It went great! Contacted them Friday morning, they had someone out within a couple of hours, and the repair took 20 minutes; couldn't have been easier.

They came out to our home and told us that the spring and roller were not the problem. There were other issues. They were extremely professional and I would use them again in the future if I needed to as well as recommend them to others.

This company has all of the attributes you would want in a professional services provider. They ( there were two techinicians - one the owner) were very knowledgeable, very responsive and very fair in terms of pricing. I can't imagine using anyone else, based on this one experience.

tBoth sets of garage doors had 1 spring broken. Put new springs on one garage door with rollers and tuned up. Then recycled the good spring from that door and placed on other garage door with new rollers and tuned up. Now I have both doors working. Such a nice surprise. Very nice and kind. On time. Worked quickly and effeciently. Pride in quality of work.

BEST of the BEST! Professional, knowledgeable and very fast. This company impressed my husband and that is extremely hard to do. We received a response in just a few minutes. They arrived on time, fixed the problem, showed my husband how to maintain the garage door... all in 20 minutes. Oh, and since the rollers did not need to be replaced, we even got a few dollars back... WOW! We definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I purchased the online coupon: $99 for Garage Door Tune-up PLUS Roller Replacement! (Up to 2 Doors) Bob Myers contacted me shortly thereafter asking me for the best scheduling options. We decided on a convenient Friday morning for me. Two employees arrived on time and explained all of the work before starting. They were fast and efficient! I will definitely consider their services for a future garage door replacement.

The springs broke on the garage door, so I couldn't get my car out. This happened a couple of hours before a doctor's appointment. Bob was finishing an appointment when I called and had just enough time before his next appointment to dash down here and replace the springs on the garage door so I could get my car out and make my appointment. Quality Door Service did a high quality job, was extremely responsive, and charged a reasonable price. I have used them before and will definitely used them again.

The appointment went very well. Bob Myers showed up right on time and got right to work. He explained to me what needed to be done and went above and beyond the required work. I will definitely be calling on Bob in the near future as I have another repair/update to my garage door opener that needs to be addressed.

The technicians arrived on time and explained everything. They were very knowledgeable and efficiently performed the work in a timely manner. The doors are like new again whisper quiet operation. Very happy and would not hesitate to call them again.

The company contacted me in a timely manner and set up an appointment. to come out. The technician called to provide a status and ETA on the day of service. The work was done well and the technician was polite and respectful. The garage door works much better now than it did before. No complaints at all.

The scheduling was good and they arrived on time to look at our door, but they were not able to fix it.

I left for work in the morning and our garage door worked fine. When my wife tried to leave the garage door opener would not work. I returned home to find the drive chain hanging and a broken gear. Bob was able to come out the same day and within 30 minutes had the garage door opener fixed. My garage door is now opening and closing smoother than it has in quite some time! The cost of the work was very reasonable and Bob said we should hopefully be able to get 5 more years out of our opener (it's already 10 years old). We would not hesitate to use Quality Door Service in the future. They are a family owned business and clearly take an interest in satisfying their customers.

AWESOME. Complaint was that it was very loud and screechy to open garage doors. The vibration would be heard throughout the house. Now, we can barely hear them. Good news is that we cannot hear the doors opening and closing any more; bad news is that we don't know when my husband is coming home, so the kids don't wait to greet him by the door before he walks in as they used to do. Awesome service; the other "Bob"/"DM" was fast and professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend. Also, very patient as we had to clean out the garage for them to have access to the doors, and they honored the coupon four months later!

Everything was smooth, quick and easy. The price was great and the communication was excellent. They had everything done in 1 day and the work that was completed turned out just like I expected.

They were prompt and efficient. They replaced the broken springs and rollers on my 2 bay garage door. They also adjusted and reinforced a hinge. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the value. Will use them again.

I don't have enough words to express how great Bob and his guys were. I called him around 11:30, as our garage door would not open and we suspected a broken spring. Bob answered the phone when I called, and said he would be there around 1:00. The fact he could be there so quickly was amazing, true customer service. He called when on his way, and arrived right on time. We have a very heavy wood covered garage door, which Bob and his partner were able to get open through sheer might and determination, allowing my wife to get her car out of the garage. They clearly went the extra mile in doing that for her, as it was definitely a challenge for two guys to do. They noted the springs on the door were incorrect springs for such a heavy door, hence why it broke after only 3 years. He researched which heavy duty springs should be on this type of door, ordered them and was back at our house as promised the next morning at 8:30 with the new springs. The door was fully repaired within an hour. Bob and his team were the gold standard for customer service and customer satisfaction. They were courteous, punctual, professional, and definitely went the extra mile every step of the way, and they even brought dog treats for our dogs! I will definitely use them again and give them the highest recommendation of any service provider I have ever used. A big thank you to Bob and his team!

Called about broken cable and coil on garage door. Was able to have provider come out within a few hours. Everything was fixed quickly! We were even given tips on maintenance to help prevent further problems.

Explained what needed to be done and why. Provided full details of the repair and how it would work. Gave estimate and what total cost would be and gave 10% discount for Angies List customer. I called tnem at 10:30 am this morning. Gave me a time frame from 1PM to 3PM. They called about 12PM and advised they were on there way. Arrived within a 1/2 hour did the work and were done promptly. They cleaned up everything and left everything the way it was.

Garage doors work better than they previously did. They are quieter and the glitches we were experiencing consistently have been resolved. We would use this service again.

They changed the gear and everything is working great. They also showed me how to lubricate the chain and spring. They were good about giving me tips.
