Description of Work: This company offered a really good deal so we went with them first, but they were located more inside Houston (big city). We are more out in the suburbs. They were not in our area that morning so they couldn't be out till the afternoon. I went with someone who could come in the morning.

Description of Work: I called them to fix a garage door on my rental house. My tenant had tried to use the automatic opener when the garage was locked to the side rails so the top panel was warped and partially torn. I was fully expecting to replace the top panel of the door as a minimum if not having to replace the whole door. They looked at it and quickly ascertained that I could reinforce the torn top panel and have it be barely noticeable. They completed the work on the spot in 30 minutes for a fair price for a 30 minute job with two men and some miscellaneous parts. They also adjusted the chain and lubricated all the moving parts. They also gave me a quote to install a second opener on the other garage door. I couldn't believe the price and got put on the schedule for the second opener to get installed. They also showed up a few minutes before they would. Punctuality is a lost trait.

Description of Work: Work was done promptly and very satisfactorily. The workers were courteous and efficient. They replaced the rollers and adjusted the rails. The door works well now. The rollers and rails were lubricated, door adjusted to role smoothly. It took about 40 minutes. Tech explaned if this did not fix the problem, to call and he would come back for correction. Good experence. I would hire again if needed. Thanks, Al
