They did an outstanding job. We were very happy with their services. They were extremely professional and worked with our schedule. I would recommend them to anyone for painting or powerwashing.

They were very good. We got a great crew. They were professional, neat and cleaned up after every day. They discussed any problems with us. We were very satisfied with their service.

When the crew first arrived, they started setting up without letting me know that they were there. But I went out to say hello, and see what their plan was for the day. The crew worked hard, and had all the work done within the day. When they were done, they knocked on the door to let us know, and walked us around to show us their work. There was one area where the paint didn't match exactly, but it wasn't in an obvious spot, and was close enough for us. In the back of the house, they had used the wrong color on one of the boards which should have been the highlight color instead of the main color. We pointed that out, and they were able to correct the mistake right then, and when they were done, it looked great. Overall we were very happy with the quality of the work.

The pressure washed everything first including some surfaces that weren't going to be painted and then painted with various colors based on my instructions. They did a great job and were very polite and neat. We were not able to get 2 exterior doors installed before our appointment but they agreed to send someone back to paint them once installed.

Propainters was very responsive to my request for an estimate. My call was returned within 24 hours and a ProPainters representative visited my house to prepare the estimate within the week. They did a good job communicating timing on when the job would start, considering the impact of weather. They accomodated my request to use the paint brand that I specified rather than the paint brand that was offered. They called to verify my paint color choices ahead of performing the work. The work site cleanliness exceeded my expectations. They did a good job keeping the area clean while they worked and then when they left. We are very pleased with the quality of the hardie plank replacement and paint job. Their work is very neat. They are very diligent about taping to avoid overspray. There was only one area on my front door that needed an extra coat and the took care of it when I asked. The only small glitsch during the whole job was the accidental cutting of the power supply to my pool pump. They promptly informed us that the line has been cut so that we were able to take care if it quickly. This was not a big deal. I would use ProPainters again.

They did not have a water hose. I loaned them one. They needed an electrical outlet. I had a lot of interaction with the leads to make sure they only included the correct areas to paint. They asked me to point out some areas to repaint. They hand painted these areas. They missed debris that I had picked up. They left me some paint. The paint job looks real good to me.

I hired this company after interviewing and receiving estimates from three others. Pro Painters finished the job in 2 1/4 (rain-free) days. There was no down payment. Nothing was due until the job was completed. I was extremely impressed with the quality and speed of the work. This is a father and son business. One or the other was on site most of the time. They were exceptionally courteous. I got a three year warranty on the work. They carry a $1 million worker injury policy. I highly recommend this business.
