Description of Work: This family owned and ran business have helped me out a couple times in the past. We first moved to our home almost a year ago and from the beginning we had a tick problem. We live next to a pasture of cows and the previous owners had outside dogs that must have never seen a tick preventive ever. We had ticks outside on furniture, if you walked in grass u had it on your pants, our dogs could not go out back because they would come in covered, when then ended up having ticks throughout our house. I called them asap because an owner of a local restaurant highly recommend them to us saying that he used them for his business and home. I was so impressed after speaking to the wife/mother, who runs the office. I told her I had an 18 month old child at home and what was going on and she said that she would have someone over that evening after hours to handle this problem because she did not want a tick getting on my baby. Henry was there and explained to me what the process was. He said he will treat it really hard but he would most likely have to come back because ticks were so hard to get rid of. He worked and worked and did not charge us that much. The ticks did go away but came back. I called and the lady again told me that she would send someone out free of charge to do my inside but since it was raining she did not want to waste my money on doing the outside. She was wonderful and said that it would be pointless to spray while it was raining and as soon as it quit raining I would be the first appointment they did. These guys never stopped working until the ticks gone for good. This time we had a wasp prob and it was time for normal yearly pest control. Called them out and they came and found 15 wasp nest hidden under the rails of our outside balcony. I was so impressed. The man, sorry can't remember your name, Walked my property to make sure we had no other wasp nest. These guys did wasp removal and normal spraying for normal bugs and charged me a fair price. I will no longer ever use anyone else for my pest needs. I have used the name brand pest guys in the past and a couple of mom and pop shops but these guys go way out of their way to make sure you are getting the best they have to offer. I have recommended these guys to everyone I know.
