Description of Work: Garage door tune up. Glad to get door tuned up but I asked that the door be adjusted because it drops with a loud clunk. He did adjust it and it was much quieter for about 3 weeks and now the loud clunk on closing seems louder than before.

He replaced the rollers, greased the moving parts and explained when / how I could routinely maintain the lubrication myself. Very useful tips and explanation, and extremely prompt response and resolution, plus a good value.
