Bob replaced the rollers which had worn out on both sides and half a dozen panel brackets which had literally cracked. After that the door worked very well and much more quietly. I've had Bob come over before and he has always done good work at a fair price.

Excellent, I hope I never have to call them again, but if I need garage door service again I would'nt think of calling anyone else. I called, they answered, gave me an ETA and cost estimate, arrived 30 minutes earlier than they said. They got started immediately, rapaired the door, made the necessary adjustments to the door, did maintenance on the door opener to make it run more quietly, tightend loose and replaced missing nuts and bolts. They even gave us the Angies list member discount. Perfect.

I thought they did a great job and were fast and efficient. They had to come back the next day to replace a part that they didn't have and came back exactly when they said they would be there. Would use them again.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday afternoon rendering the door inoperable. I phoned Bob (the owner) on Monday morning and he arranged to come out the same day. He was not only very prompt, he called me when he was about 20 minutes away to let me know he would be on time and ensure we were home. He and his partner worked quickly and their overall demeanor was cheerful, knowledgable and efficient. Bob advised us to replace the door wheels as they were wearing out which we did. He left instructions on maintenance tips to keep the door functioning smoothly. He appeared to really love what he is doing. The experience was very positive. We would call him again if we needed assistance. His price was reasonable and included the discount for being a customer of Angie's List.

I have used 3 different garage door companies since I lived here and they were the best one.

We had a guy from Quality Door Service who fixed the tracks with the chain, greased the rollers and then in addition to that we got the garage doors to function with push button key pads because we have kids and don't want to use keys. He had one in his truck and installed it for us. We were happy with his service. He is very knowledgeable and he knew what the problem by just looking at the garage doors. He said it was not a big deal and can fix it straight away. He pretty much gave us a price of how much it was going to cost and never was like others trying to rip us off with the cost. He was here within an hour of calling and he was very quick. He is honest and we will recommend him to anyone. He also gave us 10% discount when we told him we found him on Angie's List.

Work went well, we were very satisfied with the work, demeanor and expertise of representative, and the cost-effective repair to our garage door.

I called them Sunday evening and his wife took down information and Bob called me about 15minutes later. He informed he would be able to stop by tomorrow sometime around 9:30 after another job. Said he would call me and he did to confirm his arrival. He immediately got to work and finished under 20 mintues. Explained what I needed to do in order to keep mechanisms working ok. Placed a helpful sticker by my opener. Very professional, straightforward and extremely upfront. Definately will call again.

My experience with them was perfect. The guy that came out actually had a broken leg or something and he did all the work and everything was excellent. They told me how much it would be and it was a good price and they did a good job. It has been 3 years or so and I have had no problems with the door. I spent between $100 and $150 on that work.

One of my doors had a big crack at the top. Bob quoted me a very cheap price to put a brace at the top. I also had him replace all the springs and put the brace on the other door. I still had trouble with the opener after this and he made a second trip on Saturday morning to fix it. No extra charge. It was a bad switch on track. He had all the parts on his truck and finished everything very quickly. Very freindly and professional. Highly recommend!

I called Bob at noon, after I had gotten myself in a bind with the garage door. He told me he had one stop scheduled before me, and could be at my house by two. He showed up promptly at two, and fixed everything I had screwed up in about 15-20 minutes. I will say after watching him check the tension on the spring, and then tightening it I had no business attempting it. He is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him for any garage work needing to be done. Great work and service.

I called him on Saturday night and he personally answered the phone. I told him I was surprised to actually get him on the phone and thought I would be talking to his voice mail. With typical Bob humor, he told me he would be glad to hang up and let me talk to his voice mail. We had a good laugh. He was at my house on Monday morning, ready to install the new opener. Because of the construction of the garage, he had some major adjustments to make but he got it all done and installed a new opener. Even though it took much longer than the normal install, he took the time to program all the cars, explain everything to me. This guy is so nice! And his work is excellent! He told me I wouldn't see him for another 10 years because I'm all fixed up now, but I can assure him, I will recommend him again and again.

I have an insulated garage door that had buckled and was beginning to collapse when we opened it. KTM had told me I would need a new door. I found Bob on Angie's list, called him at 9 this morning and he worked me in today between his already scheduled calls. He told me that there should have always been additional bracing on the door and in 15 minutes he had the door braced and repaired. I figure he saved me at least $740 because a new, NON-INSULATED door would have been $900. I was very, very impressed. You can bet I will use him again and I will certainly recommend him to all my friends and customers! Nice job, Bob!

When I called, the office had Bob call me back which he did very promptly and said he would come to me after a call in Spring, but about 10 minutes later he called back to say that the other call was actually north of the Woodlands so he would be at my house in about 30 minutes! The repair was done in 30-45 minutes and he also aligned the opener and lubricated the neglected rollers.(reminded me that they should be done once/yr.) The door operates better and more quietly than I think it ever has and the price for all this was very reasonable compared to work a co-worker had done by another company that talked her into changing rollers on a much newer opener!

I called Bob at 12:30 about a garage door that was sounding bad. He was here by 1:30! He lubricated both my doors, replaced one flat wheel, and wrote down exactly what lubricant to buy (Liquid Wrench Spray Oil), where to buy it (auto parts store), where on the door to apply it (all hinges and wheels), and how often to apply (twice a year). He's a great, great guy.

We were pleased with their service and I would give them an excellent rating. He came the following day to provide a minor adjustment, which was very much appreciated.

Fantastic service ! Called on a Tuesday afternoon after driving into my garage door (the last panel didn't open). Call was promptly answered and my garage door fixed the next day ($69 service call after Angies list discount). Bob suggested to exchange our chain system for a band system to reduce noise which we did and for $350 we also received two new remotes and a keypad installed for manual access.

Bob is awesome...he came the same day on both occasions, fixed it and left invoice with a preposted envelope...everything about him class act! fast, courteous, professional.

Our house had an old, wooden 2-car door which was falling apart. I called Quality Door for a bid to fix it and they came over the following day to have a look. Due to the odd size of our old door the technician had another installer come over the next business day to give a second opinion (basically if the opening could be easily modified to accomodate a standard door size and save serious $). The second opinion was verified the next morning, Bob called with an estimate later that afternoon and they installed everything quickly and efficiently the next morning. Prompt turnaround, skilled and pleasant technicians, and very reasonable pricing. I recommend them HIGHLY!

set appointment promptly. arrived on time. knew what the problem was and had necessary parts to repair. completed work quickly. price was great...recommeded him to my friend who was having garage door problems and had the same positive experience...would highly recommed.

Garage door wouldn't open. Starting looking for a repair company on a Saturday afternoon, most of them on Angie's list don't work on Saturday afternoon. I called and Bob, the owner, called back immediately. Nice guy. He had me go out in the garage and describe what was wrong, and diagnosed the problem immediately -- broken tension spring. He quoted the price on the phone without me asking. He told me had one job and would be out right after that. He showed up an hour later with a helper, and they finished the job in 30 minutes. They showed my how to lubricate the springs twice a year. I was very happy with the experience.

Came within the hour as he stated and got the job done quickly. I mentioned that I saw him on Angie's list and thought there might be a discount because I couldn't remember if he was one of the ones that stated that and he said no. Afterward hedecided it was a good idea after all and gave me a refund of 10%! So from now on, anyone who mentions Angie's List will get 10%! Give him a call, he is great!
