They responded immediately to my request for service, within 4 hours of my phone call, the service was completed. The technician Mark was thoroughly professional. They may not provide the cheapest repair, but they get the job done correctly. I highly recommend them.

The service was great and very professional. The price though was outrageous. i was in a hurry to get it fixed as i was travelling out of town. But next time i would get quotes from other companies before calling them again.

Great service. Came out and completed the services very quickly. They were on time and provided all options without any pressure to replace items that did not need to be replaced.

I received same day service at no additional cost which was great since my car was stuck in my garage, plus other door companies do charge extra. David Sinner, the technician, came to my house, arrived in the time frame I was given when I called in. He also took the time and called when he was leaving the job before mine and gave an actual ETA. Mr. Sinner looked over everything which pertained to my garage door, he told me what needed to be done in order to get my car out. I requested that he quote for that as well as installing a new garage door opener. I knew mine was going out (it was the one the Builder put in 14 years ago when the house was built), I have to admit that the quote(s) were more than I expected but they were fair. I ended up replacing everything including the actual garage door opener, Mr. Sinner never had to leave my house to pick up parts as he had everything of his truck. When the job was completed, I was shown how to work my new system (it is much different than the old one). I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door as well as David Sinner.

Came on time, neat, professional, got down to business and had an estimate with options for in a reasonable time. I picked a repair and he performed the repair in the time he said it would take. Very happy with his work and Julian. He was very nice and I would recommend them to any of my neighbors. I will use them again if I have a problem with my door. Julian was the technician's name.

My garage door remote stopped working in spite of changing the batteries in all the remotes. I had also had a long time problem with the door not closing during certain times of the day when the sun would hit the photo-eye. This required me to manually close the door. I emailed Precision Overhead door to find out if they worked on the Marantec system that I had. Patrick emailed and asked me to call him so that he could try and walk me through re-programming the remote. On Friday, he walked me through this over the phone and spent quite a bit of time trying to help me which was wonderful. However, we couldn't get them to work. He recommended I order new photo eyes and the jumper cable for my remotes which I did. I made an appointment for the work that next week. However, on Monday morning, the door wouldn't open at all. The spring had broken. I called and a technician came out and replaced the spring. After some discussion about three options they recommended, I decided that since my Marantec system was 10 years old, I would replace the system with a new Linear system. The technician installed that system. The cost was $978.58. Later that day at around 12:30 pm I came home and pushed the button to close the door and it started blinking and would not close. I was having the same problem I had with my old system with the sun shinning on the photo eye. They came back out and moved the photo eye sensors for no charge of course. So far, I haven't had the problem return. I am crossing my fingers that this problem won't return. I still had to return the other Marantec photo eyes and unfortunately will not get a full refund due to a re-stocking fee of 20% and the cost to reship via UPS for $14.95. The cost to repair my old Marantec system was $571.66 plus $87.00 for the photo eyes and jumper cable. I am hoping that I made the right decision to change out my garage door opener as it more costly. The people at this company are very kind, professional, prompt and courteous and I would recommend them.

Repair person arrived when I was told he would. He explained everything he did and found. He said that our garage door opener was beyond repair. He change garage door opener, berings, springs and rollers. He offered several options/price points. I did not get other estimates but the price seemed high to me.

I had just picked my child up from daycare and parked in my garage when the spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision around 4:30 PM and asked for service (website says 24/7 spring service!). They couldn't get to my house until the next day or they could come that evening for an additional $200 service charge (at 4:30 PM?). I called another vendor who showed up in 45 mins, did fantastic work, and did not charge extra for a call during normal business hours.

Quick response to our call. Came out one day for the estimate and installed it the next day.

We used their services before they were sold to the national company. They have come out about once since changing ownership. They are responsive. The technician who last came out is the same person who came out before. They leave everything clean and tidy. The only thing I do not like is how they have a new process they have to go through. Even when the work needed was only minor, I felt it was like a sales pitch that kept going on. Otherwise, everything turned out great. I would use them again if they would agree before coming out that they would not spend thirty minutes on a sales pitch.

Once they had the door, they completed the installation within a couple of hours. They cleaned up well. They did a good job!

They were able to take care of the job when I was located in a different city. I have no problems with their professionalism or communication. I have yet to see the work, but I have no complaints.

There were no troubles with scheduling. The technician who came over was excellent. Everything turned out fine!

This is the third time I have used their services. They always do good work and the cost is reasonable. The technicians have always been great! I had dealt with the same technician the first two times I hired them and I had a different technician this time. He was very experienced. They are really polite and explain everything well. I have had a couple of questions. When I told the technician I thought I needed additional parts, he was honest and explained that I didn’t need anything additional. If I ever need garage door work, they are the only people who I will call.

We chose Precision Overhead Door for the work because a coworker had highly recommended them to us. The technician came out on time and completed a repair. However, the next day, it broke again. When I called them, it was a Sunday and they came back out within an hour. They sent the same technician back out and he spent a couple of hours on the repair. There was no charge for the second visit. They ended up fixing the door and it has worked perfectly ever since. Overall, we are happy with the service.

Everything was fine.. He gave a quick diagnosis of problem and also a quick solution.

They were good. They provided service that I needed. They cleaned up when finished. They were a little late and I wasnt notified that they werent going to be one time. The lateness is the only issue they could have improved upon.

Door looks great, did a great job, but when we open the door it sounds like a train is coming through the house. I had Door Doctor replace a door on our rental property and you can hard hear any noise when it opens.

Don't remember exactly, but I had used them several times while I lived there. They always were pretty quick in coming to handle whatever needed to be done.

Called them on Saturday. Tech arrived on Sunday morning. He said he could do the work and he had the parts to tune up both doors. He also noticed that one of the motors had a worn gear train and I had him replace that. Really surprised he had all the parts in his shop just down West Little York. He did a great job, made all adjustments and cleaned up after the work. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors. I saw the gear train he took out and the bearing for the gear was totally worn out. He knew what he was doing. I would call them back anytime.

I am on their maintenance program where they will come back and redo the door within a specific time plan.

Overall we were very pleased with the service of the crew. We called Precision Door Services to replace our garage door. They came at the scheduled time to provide us with a quote and during this time they notified us that our current garage door had disconnected from the main beam and was holding on by a string. We knew it was bad but did not realize it was this bad. They quickly fixed this safety issue at no charge and gave us a quote for the requested service to replace the entire door. We then scheduled to have them instal the door the following week. We did have some very frustrating issues with the install appointments, but once the crew arrived they did an excellent job and were very professional. The original appointment was re-scheduled twice and we were not notified until we had already rearranged our schedules to be at home during the scheduled time and the scheduled time had passed. We understand that things happen (i.e. the crew was sick, the door was damaged when they went to pick it up from their warehouse), and we would not have been upset if the office personnel had called as soon as possible to notify us of the changes. But they did not call to notify us. We waited at home 3 separate times for them to arrive and once the time was up and they still had not arrived, we had to call & find out what the situation was. On the third attempt they did make it but 2 hours after the scheduled time. However, they amazingly got to our house at 7:00 PM & worked until after 10:00 on a Friday evening to make sure they got the door in. We would actually use them again because they did do a great job and the crew was excellent, but we were disappointed in the main office for how they handled the scheduling mishaps.

Very good service and did great job. Installed very quiet opener and gave quick lesson on keypad operation and setting codes. Second time to use this company and will use again on rental properties.

I have used Precision Door Service for many years now and would not call anyone else. Always satisfied with their work. Couldn't ask for better service :)
