Excellent experience, thorough inspection, came up with a plan and eliminated the issue.

Poor service. I have been using this company for almost one year. I requested the technician provide a barrier of their chemical all the way around my house slab, but I only received a small stream of spraying around my slab with a back pack sprayer the technician had on his back. The width of the stream depends on where the technician has the sprayer nozzle set (my service was evidentially set to small and narrow). The technician missed numerous places and left gaps in the barrier around my slab. I had to point these out to the technician and then he sprayed those areas. I spoke with the Service manager Luke on the phone after receiving the poor service. I explained to him they used a hose sprayer coming from a pump on their truck in the past services I received (5 previous services) and it put out a wide barrier path around my home. He explained using the back pack sprayer doesn't use as much chemical and is how they do their service now. So basically, they have cut back on the amount of chemicals they are using, I am getting a smaller barrier around my slab, but my $74.69 bi-monthly cost did not decrease. lol. Another company cutting cost on the product they supply.

Preventive Pest Control failed to provide evidence of any rats. Over one month, 4 representatives came to our home weekly and not one of them were able to "trap and recover" a single rat which concludes what we believed at the moment of the inspection report that we ever had a rat problem from the very beginning. Since the contract clearly states that part of the process is the trapping and removal of the rodents, we requested a refund that was declined due to the owner, Jeremy Logston, stating that he provided "exclusion" where any future rats will not gain access. If they would have told the truth in the beginning and not said we had an existing rat infestation, we would not have paid $1822 for the unknown possibility of one day having rats.

The technician was friendly and arrived when he said he would. Unfortunately he worked fast, quickly spraying exposed floor boards, he didn't explain anything he was doing, he went outside to treat the outside but we never saw him again. Nothing. It has been two months and it was like no service was ever performed. We have more bugs now that before and our house is kept clean. In fact, I found a large spider resting in a corner where he apparently sprayed and it had no effect. Scared the **** out of me. We now have large roaches as well. Fun times. I'm very disappointed and would actually like my money back or someone else to come take a look and figure out what we need to do. The tech literally left without so much as a thank you or a discussion -- just his card on my door when I finally went out to see what he was doing. VERY disappointed.

I originally used this service because no matter what "at home" treatment we tried, we weren't able to get rid of fleas in our yard or on our pets. The guy who performed the treatment showed up on time, and was very professional and kind. Any questions I had he answered thoroughly. He wore booties over his shoes while inside my home (which I appreciated). The entire treatment itself took all of maybe 30 minutes from start to finish. Since this service, we've had ZERO flea issues. Our pets don't itch and we aren't waking up with flea bites. I now use them on a scheduled, regular basis!

I think they probably did a good job, but I was expecting more of an "evaluation". The technician seemed to expect me to know where insects might be hiding etc. He asked me where I wanted him to spray and sprayed there, but didn't seem particularly knowledgeable. Since we didn't have any current infestations, I pretty much wanted him to spray anywhere and everywhere. I didn't really understand why I had to point out where to spray.

All went well and we are very satisfied.

They were professional and punctual. Answered all questions and let us know that if we saw any pests that they would return promptly to take care of them. I would recommend them to anybody.

I purchased the Angie's deal for a one-times pest control service. They were timely and professional and helped offer future solutions to some of our ongoing pest problems. I have since signed-up for a year long service package.

They were very professional at all times. I had to reschedule my appointment, they were very professional. I just had to call 3 different locations to get in contact with the office in my area. The time to call back to reschedule is not prompt, since in my case was urgent to confirm dates I had to call them back for same day, but they are friendly and easy to reschedule. I will definitely call them again. Very informative, professional and they cover their shoes so they wont bring dirt into your house. Very happy with the service.

I got the threw Angie wanted the $69.00 service they advertise but when they got here they put it in a way like I have to get this $453.00 contract. They insisted on the contract. They did the first service and not one roach died I had to kill the roaches myself with raid. I called them back 3 times to spray but no dead roaches finally I was upset I was told I had German roaches, I don't know German from American roaches and they said I had to pay more they didn't cover them at this price. I told them that I was not told any thing about different kind of roaches and the different charges! by that time I was really upset I they had started charging my card for their service I call and told them not to use my card any more. They were not a good company for me and I would not recommend them to anyone that A they have should be an F

This company tells you that that they spray on your lawn outside and it will control the amount of bugs that you get in your home. I am telling you this does not work at all. They have sprayed inside of my home 2-3 times and the last time was about a few months ago. I have more bugs inside of my house than I have ever had. I am disgusted and want to fire this co.

Technician was informative and professional. Showed up in timely manner and was understanding of pest problem and checked every area for ants and pests. The cost is not bad at all. For $39 initial service then its $69 for every 2 months. Other companies I have been charged over $100 and more. This company is friendly and even the office staff when I first contacted them were friendly and helpful.

They’ll come out whenever we call and report that we’ve seen some kind of a pest or whatever. They stand by their word that they’ll come out and retreat it if you’re not satisfied with their original treatment. They’ve always called whenever there’s increment weather and seem if we want then to just come to do the inside or if we just want to hold out until they can do a full service inside and out. I wish they are available a little bit more. Often they are only available in certain days in this area.

Everything has been really good with them. They are always very prompt and responsive whenever I have a concern.

The service was done in a very professional manor and was done on time in a timely manor. They will be coming out every other month to keep the pest away. I also checked them out on the BBB web site and they came with an A+ rating. I would recommend them to all of my neighbors. Joey F. was my service tech and he did a great job.

They provide service requested. Price seems to be right in line with most pest control services. If I have a problem between service calls, I call and they come out to take care of it. No extra charge.

They are prompt, they really seem to know what they are doing and they take their time.

They send out different guys every time. They are always polite and come to the door to inform me that they are going to be here. They come when they say they are going to. Their price is reasonable and the same as everybody else. They take their amount right out of the tracking account so I do have to pay them the bill directly. I would use them again in the future.

They always come back for free, if you see anything after they have done the first treatment. They are so good, they call me before and even leave a message that they are coming and tell you what to do with your pets if you have any.

They are a fantastic company.

They were fine and they did a fine job. They didn’t realize that I had two houses that they serviced. The price between one and the other was significant. I should have got some sort of a discount considering that I have two houses, but I did not.
