I described the problem to the owner over the phone, and he understood exactly. Two servicemen arrived the next morning precisely on time, were very courteous, and quickly repaired the problem. They not only installed a substantial metal brace at the opener track connection point but added additional bracing along the interior top of the door and greased the rollers. Such a pleasure to see competent service people arrive with just the right materials and know-how. My husband and I would have spent hours trying to fix what these fellows took care of in no time.
