+ -1 morePerfect. Michael is prompt, courteous, and professional. I wish all service providers were like him. He also tells you as it is; in my case, my under slab cast iron is approaching the end of its life. Honest, courteous, professional and prompt. Who could ask for more?
Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Michael. I discovered a small sink hole in my backyard caused by a crack in the sewage pipe. Michael came within one day of my call and was able to confirm the crack and shot the rest of the outside line to make sure there were no other issues. He used his camera to photo the crack and has recommended an affordable and quality plumber to complete the work upon my request.

He provided an incredibly detailed report, and came back to reinspect the lines a second time after repairs were made for free. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone that needs a sewer line inspection.

Description of Work: Michael showed up promptly at the agreed to time to perform his inspection of the underground plumbing of a house that I am purchasing. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do. This involved camera imaging of the underground plumbing and a hydrostatic test to test for the integrity of the plumbing. Michael identified that the current owner's did not have a main sewer cleanout and one had to be installed to complete the hydrostatic test. Michael returned to the property on the very same day that the cleanout was installed to complete the inspection. He thoroughly went over the findings of his report and provided guidance on future considerations regarding the underground plumbing. Even with the extra call-back, he maintained his price of $325 for the inspection. I would definitely use Michael again and have already recommended him to friends that are looking to purchase houses as well.

We used PDI in the past for a sewer inspection (that initially identified the misalignments before purchasing our house) and they were very helpful and professional throughout that inspection (they even provided a supplemental report to be submitted to the previous seller to further explain the sewer misalignment issues). The repairs were done in a timely manner and right on budget with the estimate. I would certainty recommend PDI to anyone seeking sewer inspections and/or repairs.
Description of Work: We had two misalignments in our underground sewer lines that required realignment and repair. Professional Drain Inspectors (PDI) was able to dig up the lines to repair them to our satisfaction.

+ -1 moreThey were good. They showed up on time. They were able to identify the problem and even draw a map showing the underground location of the rip and sewer pipe. I really don't have anything to compare their prices; they were just recommended to me. They're very good. I will use them again in the future if I need to.
Description of Work: I used Professional Drain Inspection for a sewer line inspection at a house that I was looking at buying. They had a camera that they put down the sewer line to see if there was a rip or anything in the sewer line, and they were able to actually find one.

+ -1 moreThe inspection went well and Michael provided a DVD to show the sellers how bad of shape the original sewer pipes were in with root intrusion and breakages. The sewer lines were all original concrete and showed their age and need for replacement plainly on the DVD. He also included a layout drawing of the existing system. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I recommend PDI for sewer inspections.
Description of Work: Michael Busch performed a camera inspection of the sewer system in a 40+ year old home we were in the process of buying.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive and were quickly available. Their prices are good and I wouldn't use anyone else.
Description of Work: I need a new hot water tank. They removed and disposed of the old one. Then they installed a 50 gallon one in the same area in my garage. It was also upgraded to current codes.
