Description of Work: The garage doors are old and needed some "tweaking" to bring them back to the proper functionality. He was not only here when he said he would be; he was EARLY.

Description of Work: I had my garage doors inspected and some parts replaced (included in the big deal). I was extremely pleased as one garage door had been making a lot of noise and I was concerned that something major was wrong but after the big deal work was performed the doors operate quietly and fit closer to the foundation than they did before. Also, the serviceman was nice enough to give me some pointers on what to look for before anything serious happens with the springs. Very nice person and everything was very clean when he was finished.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener. Noticed that our gate could also be operated on the same keypad/controller and provided a brand of new opener that would allow this. Honest, punctual, and professional in a way that I've rarely seen among providers for this kind of service.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for a garage door tune up and torsion repair. The owner called me within an hour of the purchase to set up a time. The men called within the time frame (which was only 30 min) to tell me they were on the way, arrived quickly, and got to work. I spent a little more than the Big Deal because most of the hinges were cracked or all the way broken and those were replaced. |They were prompt, effecient, and friendly.

Description of Work: Door works much more smoothly now. Service was completed in a brief amount of time, so $99 seems a bit high for the amount of work involved. However, provider did install all new rollers and was very responsive to my questions.

Description of Work: Bob, the owner, called me very quickly after I left a message. He was very friendly and quickly set up the date and time for the garage door repair for the next day. He told me Sean would be the repair person. The next day Sean and DM showed up ready to work. They were both extremely professional and friendly. In fact, DM helped me get my daughter's dog back into the house. I enjoyed the old fashion, professional service. They educated me on the care of garage doors, which was much needed, and Sean even set the garage door remote code to my daughter's car's system so she does not need a remote. They even programmed an old car remote for me. This was all done at no extra charge. Would I use them again -- in a heart beat. Thank you Sean and DM for all you did to help me take better care of my home and my daughter's dog!!

Description of Work: My garage door came off the track and was bent, thought I needed all new tracks and possibly a new door. I explained to the gentleman I was a little tight on extra cash and they said no problem lets see whats wrong, they were able to fix my garage door that was already there, replaced my wheels and got it back on the newly straightened out tracks, saved me a ton of money on top of fixing my problem. Great guys I would recommend to any friend or family member.
