I have used air conditioner repair company's on numerous occasions in the past I and frequently felt that I had been a victim instead of a customer. With Punbar air things changed . These guys were excellent! Every question was answered and nothing was left to the imagination.

Jose is an outstanding HVAC technician. And all together a very nice person. I would definitely request his services again.

We had a good experience utilizing Punbar for our A/C service. Their response was prompt but I did not get an idea of cost until the work was started. Additionally I found the vendor a bit pricey for refilling Freon and adding sealant... Over $500 ouch

It became clear soon after arrival that Ronald Amaya is an expert in evaluating AC systems. He spent much time in the attic where the two evaporators are located. He also analyzed the air ducts and finalized with written report that was clear and comprehensive. I wish I had used this company to install my central AC systems.

They were very responsive, courteous and worked into Saturday evening. I didn't get a second quote but the price seemed a bit high.

Leo, the project manager was honest and sincere in providing the services and tried his best to deliver a complete job including all detail works . Time and scheduling was great.

From the initial search on Home Advisor, I received a call from Punbar Air to discuss the details of the home project. After meeting with the technician, we both had a understanding of scope of work needed and confirmed costs on the duct work project. The level of professionalism and attention to detail on their work was excellent. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. If we need any future work, we will have Punbar Air on stand by.
