Great service! Arrived on time and performed the maintenance very quickly. Garage door opens much smoother and quieter now.

Bob arrived right on time, completed the work within one hour and provided the Angie's List discount. He even had treats for my dogs! I would highly recommend Quality Door Service.

I called Quality Door Service at 11am on a Monday, explaining that the belt on my opener had shed some teeth and was slipping. They said they could come out same day, between 2pm and 4pm. They called at 1:30 saying they were half an hour out and arrived at 2pm. The springs on my door were adjusted unevenly, causing the door to shift to one side when it opened and the door was hitting one of the spring pulleys, which could have been responsible for the condition of the belt. I was given two options - I could call the manufacturer of the opener and see if they would replace the belt on warranty, or I could opt for a new opener entirely. Given that my current opener was 11 years old already, I just opted for a new opener. The two gentlemen were courteous and friendly and got the new opener installed, door adjusted and lubed in about 45 minutes. They showed me exactly what they did and explained the proper way to lubricate the door. Fast, friendly and professional - I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called Quality Door Service around 7PM on 17th and scheduled service for 7AM ON 18th. Repairman (Shawn) called around 6:00 to say he was on the way. He arrived at approximately 6:30 and got right to work. He removed the old springs and installed the new ones in about 20 minutes. Then he installed the existing steel rollers with new nylon rollers in no-time flat (& showed me a quick trip in case I need to replace rollers in the future). Finally Shawn showed us how to maintain the door components to avoid future problems. He produced the invoice and accepted credit card payment via Square. The entire call took on the order of 30 minutes. The door never worked so well previously We are ver happy we called Quality Door & would call them for for future garage door issues.

It went fabulous! I sent Bob pictures of the broken part, he found replacement part and scheduled repair. I loved the fact that he tried to help me troubleshoot the problem was prepared to talk me through the repair over the phone and as I prefer to repair things myself. After deciding that I indeed could not repair myself, Bob found the replacement part (after reviewing the pictures that I sent him), and came that day to repair. Bob gave me options of times that he could be available for a repair. I chose to give him the code to my garage so that I could get it repaired as soon as possible as I was not available. I came home to a fixed garage door which was fabulous! I would definitely recommend Bob and Quality Door Service.

They are great! i called one day, he had a service call the next day in the area, i also got the Angie's List deal of free rollers with my springs! his service guy noticed that the electronic eye was out, so i got that fixed too. Bob was really pleasant and easy to work with, these guys are great!

I returned home from a trip last evening to discover my garage door would not go up. This morning I called, and Bob sent a repairman who showed up within two hours of my call. It turns out the spring coil had broken so it was replaced along with new nylon rollers changed out. The repairman also made an adjustment to the way the door had been hung and all was working within 30 minutes. I appreciate the quick response and great service!

Was very responsive to my Saturday morning call - came out within 2 hours. After assessing the problem , concluded that he needed parts but promised to return within next 3 hours - which he did. Was very good at explaining the problem and what was needed. Was very professional and repaired the problem promptly. Cost was reasonable and I really appreciated the fact that only performed needed repairs. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely use them again.

They did a great job. The gentlemen went above and beyond of what he was required to do, and pounded out some dents that were in the door.

I located this provider on Angie's List. I called and had an appointment scheduled for them to arrive at my home within the next 2.5 hours. They arrived, confirmed that I needed the garage door springs replaced and went to work. They completed the work in about 30 minutes and it cost $200. I also liked that he recommended they install two springs versus one (my home is older and that's how the builders were cutting cost years ago). I had done my research before I called and based upon the size of my garage door, it is recommended that there be two springs versus one and it helps to increase the longevity of the unit. The price was also within the range that was most often quoted during my online research to replace garage springs. It is such a wonderful feeling to be able to park in my garage once again. I am thankful that there are honest people in this business who do quick work at a fair price. They deserve to have the word "Quality" in their name. Signed, One Happy Customer

D.M. Was GREAT!!! He was on-time. Checked out my Genie 1024 door opener that was not working. Gave me his professional advice that it couldn't be repaired and installed a Brand new Liftmaster door opener. It works wonderful!! Thanks Vicki F.

Not much more to say. Technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me preventative maintenance instructions help my installation last longer.

.The technician was punctual (a bit too punctual actually but that is not a bad thing) and very professional. He tuned two garage doors as was specified in the deal. The double door (have a single and a double) had a tendency to stick when closing. He pointed out a break in one of the door panels that was causing it and was ablt to fix it during the call for an additional $40 dollars, which was very reasonable to me. Two days after the service call the single door would not close so I called Quality Door.They came out immediately and resolved the issue showing that they stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Wonderful, the repair man knew his business and did a great job even with my husband "helping". Our doors run so quit and smooth--unbelievable. Could not be happier. We feel he went the extra mile for us, so nice. Thank you!!

Bob worked around my schedule to get a tech out to my house at 7am so that I could get back to work at a reasonable hour. He was very professional over the phone and showed true customer service. On the day of the work, the technician came and assessed the issues and made a recommendation to replace the opener with a model that will last much longer (liftmaster product). He said that he could repair the unit I currently had but it was at the end of its life expectancy so I chose to go with a new belt driven system. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know in terms of proper upkeep. By the time he was done (1 hour total work time) he had my door up and running and sounding whisper quiet. I will never use any other service and this is the reason why I use Angies list. I now have peace of mind that my door will be working properly for years to come. Just a little advice for those of you that are just looking to repair your current opener made by a substandard manufacturer, spend the extra money and get a better opener and leave all the worry behind. I want to say " Thank You " for doing such a great job and being so professional. I'm not the type that spends time writing reviews so believe me when I say that they highly exceded my expectations (Im hard to please, as my wife says).

Wow, FANTASTIC service from scheduling the appointment to the actual repair! Bob and his helper came at the scheduled time, they were very professional and finished the job FAST. They had everything fixed within 30 minutes! Bob gave me the estimate BEFORE he knew that I found them on Angie's List, so the discount is a true discount. I would DEFINITELY recommend Quality Door Service to anyone that needs garage door repairs. I am having them come back to install a new garage door opener next week.
