They were professional and on point. They were really good. It was $90 exactly the amount they promised me. It is silent and smooth. I would definitely use them again.

They called and scheduled the job within a few days, arrived as promised, on time, and completed the job within a couple of hours. They were very professional and pleasant to work with.

Did a great job installing garage door opener. On time, quality work. Happy enough with them to call back for new garage door panels to be installed but was told they "didn't want to haul them all the way down there" to League City. For someone attempting to be a repeat customer I was not expecting to hear that. Hopefully I wont get the same response from them if I ever have to call in a maintenance request on the opener they installed. I was recommending these guys to anyone that ask but probably will cease doing so....especially living "way down here." Good work, just not for League City area apparently (ANY LONGER). If they were willing to install a opener why not panels. **I am possibly still upset with what I just heard on the phone and may up their rating for the opener once I cool off. Just poor business practices in my opinion.

Garage door spring broke Friday night. Called Quality Door Service Saturday morning at 9am and left a message requesting service. Received a call back from Bob within the hour and was told someone was in the area and could be at the house between 11am and 1pm. Received a call from DM at 11:20am and said he would be at the house with 30 minutes. DM showed up on time and promptly went to work. Job was complete within an hour. I appreciate Quality Door Service's prompt response, reliability and over professional approach to job.

These guys are good. Price was right, came on time, called before arriving, estimated work time was exactly what they said it would be, and garage door fixed. I would call on this company again.

After I purchased the house, I noticed a sticker by the garage door opener for Quality Door Service. When I saw that my bottom panel on the 2 garage door had rusted out, I called them up and spoke to Bob on the phone. He was very passionate about discussing garage doors with me and my various option). He even gave me the number to his supplier to speak to him about finding panels that matched my old ones. In the end it was better just to replace the entire door so I was surprised to see that 2 days later they came out on time and replaced the doors in just over 1 hour. I was very happy with the new doors and the technician was very tidy and good. One little slip-up was the technician forgot to install the door locks, but he came right back over the next day and spent 5 minutes putting them in. I was very pleased with their service.

I have 2 doors. They came in, and immediately said only one door needed rollers changed. One guy did this while the other one worked on tightening the bolts on the other door. I called them because the larger door makes a lot of noise, and shakes when opening and closing. He said his done everything he could, but seemed more in a hurry to get out of here, than to work on it until better. He asked me if I was happy with the service, I said, not really because the reason I called them was to stop the noises and shaking- he said "well that's the best I can do" and left.

They called when they were on their way, showed up when they said they would and fixed door. They were professional, honest and answered my questions.

Purchased Angie's list deal. On time and performed up to par service on time. In and out in about 30 minutes. Garage doors opening and closing nicely with noticeably less noise.

All went well, had to point out something me small mis alignment that got corrected right away. I am just picky with things like that.

The unit needed to be reinserted into the side of each door. They did not put into the two mastic units very carefully. He needs to get back to my house and repair the two special units that are just a few inches from the floor. Every thing else is OK. Robert Irving Bowers

The owner (Bob) , I think answered the phone. It was not an emergency. But he set a time frame---and it occurred. I could ave waited but appreciated Shawn was excellent. He reviewed everything. Pointed out that he would be happy to review in a year. However, most equipment new. Three days prior given a bid to replace tracks, rollers, cables and doors for $1600 by well known national Houston competitor. Shawn said none of that work needed to be done. He did give advice about motors when and if they fail. Furthermore, he was very nice to his trainee. As a physician, I respect that is the culture of the company owner.. Robert B Hunter, MD,MS

The technician that came out for the service was DM. My husband was raised in construction, so it meant a lot when he sad that this was some of the best work he had ever seen on our property., quality wise, professionalism,etc. He said it was almost watching a ballet because he was so skilled in the way that he worked, as if there was no movement wasted. He also had ALL the necessary tools the first time around, which doesn't happen as often as it should. Fantastic service that we would use over and over again!

I attempted to clean up the sensors but the problem persisted so I called Quality Door Service. I left a message and Bob called back within about 10-15 minutes. He proceeded to patiently troubleshoot my problem over the phone as well as offering maintenance advice and answering some general questions. I offered to pay him for his time, problem solving and input but he said we were good. When the need arises to have someone out to resolve a problem or to do preventative maintenance on the door, QDS will be my first call.

Excellent on all fronts. The system was so old and quirky that a complete re-do would have been the best solution. As an economical alternative, the provider did the best he could with what he had to work with and restored the system to being functional. He didn't even charge for this service.

He didn't charge me because there was really no maintenance needed. However, he noticed that the bottom of the garage door is rusted and needs to be replaced. He is allowing me to use the $100 I paid toward the cost of the new garage door panels. The work has not been done yet because I have been traveling. He said the credit is there whenever I am ready.

They were courteous, prompt, fast and professional...did great work!

One spring broke and the garage door could not be lifted by the opener or by hand. I set up an appointment. They were prompt. They replaced not just the one spring but the other (since it likely was ready to go as well) and restored the door to operating capacity in about half an hour. This is the third time I have used Quality Door Service and I very much appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and competitive pricing.

They were very honest and I found that they did a great and timely job!
