They were very good. I would recommend them very highly. On punctuality, they were very good. They were here when they said they would be. I have used them for several years now, 3 or 4 years in a row.

Left messages, called multiple times A DAY, one week later no response at all. Nobody has answered the phone since I made the appointment 10 days ago.

They do a good job and are thorough and complete. Never have to worry about what they are doing.

I dislike giving bad reviews because it affects the company's prestige and my experience doesn't necessarily mean it applies to others. Also, I know times are hard so my review can negatively affect this business. However, I was really disappointed because I gave Pristine a second chance. The first time I contacted Shawn (the owner), he set up an appointment to meet with me, but it did not happen because he dropped his PDA into a pool. I understand because accidents happen. Then, he did arrive for an estimate on our lawn, and we talked briefly. To be honest, I expected more explanations about the lawn since I thought he would do a more thorough investigation. Before he left, he said he will email me the package that he thinks is suitable for us. I never received the email and I recall that I have given him the correct e-mail address. It is sad for me to have to give out this review, and to be fair, any one who is interested should still try to contact Shawn. My experience doesn't mean it applies to everyone,but I was extremely frustrated because I was sincere about getting work down on the lawn. I loved the fact that he does yard work and the maintenance. It is such a shame this incident happened to me.

The services are really good. He's head and shoulders above any random grass-cutters than come asking to cut your grass. He does total lawn and garden care, he's a little bit more expensive but much better quality, also he's very punctual and professional. The only thing is Shaun's billing system / process is somehow flaky. His office has lost checks from me, which he blames on the US Post Office (could be). Also his bill shows my charges, but doesn't show my payments, leading me to think that I still owe. Anyway, I changed to credit card billing, which fixed all of those problems. I give him an A-, if he fixes his billing problems, he'll get an A.

I called Sean, the owner of Pristine Lawn, on Monday 4/12/10. Sean said he could come out the following day to give an estimate. He said he'd be at the house between 1 and 3 but would probably be closer to 3. I was OK with the time frame and he said he'd call before he came out to the house. 5:00 rolled around and not a word from Sean. No courtesy call, nothing. I had three possible jobs lined up, two of them being long term projects. Pristine Lawns must not need the business very badly. I will spend my money with someone who actually wants my business.

They are really incredible. They might be a little more expensive than some others but it is worth it for what they do. It is a tremendous service. They gave us a really good price on the Christmas lights because we are their customers. It is a whole range of services that they do. It includes fertilizing our yard 6 times a year, cleaning up our gutters, keeping the shrubs trimmed, weeding the flower beds, mowing, raking and edging. I don’t have to do anything. It is a complete service. They are really good. We like them a lot. The name of the person who runs this is Shaun. We live in a relatively nice, gated sub division. I think they do about 35 or 40 of the 230 homes in here.
