil to my garage doors at no charged. I had received estimate from another company and it was going to cost me $350.00. WOW these guys are trustworthily and honest. Hard to find these days!

The two gentlemen did a great job with my garage door. They replaced the rollers and made sure all connections were set correctly. The oiled all the appropriate parts and repaired all problem areas. They not only did a great job they also instructed me on how take care of the various parts so that future so that the door will work properly in the future.

They were great and I liked the technician. They were rally easy to schedule with. He came in his truck and came with all the parts that he needed. He was very personable and the quality was very good. I refereed him to other people and they were all happy with him. He showed up when he said he would.

I purchased a big deal for a garage door tune up. I emailed him asking when he could do it, and he called me right back saying he could come over the next day. When he got to my house, he looked at my garage door and let me know that he didn't do work on the style of door that I had, and recommended someone else who could do the work for me. He informed me that I should call Angie's List to get a refund. He even called me a week and a half later to remind me that I had not requested the refund yet. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

They were excellent. They did a very good job. I will recommend them. The rollers in our garage door are deliberately quiet now. I was not there when they came out but my wife was there and they got it done without any drama and everything so that made my wife quite happy. The experience was excellent overall. Their price was also excellent.

Two of they techs came and they were so friendly and informative. They inspected my garage doors and were so helpful with advice for preventive measures. The techs finished working on the doors in a timely manner. This is going to be my "go to" company for my garage doors from now on!
