Quality Door Service

This provider was absolutely fantastic. I heard a noise shortly after they did the work and they came right back out to see how they could help. I had used another provider that totally ripped me off. I would highly recommend Quality Door Service.

Called on Tuesday and they had the garage door repaired Wednesday morning. Prompt, quick and courteous. Definitely recommend.

He listened to my description of the issue and suggested that it was a power supply issue and not a door opener failure. I took his advice and tested the power plug the opener was drawing it's power from. I discovered he hit the nail on the head. I was getting intermittent power which I eventually traced back to a faulty circuit breaker. I replaced the breaker and the garage door opener is working just as it should. It is refreshing to have a business provide that sort of guidance w/o automatically setting up an appointment. He wouldn't have had any repair charges (since it was an electrician's issue) but he could have hit me for a service call which one would normally expect. Bob will certainly have any future garage door jobs I need taken care of. It is no wonder that he has been granted the "Super Service Award" by Angie's List.

We got a quote by phone after sending pictures of a crooked garage door. Bob - the owner - was very responsive and promptly provided a custom-quote for all our needs, scheduling the repair for the next day. The repairman arrived on time and did everything that was discussed quickly and efficiently, repairing a crooked door and conducting a tune-up across two rather old doors. He further helped to adjust the sensitivity of the door sensors', rewire the controlling mechanism on the wall and adjust the mechanism so it is less noisy. All was done in a kind, professional manner and in a very reasonable price. We will definitely recommend QDS and hire them again for similar jobs in the future.

Garage door went off track at 9 pm, following morning at 7:30 called, Bob told me he could have DM come by between 5-6. DM showed arrived, inspected issue and immediately went to work. He informed spring was working, wasn't trying to sell me but gave me several choices to consider. His mannerism, concern and integrity as a service provider appreciated his upmost honesty. I chose to install new spring, rollers and program remotes with no pressure. Job well done and highly recommend!!!

One of the springs on my garage door broke and I called late afternoon on 4/5/2016. They had someone out the next afternoon when I got off work and he replaced the springs, rollers and did a full tune-up. The entire thing took less than 1 hour. The service man was very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The 2 gentleman were very professional and courteous. They arrived exactly on time and did a fantastic job on installation and explaining my options on a new opener. The installation went flawless and I am extremely happy! Definitely recommended! Thank you!

My spring broke at 5 in the morning, trapping my car inside the garage. I called shortly after they opened and Bob was able to have a crew come by around lunch time the same day. They showed up within the window provided. Shawn was very professional, explained the issue and pricing options. I would highly recommend their service.

By far, this was the BEST service we have encountered since moving to Texas! Not only did they come out shortly after I called for an estimate, but they were courteous, friendly, and very professional. The quote they gave me was well below other quotes, they were able to get to the work quickly, they were so polite, and wonderful to have at my house. The openers are perfect. They gave me several well informed options to choose and got right to work.

They did an excellent job and were finished quickly. They followed up with the service call and explained that I needed more than just servicing, that the garage door was actually broken.

The guy who came out here looked at our door and fixed it immediately. It was a small fix and he didn't charge us! This type of customer service seems to be unheard of with service companies for housing purposes (or at least in our experience). He suggested a possible solution to improve the noise level and current state of our door, but was not pushy whatsoever. I appreciate this company and the way they handle their customers that we will use this company as long as we have a garage door. Furthermore, I will let everyone know what a joy this company was to work with. Great service goes a long way. Making a customer feel valued and not like another money transaction goes even further. Well done.

They have been out to my house twice and both times they were very clear about what time they were going to arrive so there were no surprises. Our garage door had multiple problems. They replaced our spring and did a tune up. They also did some troubleshooting with the garage door opener that is broken. They weren't able to fix it and offered me several options to replace it. Ultimately we decided to replace the opener ourselves and the tech that came out was very nice about it.

I spoke with Bob the owner at about 2pm and his crew showed up 30 minutes later. They briefed me on available units (3 to choose from) and I selected the mid-priced unit. 40 minutes later, they were done. Aside from their amazing responsiveness, these guys were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their products. I will be recommending Quality Door Service to my friends and neighbors and I can't imagine anyone not being pleased with the kind of service they provide. Outstanding!

Holy Cats these folks are good!! My husband scheduled the appointment so I can't comment on the phone scheduling side of things, but the garage door service was beyond excellent! I have never heard my garage door sound so good! It used to creak and bang and rumble its way up and down the track and it didn't recall properly with an impeding weight. If you stopped it mid-way down it just slowly sank the rest of the way. One day, if finally broke. The coil and cables snapped and it was done. DM came out and fixed it up and I feel like I just won the lottery. He replaced all the rollers and fixed the cables and coil and the door works like new again! Possibly better than new. And all for $180. Call these folks first for any garage door work you need done. They are such a pleasure to work with and do such an amazing job! Thank you!

Prompt and helpful. There were some issues with the door closing a few months after and the came back and fixed it under warranty.

Garage door got stuck and fell off track late in the evening before a full week business trip. Left a message with Quality Door Service at 11:30 PM asking for help. They called back promptly at 7:30 the next morning agreeing to come out the next day on my wife's day off (even offered same day service). Worked with my wife to get the door fixed quickly at a very reasonable cost. Even provided maintenance tips to me over the phone to avoid the same problem in the future. Excellent service from making the initial appointment to completing the work. Bob and DM were fast, friendly and efficient. Will definitely use Quality Door Service again and recommend to others.

No fuss, no games, Quality Door Service just got the job done for a fair price. Despite the no-nonsense approach, they did take the time to explain what my options were and what the job would entail. A broken extension spring on our roll-up door caused a small rip in one panel to get bigger. I was afraid we'd have to replace the whole section, but QDS added a strut to reinforce the door, replaced the spring, oiled it all up and then walked me through some of the maintenance I should have been doing all along!

The tech came the same day I contacted them. Without much talk, he did the work. Changed all the parts and left the garage door in very good working condition. Contrary to other companies, the tech didn't try to sell me anything.

These guys are simply great! Affordable, beyond professional (offered to show up early, in fact), provide quality work, clearly knowledgeable, and fast (both guys worked together like a well-oiled machine). Would I use them again? YOU BET. Would I recommend them to you? ABSOLUTELY.

Realized garage door would not open in the morning. Called and scheduled service for afternoon same day service. Great - arrived promptly before scheduled time which was perfect. Performed services as promised in the amount of time given.
