I had a pretty small job, but Cortez and his team handled it amazingly. They were kind, efficient, and professional. I would absolutely hire them again.

These guys are great if you need to move some heavy equipment. Professional, timely and they were very flexible in figuring out the logistics, like how to get bulky equipment safely through doors. I am using them again on another job

The owner Abraham along with three of his guys personally came by to do my move. They were prompt, courteous, super fast and best of all hard working. I was very impressed with how meticulously they wrapped and dismantled my furniture as to not sustain any damage while on the truck traveling to my new home. The move was out of state and we had to sell the house before we could actually have the money to continue with living expenses, so we did not know how we were gonna get the job done in time Thanks to Powerhouse movers Powerhouse packers and Powerhouse cleaners. We were able to get all three things done And laps in our budget it was a lifesaver at a time that we needed it most. The company was professional and punctual when it came to arriving on time and making the delivery they were very prompt to answer all my questions highly courteous. The team of movers were very polite. They help me reassemble all my furniture, and I also got to utilize their Packing services, and they also had a service that helped me get the house ready for sale after I moved out and moved into my new house. Had to move a pool table in the grand piano at Kingwood Church of Christ so I spoke to Miss Dana at Powerhouse move and storage because they had to add to move large items in any space and I was very impressed with how Mr. Ebrahim was prepared to not only give us a reasonable price but how prompt he was to answer all of our questions and concerns. He moved her items with precision and skill without damaging anything He provided great service and I highly recommend him if you have any heavy items to move in any circumstances, he is truly Egyptian magician when it comes to moving big items in spaces â ¦Great job Powerhouse !!!!!!

Mr. Abraham and his team of professional movers were very punctual. They were prepared when they arrived. Everything was done with special detail to my fragile belongings. They were courteous the Price was very reasonable and the move was done in a short appear at a time then I had expected. Iâ m very satisfied with their services and highly recommend them to.

I used Powerhouse Moving and Storage for my move from Texas to Georgia in July 2024. The initial set up and contract process went smoothly. The company delivered my furniture and boxes and upon putting things up, I realized that the ergonomic chair I used for my desk for work was jammed and not working. The chair is expensive as all ergonomic chairs generally are. I have carpal tunnel (had surgery two years ago) and disc problems in my neck and back therefore me sitting comfortably while working each day is important. I reached out to the owner Dana and the employee who helped set up the move as soon as I realized the issue. I paid these people (almost $8k) as agreed at the beginning of the move and the end of the move as they sold themselves on â taking care of the customerâ and they also have insurance for damaged items. It took a couple of days of me trying to reach the employee and Dana, one of the owners to let them know my chair was damaged. They asked for pictures and cost of replacement which I provided. Dana, sent me a nasty email telling me they werenâ t going to replace my â expensive chairâ ) (exactly what she said). They said they couldnâ t â see damagesâ . Once cannot always â seeâ damages from a picture. If she has asked for a video, I would have shown her that the chair was no longer moving up and down. I told her I would be seeking legal assistance. An attorney in Atlanta sent the company two letters to which Powerhouse flat out ignored. I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB as they have had 10 months to respond and rectify the issue. Do NOT use this company as they do NOT honor their insurance. Note, they literally jam items in the trucks. They also damaged my bike however I didnâ t even mention that to them as itâ s an older bike and the value is minimal. When you know a person depends on an item that is used daily and is used for medical purposes and itâ s broken by your company you are a very dishonorable company and person to not replace the item(s).

We have moved many times before but this was the first time me and the wife ever had an experience where everything went smoothly. Powerhouse had us moved and half of the time of those other companies. We were even able to utilize their packing services which made it that much easier. They destroyed my baby grand by dropping it when unloading. Now Dana wint resoond to emails and won't answer my calls. Do NOT USE if you value your property.

They met every milestone along the way, follow ups, arrival times, etc. The crew was very professional, fast and efficient all while being very careful with my belongings. The owner even stopped by to check on the team and the satisfaction of the job! He was also very pleasant to work with. Two hours late because they dropped me from the schedule. Not quick at all. Movers weren?t prepared to move items/boxes as described.

We do a lot of work on our house and hire a lot of contractors, and rarely are we as blown away with a company as we were Powerhouse Moving. We needed a 10-foot sectional moved to a mother-in-law suite and there was no way to get it up the stairs. First, we called yesterday and they got it done today, they even showed up way earlier than we expected! Ebrahim was able to remove both panels from a sliding glass door, they lifted the couch up to the balcony and were able to easily get it in. Then he wasn't satisfied until the door was reinstalled perfectly. They finished everything in about thirty minutes. To top it off, the price was incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys!

Awful scammers AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Provided an accurate, detailed list of furniture and items and was moving a 550 sqft apt 15 minutes away. I was quoted $350. I agreed and made clear that I was not hiring if it costs more. After loading 80% of my belongings, I was held hostage and told my move would cost $850. I was packing up my closet items that were last minute when the owner face timed employee/his wife my belongings and complained about how much work it was and I was waiting for a discrepancy and there were no discrepancies what I listed was what all there was. I am missing a tv now, most of my belongings are damaged. I also have a barrage of text messages from the owner and his wife threatening me that they were going to come by to make me pay them the extortion fees. They called me nasty and filthy and other sexist commentary thinking somehow that I would be likely to pay the remaining extortion fees. They have been reported to the attorney general and to the BBB. I am warning you, these movers are lazy, lying, and absurd. I have video and audio to prove it. It has become a viral because people cannot believe the disrespect that ensued and the scam they tried to pull. I hope you skip over these clowns.

Very poor communication between sales person on phone and work crew. They arrived way too early, moved in haste and scolded me when I complained.

They did not have a good idea of how many trucks/men we would need in order to move in advance. However, once they were all there, they were very efficient at moving everything. The best service was moving the piano.

They were great at communicating and did a good job on a very short notice.
