Great. Precision Surveyors was able to perform the survey one day after the forms were completed. Of course advanced coordination was involved. Then Precision emailed me the revised survey one additional day later, which allowed me to submit it to my ACC and obtain approval to proceed.
Description of Work: Surveyed my workshop forms for a concrete foundation. This survey was required by my subdivision's architectural control committee (ACC) before the concrete foundation could be poured.

These guys did my survey back in 2006, and I needed a copy of the FEMA Elevation Certificate. My flood insurance company sent me a letter saying they didn't have my FEMA elevation certificate on file, no worries I send them a new copy, oh wait, my copy destroyed in an accident. No worries, I'll call the survey company that originally did the survey. The rude gentleman says he can't help me with something from that long ago and that it will cost $350 to get a new one...

I called to request a concrete form survey and was told by Brett there were plenty of crews, so our survey could be completed before the end of the week. I relied on this information, stopped my search for a surveyor, and immediately (minutes after phone conversation) sent our property information to Precision for scheduling/bidding. My e-mail wasn't returned until two days later, and in the e-mail, Brett informed me they didn't have time to do our survey after all. I lost 2 days waiting for this response, and now I have to start over trying to find a surveyor who can come out. This is incredibly problematic because construction can't continue until I have a form survey approved by our HOA! Precision has single-handedly set my build back by at least 2 weeks.
Description of Work: Did not respond in a timely fashion. Did not complete/schedule our order as promised.

I called Precision first thing this morning around 8:30 a.m. requesting a survey, topography and elevation. Man who answered indicated I needed to make the request via email. After several hours a man called (his voice sounded like the man I spoke with earlier) and indicated that they received my request, but they were too busy to handle private survey requests and would only work for title companies. Additionally, they did not want to do a survey for new construction. My request did not indicate the survey was for new construction and, in fact, it is not. The home is located in Memorial and was built in 1964 and we are doing a cash purchase and we would like a survey. It was obvious they did not even key in the address. Clearly this company has more business than they can handle.
Description of Work: Nothing helpful.

Called to get a survey done for some remodeling but because I already owned the property they refused the business. I did not try and get a different rep like the other reviewer did. I messaged them on here yesterday but they hadn't responded, so use the phone if you need to get in touch with them.
Description of Work: No work was performed.

I purchased my house in 2012 and the finance company and title company used a survey that was from the last home owner. I didn't have a problem with that because the house nor the easements moved since then. We are going to have work done and the contractor needed a survey so I grabbed the one I received when we bought the house and the only copy we had was a faxed copy that was very hard to read. I contacted the title company who said to contact Precision Surveyors. When I spoke to Joe he said that they have a survey but they are not going to send me a better one to read because I didnt pay for it. I tried to get him to understand that all I want is a clearer copy but he said if we gave better copies to everyone then we would be out of business- which is not true. Needless to say they are not helpful at all- even if all you want is a copy you can actually read.
Description of Work: They were not helpful at all.

I contacted this company to possibly conduct a survey on my 10,800 sq. ft. residential property. One associate told me that I needed permission from a lender, title company , or real estate agent even after I told him I currently own the property. I called back the next day and was told by another associate that I did not need this sort of approval, but he can not help me because he's busy helping regular customers. Horrible.
