After checking for a garage door service, I chose Precision as they had good reviews and more importantly they showed 24/7 service. I called at 8 am on a Sunday morning and was told they could not get anyone here until Monday. With all the locations they have in the Houston area and the fact they advertise 24/7, this just amazes me. I was able to find another company that is sending someone within 30 minutes. I think they need to change their website showing what their hours truly are or just remove 24/7.

Our 20 year old garage door opener would no longer make the tandem doors go up and down. The tech who came readjusted the alignment of the doors and oiled all the rolling parts. The doors worked perfectly for the first time since we bought the house in 2004. We had had two other companies repair the doors for more money in the first four years. We didn't have to call any repair man again and the doors/opener lasted another 4 years before we replaced them this spring. The tech knew exactly what to do and worked quickly. We would call this company again in a heartbeat.

The technician we had, his name was Omar Lopez. He was professional and knowledgeable. They installed a new garage door opener and everything has been running smoothly. He answered any questions we had and more. I had a lot of feelings of confidence with them. I would like to emphasize how professional they are.

They did a great, wonderful job. I would recommend them. Their quote was accurate and I felt like they responded quickly. He didn’t have a part with him that I needed in his car so he went back to the warehouse to get the part and came back out finished the work that same day, which I appreciated. If they don’t answer the first time you call, they usually call you back pretty quickly.

So far, everything has been working fine. Marcos was very knowledge and personable. He was very professional; he explained what he was doing and made sure he was very careful and covered parts of the vehicles that were in the garage so they wouldn’t be damaged.

The work performed was good with quick response, but the 'extra fees' rolled up very fast. They could not offer a ballpark price on the phone. The verbal estimate when the technician got there was $290, which I thought was high. Then he added $125 for 8 nylon rollers, and $75 for two small metal plates. With tax and everything it came to $534. Then, after I signed the paperwork, I noticed that I was also signing for and accepting an estimate of $534 that was given after the job was done, basically saying that he had given the estimate in advance and I had approved! What a scam!

I called the company on Thursday afternoon and received an appointment, between 2 and 4 for the next day. They called at 10:30 on Friday, offering to come early due to a cancellation, which I accepted. The technician assessed the door and gave me a quote within a few seconds. He replaced the extremely worn gear within twenty minutes and I paid the exact amount quoted.

Incredible. In over 20 years of home repairs I've never had a better experience. Garage door rollers and track disintegrated on Friday night and was much better than new by 1:30 pm on Saturday afternoon. Technician "Don Willey" came 4 hours early (after calling to check with me)! He was terrific, polite and Precision's price was reasonable. Within 90 minutes my garage door operated smoothly and quietly. I couldn't believe that it was the same door that we had been avoiding for 10 years. I got my garage back! Now if we could only fit a car in it. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Quick response time and professional service. Made recommendations for future improvements to the garage door system. Provider address was Friendswood on the List, however $10 fuel surcharge on invoice for work completed in League City.

Very good service! They came right out the same day that I called.

We had called two separate companies to replace the spring, and both wanted to replace the entire door. Overhead Precision was the only one that would give us a warranty on the spring replacement. They were prompt, and quick about the job. It only took a half hour. The technician sent was very personable, and took time out to talk with us about the problem. The door worked properly after the repair. There was no need for a new door.

Precision Door has had to help us re-program the automatic door mechanism on more than one occasion without charging us. We are very happy with their service. The most recent problem only took a minor adjustment to fix. The door would not open, and they came over right away and repaired it for us. The job took less than an hour and everyone was nice about it.

Overhead Precision Garage Door did a super job on repairing my garage door. It had a plastic cob stuck in the wheel for years, and it finally broke, so I had to call someone out to fix it. I set the appointment with them, and they called before they came just to make sure everything was still a go. They came out at 6:30 AM and were done within an hour. I have had no problems since.

THEY ARE DEPENDABLE. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, BUT THE PRICE WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS OVER THE QUOTE. I DON'T FEEL THAT THEY DISCLOSED THE TRUE COST AT QUOTE OR I WOULD HAVE SHOPPED AROUND FOR A BETTER DEAL.
