They were very professional and replaced our ancient garage door motor with a new (and much quieter) model. It works great, they did an excellent job, and their prices were reasonable.

That was fine. The $99 was not the only cost, I had to replace the whole garage door. Probably no, I would not use them in the future. I only saw him for a very short period of time, it's on a rental property that we have so I guess they were fine, for the ten minutes that I saw them. I do not know if they showed up on time.

It was determined that the one of the garage door openers was at the end of it's life and needed to be replaced. I figured I might as well replace them both so that the technology matches. Their representative provided me with a quote and provided me with all of the information of the equipment that was being proposed and encouraged me to do my research on the equipment before contacting them to perform the installation. Their price was equal to or below anything I could find online. I called back to let them know I wanted to move forward with with the installation, Friday afternoon, and they put me on the schedule for 8:00am on the following Monday. Their crew arrived on time and completed the work in less time than expected. QDS is very responsive, very straight forward, trustworthy, and honest.

Late Saturday 1-9-16 I inadvertently closed my garage door on a garbage toter, causing a spring to break. The door would still operate, but at diminished capacity. I called and left a message on 1-9-16 to make an appointment for sometime around noon on 1-11-16. My call was returned on 1-11-16 at around 8:30 am, and an appointment was arranged for 12:00 to 2:00 pm on 1-11-16. I received a call at 11:30 am saying that they were on their way. They arrived at 12:00 noon. They completed the work at around 12:30 pm and accepted a credit card for payment. ALL of Quality Door's interactions with me were conducted in a very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional fashion. I will happily call on them again when I need additional garage door repairs.

Originally, my garage door would intermittently decide to only go part of the way down, then reverse to open again. It was a weird problem that started after someone else inadvertently "messed with" the door. So, I thought getting this maintenance on the door would straighten out any lingering issues. It didn't. However, the people from Quality Door Service still came out multiple times to troubleshoot the problem. Kudos to them for putting forth the extra effort. They may not be a highly-polished corporate organization and a hundred bucks for the maintenance alone may be a little steep but, with the excellent service they provide, I'm very pleased.

I called around noon on a Friday, and a service man came at 2:30 the same day. He was very efficient, fast and polite. He not only repaired the cable, he lubricated all the moving parts of the garage door. Additionally, he gave advice on what I needed to do to properly maintain the garage door. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

Service was great! We were able to communicate through the Angie's message board until we conversed by phone. Previous companies had me that the panels were no good and had to be replaced. Using the existing panels saved me approx. $350.

I called Bob to place a service call for my garage door opener that was sporadically working. He gave me a few simple diagnostic tips over the phone to either determine if the unit needed to either be reset, repaired or replaced. These actions could not be determined over the phone, so he came to my house, at no charge, and diagnosed that the unit needed to be replaced. He had his team out the next morning at the specified time, they performed the work and thoroughly cleaned the work area before leaving. Doing business with Bob is a very simple, honest, expedient and reasonable transaction. Additionally, the work performed is top notch. I would highly suggest his company if you are ever in need of garage door repair/services.

Called QDS late in the afternoon, they said they would send someone out the next day between 8 and 9. The gentleman on the phone mentioned that the technicians would provide up front pricing and that there would be no service charge if we decided not to use their service. Two men arrived at the agreed time, were friendly and did provide up front pricing for the replacement of the spring and also included the installation of new rollers as part of their regular service. After agreeing to the price, they got to work immediately, finished quickly, and everything was back in working order in less than 1/2 an hour. Being Christmas Eve, and having a ton of errands to run, it was bad timing for the spring to break. A garage door is such a simple thing that you take for granted until it breaks. Ours is far too heavy to lift by hand and so we were grateful that the issue was addressed in such a professional and quick manner. I think you can save yourself a few dollars by getting an Angie?s List Deal in advance, but due to the timing of our break and the urgency to get it fixed I thought the service price was very reasonable. Will use them in the future for any other issues.

QDS is excellent! I called in the morning and Bob Myers sent Sean out that morning (thanks Bob!). We had a busted spring so garage door would not open at all and husband's car was trapped inside! Sean was great - informative and good about explaining everything, prompt and very professional. I was impressed with their responsiveness and level of customer service. Would definitely use them again.

One of my cables broke as the door was coming down late at night. I called early the next morning; Bob returned my call within a few minutes and we set up an appointment for later than morning. D.M. (the technician) called me when he was on his way, arrived on time, gave me my options, and completed the work quickly. Once he was here, I asked if he could also replace the bottom seal, which he did. He also replaced the rollers at no additional charge, something he said the company does routinely. Even without the $10 Angie's List discount, I thought the price was good. And the service was outstanding. I will definitely call them again if I need garage door work.

Shaun came over, he was punctual and polite. I requested some routine maintenance be done on the garage, so they oiled up joints and replaced rollers. I was satisfied with the work done.

Appointment was for between 10 am and noon. Showed up shortly after 10 and had everything completed quickly and expertly. Explained what had to be repaired and why. Older system so hoping this will keep everything working okay. Should something else break though, I won't hesitate to have them back to handle the repair.

My wife was very happy with them when they came out. They explained that they could not work on the garage because they don't service my particular garage type. However, they didn't charge us for the visit and were very courteous and professional. I emailed them on a Sunday night and I heard back first thing Monday morning so I was happy with their punctuality. Would definitely use them in the future if we change our garage type.

We had a broken spring on our garage door. I called and was very pleased with the person that answered. Very polite and quickly sent someone out that day for repairs. Nice gentleman came that seemed very knowledgable about the work. He encountered some unexpected problems but was able to handle everything. Our door was up and running again in just 1 hour. Would definitely use again.

Awesome. Called on Tuesday and they were there on Wednesday. Service was great and extremely professional. Highly recommend.

Service and was punctual, called in advance, was very polite and efficient with his time. He also took me through a tutorial about how to keep the garage door running more quietly and left me a partial can of lube.

Bob and Terry responded quickly to my phone call and immediately assessed the problem and went to work. Some damage had occurred to some of the wiring on my automatic garage door opener while there was other work going on. After making repairs to that, the cable on the door was re-spooled. This was a job well done at a fair price. I received an Angie"s discount that made the total bill $98. Thanks.

They were fine. They came out within a couple of days. I just paid what the special was. The price was good. The workers were very professional. Two of them came out. They were there for maybe half hour or 45 minutes.
