I have now worked with them on three projects. Two were rebuilds from the memorial day flood and hurricane Harvey and now remodeling my new home. Excellent work, great ideas. Very trustworthy.

Pro Jones has an exceptional team and is committed to detail. They are very professional and have great insight to alleviate change orders and long process failures that occur due to lack of planning . We have and will continue to use their team in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Ray during the remodeling of an investment property and I can say it was one of the highlights of my experience. What I appreciated most about Ray, besides his punctuality in presence and deed, was his honesty. Ray made sure to give his honest opinions while never forcing his expertise/experiences on me and others on the project. This attitude allowed for a seamless and harmonious working relationship amongst all parties involved. I highly recommend Ray for his amazing customer service & competence...and his 3D renderings are also pretty cool.

I was first referred to Ray by my realtor. I was looking for someone to answer questions about building on a lot that I was looking at buying. He met me onsite. He addressed all of my questions and provided a detailed summary of our discussion. He was prompt, thorough, efficient and very professional. I later hired him to design my home. To say that he was patient is an understatement. As a first time home builder, he really took the time to talk me through his renderings. He is very detailed and knowledgeable. My structural engineer even commented on the high quality of his work. I find is attention to detail as well as understanding of construction and building materials to be very impressive. I also appreciate his ability to easily collaborate with my construction team. I highly recommended his services and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Ray has done a great job as GC for us twice on small but tricky projects (needed specialist contractors). Retrofit kitchen for larger built-in fridge to precise measurements and fixed our frameless shower (this took some skill). Both were probably too small for his time - think he generally manages development type projects - but he devoted attention to both of ours as if they were larger jobs. Holds his subs to high standards. Anticipates problems and is transparent and fair about potential new costs not in the statement of work. Look forward to working with him again.
