Went very well. Garage door now works as it should.

I have one wide garage door with a Genie Pro screw drive system. One roller had already broken off and another was off track. I bought the Big Deal and had a call-back in an hour; scheduled the job for 2 days later. The 2-man crew showed up 2 hours early--a bit unexpected but was welcomed regardless. In 20 minutes these guys had replaced all the rollers, spot-checked the entire system, and lubricated everything. When they activated the door, it was whisper-quiet! And it was not rattling when moving. What? I thought this Genie Pro was just a low-end loud unit and I would have to live with it (I was even considering replacing it with something quiet). What a pleasant surprise. Guys told me that the system had not been lubricated in years. They gave me a can of lubricant and showed me how to do periodic lube maintenance. When I bought the house 3-1/2 years ago I had the door spring replaced by another vendor and they were also supposed to lube everything. Obviously they didn't lube anything. Service representative showed up on time, approximately 2.5 hours after I called company requesting repair. Since I wanted both torsion springs on the garage door replaced, service representative suggested that I purchase their Angie's List special garage door tune-up for $200 ($50 off regular price). Service representative replaced both torsion springs, all rollers, lubricated all hinges, and balanced and adjusted door within 45 minutes. The door hasn't worked so well since I purchased the house 16 years ago. It operates so smoothly and quietly that we can barely hear it operate from inside the house. I highly recommend Quality Door Service.

They arrived on time and was able to perform all the necessary functions in a professional and congenial manner. The door is so quite now the dog can't hear it! I am very satisfied with these people and will certainly contact them again.

The visits were very professional and on the second visit to install the belt on one door, the team tuned up two other garage doors. I was impressed with the technical skill and professional manner.

Thought I was going to need a whole new door, but when the guy came out to my house i was so relieved to find out that i only needed new springs and adjustment/tuneup on the unit. When I called them they got back to me right away and had someone out to my house the same day! I was very pleased with the honesty & level of service. I would definitely recommend this company! I have had a few of my friends that has also used this company in the past and have had nothing but great things to say about them. :)

The appointment was for 11-1 but I mentioned that if they want to come super early I would be home. They did this which was great so the job was complete before I went to work. I now have a much quieter garage door when it opens and closes. I will definitely use them again especially if I need a new opener.

Date of service is estimated. Provided service requested. Arrived at time agreed and performed work necessary. Refunded some of the prepaid amount due to not having to do some work expected. Nice and unexpected.

A previous repair was done on the garage door by another company (Not Quality Garage doors). It broke a month later and that company would not return my call. I called Quality Door service on a Friday, they were available on Monday, but I had them come on Tuesday (I couldn't do Mon). They promised sometime between 8 & 9am. They were here by 8:40am. Shawn looked over the garage door and told me that he'd replace the springs, rollers and cables needed replaced (I could see that a cable the previous repair person left had broken). The price was right. We went forward and it took about an hour. It looks great, it moves great and I feel good about his work. He was very professional!

I called Bob Myers and explained to him what was going on with my garage door. He told me to clean all the sensors and make sure there was no objects blocking the track. If that did not work to call him back and schedule a appointment for him to come fix the door. There was a mud dauber on the inside of the track. So I sent him packing and the door works well again. This is why Bob has such incredible reviews.

Described problem to service tech over the phone. he had all the parts needed on his truck when he arrived (on time) and did the repair in 45 minutes. A+ all around.

The service we received from Quality Door Service was amazing. After playing phone tag, through no fault of their own, Bob himself finally called me and left me his cell number so I could reach him when it was convenient for me. Because the times when I could meet them to perform the service were limited, Bob told me he would perform the service himself at the time that best me our needs. He phoned me the morning of the appointment to let me know when to expect him, and actually arrived 15 minutes early - when does that ever happen? He and his worker then got to it, and 20 minutes later we had the new springs, all new rollers and a free can of spray to use to keep the rollers and springs in working in order. They honored the Angie's List special price, gave us an extra amount of time on the warranty, and told us to call his cell immediately if anything were to go, or we needed additional service. I'm telling all my friends about Bob and Quality Door Service. We won't call anyone else!
