I called Bob initially to get an estimate for new garage doors plus automatic door openers. He had everything in stock so it was only a couple of days before work was completed. I also told him I knew NOTHING about doors and what was good or not (and I was doing this as a surprise for my husband so I was the only resource I had). He took a look, oiled the wheel gears and said he felt like I had really solid doors right now and I didn't need to replace them unless I just wanted them to look differently. He suggested simply keeping up with the lubricant and adding weatherstripping (which he did for me). He came out when he said he would and even repaired a missing wheel at no charge. I love my opener and so does my son since he doesn't have to get out of the car in the rain to open the garage for me anymore!

Bob gave me the number for his installer and I talked to him the next business day. A new door, with windows, was ordered and I was told it would take 2 days to get it, but in fact the door was picked up and installed after only one day. The door and tracks were replaced, and a piece of the old set-up was used to provide additional reinforcement. Clean-up was excellent and the whole thing was VERY easy. The installer also replaced the dead light bulb in my garage door opener.

The technician arrived on time, was qualified and courteous, and finished the job quickly for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to friends.

He answered the phone immediately and came out the next day (we were not in a hurry and actually delayed a little. He was on time and I was late so my husband handled it but I met him at the end. My husband said he explained things very well and performed the work expertly. He also showed my husband how to maintain (oil) the door properly. I had coupons from two non-Angie's list companies and asked them approximate prices over the phone. They were higher for parts in the cheapest scenario than he was for the whole repair so that even with the "free service call" and discount we would have paid more.

I arrived home at 5 pm, husband out of town and garage door would not go down. I live in a town house off a busy street. I called and they called right back. Gave me several things to try to get door down, and one worked. I asked that they come the next morning to check door. They were prompt, efficient, and gave me several good maintenance tips. I could not be more pleased!

Bob arrived within one hour of calling his number. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose several problems with my garage door installation. He fixed the garage door opener where other repairmen would have asked to replace the unit.

Bob came out on a Saturday and diagnosed a broken spring as the reason the garage door would not lift. He also pointed out where the builder had cut corners and installed only one spring instead of the normal two. He fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. There was no extra fee for weekend service.

Experience was very positive. I called at 8AM and got a live voice. I was told someone could be out to my house between 11-noon. Later, I was called and asked if they could come earlier at 10AM which was fine. Quality Door arrived promptly at 10AM, diagnosed the problem and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. I was given a full year warranty on the parts and was instructed on how to maintain the garage door opener to get a longer life. All in all, this was a very positive experience.

Frank took my call right away and came around to give an estimate. His prices were quite reasonable and he told me that by lubricating the springs would help keep them from breaking. The door repair was scheduled on the spot and Frank was well prepared. He unloaded his tools and got right to work repairing the doors. He did an excellent job, cleaned up all the mess and left the garage in immaculate condition.

The guys name is Bob and he is an excellent man. Bob can do just about everything and for a reasonable price. The parts and labor are always included in the price. I refer some neighbors to Bob and his company. They use him as well and love the service. Bob is the one who always comes to my house so I am not aware of the other workers.

The work done was completed in two hours on a service call to my home. I am happy about the three year warranty that comes on the garage door opener motor. They also provided us with two openers for both of my cars, as well as keypad for the outside of my garage. I have had no problems with the work done.
