Description of Work: This was an Angie's List special. Great guys, great company. a two-man team arrived on time. Explained what they were going to do and got to work. I asked a number of questions which they answered thoroughly. They explained the difference to me between the rollers they installed and the ones I had. He also gave me some lubricant and advised me how to handle the care of the door for the future. Unfortunately, the type of spring on my door was closed in and they were unable to tell upon visual inspection that it was about to break. When it did break, in May, Quality Door Service's main technician was out with back surgery. The owner recommended his closest competitor! He told me that he knew the other company would do quality work and that they would take care of me! How's that for being a good guy??!! I will definitely use Quality Door Service again.

Description of Work: Basic maintenance/repair on the electric garage door. Highly recommend. Great experience. Left a voicemail on Monday and got a return call within 20 minutes. They were able to come out the next day. Service tech called when he was 30 minutes out and showed up in 30 minutes. Repair was done promptly and the tech was professional, polite and patient -- my "triple crown" for service providers. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Installed new garage door opener as the one I had stopped working (it was 17 years). Returned my call immediately and set up appointment. Worker was very professional and courteous. The new opener is 500% better than the one I had and barely makes any noise at all. Very happy with service.
