Overall very happy worry the service performed. Shawn came same day and finished the work in less than an hour. Charged exactly what he estimated.

True to his word, he was here when he said he would be. He took measurements. He looked at the door and advised everything would have to be replaced and went to call his boss. He turned down the job, because he reported they only did repairs, not replacement.

Bob contacted us promptly to schedule the service. Service was scheduled with a couple of days. His technician arrived on time and got to work immediately. He completed the job quickly and professionally. Very pleased. This was the second time we have used them.

I came home on Friday late afternoon to a broken garage door and left a message requesting service. My call was returned immediately and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Shawn called before arriving and was even a little early, which I like. He looked at the issue and told me the Angie's List price and was finished with the repair in less than 30 minutes. When i asked him about the bulb in my garage door opener shorting out, he took the time to look at the problem and explained the best type of bulbs to buy. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Quality Doors did a good job with me. Sean returned my call promptly and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. He offered same day service, but I was unavailable and declined. When they arrived, I told them the symptoms of the problem, and they were able to fix it relatively quickly. They diagnosed the problem, and all that I was charged was their normal service fee (with Angie's list discount). They were nice and respectable. Would recommend and use again. They left a sticker for the company next to my garage door opener should I need them again.

They responded quickly to set up the appointment and arrived on time. I told the technician the garage door was noisy even though I kept it lubricated. He told me the new rollers would make it quieter and I immediately noticed the difference. He gave me tips on how to maintain the garage door and answered all my questions with no hesitation. The technician was professional and polite. Its been a week now and I am glad my garage door no longer sounds like it's going to break apart.

It turned out fine. It was good. The guy was very helpful. They were very knowledgeable. It was one of the Angie's list special so it was a good price.

These guys go a very good job. My garage door made more squeaky noises than a haunted house. I was having numerous issues due to the fact that the garage door needed "tuning". They put in new rollers and all the other stuff that made it work perfectly. I called them back because of some stupid issue (that was my fault) and they responded promptly and nicely. Nice doing business with service providers that are good.....very good.

Our garage door opener went out while I was at work and my wife could not get her car out of the garage. I called and a technician was immediately dispatched to my house. A new garage door and rollers were installed before I could make it home. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about the product. He explained to me how to program the opener to our vehicles and said to call if I had any questions and they would walk me through the process. Later that day I programmed my vehicle and while in the process the garage door spring broke (original 8 years old). What a dilemma I was in. I called them back and explained the situation and another technician was immediately dispatched to my home and the spring was replaced with a double spring system. Everyone about this company is fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great folks!

Bob responded to my request for an appointment almost immediately. An appointment was scheduled for early Monday morning. The service technician was prompt and courteous. He made the repairs and had my door working better than new. The door not only works properly, it's also quieter.

Found this company on Angie's list and called them due to all the great reviews. I had planned to get three quotes, but was so pleased with the price, the service and the prompt response from this company we let them do the work. We are very pleased with the service we got. DM gave us all our options and gave us the option of doing a patch work at a lower cost or to replace all the panels. We decided to replace all the panels. Door looks great, the noise is gone when opening and closing door, and works well. Service was prompt, professional and we felt price was fair. Love to do business with Mom and Pop companies when we can. Thank you, Bob for having a company that was a pleasure to do business with. The company that worked on our door the last time had many bad reviews, so looked for a new one, Pleased with everything from beginning to end and glad we used your company

I was amazed by the prompt responsiveness and professionalism of this company! Wow! Before calling them, I was worried that I'd have to wait days until they would send someone out. Not at all! I spoke with Bob who gave me a same day appointment. Bob as well as the repair specialist who arrived at my house (unfortunately I forget his name) were both very knowledgeable. The problem was identified and fixed within a matter of minutes. It's so refreshing to experience such incredible customer service. I highly recommend Quality Door Service and plan on using them again in the future if needed.

These folks are great to deal with from the moment that Bob answers the phone! Quoted me great prices and described the difference between the door openers that he offered so an informed decision could be made, then scheduled the service to be completed the next morning because we couldn't be available the same day. Sean called about 15 minutes prior to his on-time arrival the next morning, then came and completed the job within an hour - and he even programmed my car to open the door without a remote. I really enjoyed dealing with this company.

Garage Door Replacement did an excellent job overall. They were quick to respond, provided me with all my options and the costs associated with each option, made the scheduling quick & easy, and the installation went exactly as they had claimed. I worked with Bob, Shaun, and D.M. all directly, and they were ALL very professional and direct. They had no gimmics and provided me with all of my options leaving me to make the decision. They were excellent, and I will refer them to anyone who is looking for some garage door work to be done.

Bob with Quality Door Service came out on Monday morning after I made the call that same morning and completed the tune up so that the garage door would open and close completely. The very next morning the actual opener was installed. Gave me a two hour window and both times they were way within the first hour. Received a call 30 minutes before their arrival time as stated. Very personable and informative about the product. Let me know exactly what needed to be done and the cost upfront. Took the time to explain how the product woride and how to use it. Programmed the remotes along with programming the one in my car. Would definitely recommend them.

Yesterday (Easter Sunday) my son-in-law's garage door slipped off the track and the door was stuck half open half closed. He tried to contact his garage door person but no response. I sent Mr. Myers an email from his website and within a short time I got a phone call and a text offering to put me at the TOP OF HIS LIST for today! That was extraordinary service. I have personally used him in the past and his service was spot on and very reasonable. He really knows what he is doing. He was so nice and so responsive I just had to tell all my friends on Angie's List about this wonderful man. As it turned out my son-in-law reached his guy and we didn't need Mr. Myer to come. That doesn't take away from Mr. Myer's fantastic service response so I thought I would publish this review for all to read.

Our door was binding and eventually caused a panel to crack. I emailed Bob on a Sunday, and almost immediately I received an email back. He Sunday night to set an appointment for Monday morning. Shawn showed up within the window Bob provided. He quickly identified the problem and repaired within 30 minutes. Great communication, very professional, and honest. We'll use them again!

Couldn't have asked for better service. We called Wednesday afternoon and they came out Thursday morning. They gave us a 2 hour window and called 30 minutes before they arrived. They were prompt and courteous and completed the work in less than an hour.

DM was awesome. Called back fast and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. Well worth it!

Bob and his partner came out on a Saturday and were professional and very personable. He came out on the same day I joined Angie's List and requested a service call! The prompt to order a service call defers to the first business day, but Bob called me right away and said if it was more convenient (which it was) he could be out Saturday afternoon. He and his partner arrived on time and went straight to work, assessing the problem and not wasting time to take care of the issues I had. The price was more than fair.
