Description of Work: The torsion spring on our garage door broke. I called Quality Door Service at 9:00 a.m. By 10:30, they had a technician there. He had all the parts he needed. He replaced the spring and performed maintenance on the rest of the system and was finished before noon. Very professional, very responsive. A great experience with this company!

Description of Work: They were great in contacting me. I heard back from the company the same day i purchased the deal. They came out the very next day and called before they arrived. They have a great response time. Unfortunately my wife was told by the technician they could not work on that type of door. It's a Dalton. Not sure why.

Description of Work: Our Sears garage door opener was used for twelve years. Owner of the company consulted with us on Friday. He recommended replacement with Liftmaster, which is better quality. He could not fit in the work that day, but could install new system the next day. The next day the job was done. Our rollers had been replaced and he greased everything. Now it is much better and quieter than the old. Excellent advice and pricing.
