Description of Work: Garage door had stopped shutting properly. Would go nearly all the way down then just open back up again. Technician came out and found that the spring/coil on the door system was an older model and likely the issue. Recommended installing a new, stronger spring/coil. I was hoping for it to be a smaller issue, but not much I can do about it. |Luckily he had the parts in his truck and did all the work right then and there (took about 1-2 hours). Door has worked properly with no issues since.

Description of Work: Everything was fine except the installer did not clean up after himself and left the garage floor littered with tacs from where he took out the wiring for the previous garage door opener. This could have been a big problem had I pulled my car into the garage and punctured a tire! Fortunately, I cleaned up after him having noticed the tacs before bringing my car into the garage.
