+ 0 morePrince came over and looked at the house and gave me a price for the extra services I needed. I agreed and he came the next week and went above and beyond what was contracted. I am very pleased with his work and I won't hesitate to recommend his work.

+ 2 moreHe has done multiple jobs for me in the past, however the last thing he did for me was complete a turn key. I had a property that was destroyed by the previous tenants and Prince Painting did a wonderful job on the unit. He only took about it week and it was ready for rent.
Description of Work: I have been using Prince Painting for over a year now to complete all of my turn keys as I own several rental properties. He has been to most responsive and he is almost always to most affordable contract when I compare pricing. He pretty much does it all when it comes to painting, floor, cabinets, pressure washing and so much more. I have been and will continue to reach out to Prince Painting for future work.

They provided a detailed scope of work, which matched the information provided by our on-site maintenance team. Prince even returned to the property to complete additional work related to the make-ready after it was determined that we omitted it from our original proposal. All work was completed on-time and with high quality products. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.
