Description of Work: One of my Springs had popped off of the railing on the big garage door. I called Quality Door on Friday, 10/16, in the late afternoon & they were at my home by 8 in the morning. I was told my spring was good but the cable on the pulley is what broke. They re-ran the cables through the springs to provide better support, provided new pulleys, realigned my garage door & lubricated everything. The tech was done before i knew it. Service was explained to me in detail & everything worked better & quieter than before. I will definitely use Quality Door Service in the future.

Description of Work: Fast and well priced. Definitely stopped the awful squealing the garage door was making before. Only gave a 'B' on the service because my door actually makes a loud knock now when it reaches the top, but works much better than before. I would use them again.

Description of Work: routine maintenance on the garage door. responsiveness was great and punctuality was great. The tech apparently used too much grease on the chain mechanism or was sloppily applied and over the course of a week some dripped onto the garage floor and my husband stepped in it and tracked it into the house on the carpet. Ugh!

Description of Work: It went fine. The technicians explained the problem with the door opener and made the repair. They were also nice enough to put some new light bulbs I gave them in the garage door opener to replace the ones that had burned out. They were very courteous, and I most likely would call them again for a replacement since my garage door opener is fifteen years old.
