Went very well; painting outdoors always depends upon the weather and we got lucky. Came in under budget this time. They have done many other jobs for us before; Mr. Gazis is a General Contractor and if he and his painters cannot do the job personally, he will find a reliable person do do the work. This is a family-run company, his lead painter has been with him for MANY years. We have used his services for about ten years or so; his estimates are pretty close to what the job ends up to be.

Met for a quote to show scope of work (to fix all nail holes and areas damaged from moving), received quote, and upon approval they were available the next morning and completed all work in one day. One of the painters was on the job 3 years ago when they repainted the house initially, and remembered us. Prior work was much more intensive: paint all interior walls, add bathroom, remodel existing bathroom, random electrical work and handyman items. This job was done with just as much care, despite the smaller profits. Workers are all very nice, professionals and take pride in their work. Would hire them again in a second!
