+ 1 moreThey are my favorite service provider compared to other providers, but getting them out here in a prompt manner is the most difficult thing I have had to deal with. The customer service is terrible. They generally fix things in a timely manner. The customer service people didn’t even know what I was calling about. For certain things they are very helpful, and some others they end up being ignorant. I had to wait for 3 or 4 hours getting transferred from department to department.
Description of Work: I used PrimeMobile, which is an authorized retailer for AT & T, in November. They have installed cable, internet, and phone services.
