From start to finish I received excellent service. All my questions were answered and the process fully explained to me before the work started. The work was completed on time and they worked late each day to make sure they stayed on track to finish on time. They were very knowledgable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I called PuroClean and they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I felt terrible that something as small as forgetting to turn off the bath water could do damage so quickly. I know their responsiveness and expertise made all the difference. It's unfortunate when things like this happen but I am more than happy to highly recommend them based on my experience.
Description of Work: I accidentally allowed my bathtub to overflow and the water from my upstairs bathroom leaked downstairs into my master bedroom ceiling, part of my living room ceiling and walls.
