The sales consultants were friendly and informative. I felt comfortable with the pre-install inspector who came by to review measurements of my windows I wanted replaced. He made sure I knew what was going to happen the day of the install. The installation crew worked quickly and efficiently. Even when it rained on the day of the install; they protected my exposed windows to make sure rain did not come into my home. I received several calls from project managers during the day to make sure all was going well. At the end of the installation, a quality insurance manager visited to make sure all was installed correctly and he went over the warranty with me; as well as making sure each step by all personnel was done efficiently.

Major installation of 8' X 5' architectural window. 18 other Windows. This was a lot of work and was done professionally by the crew. Old single panes were unbearable in the Texas heat. New Windows, you can stand right next to them with no heat transmission. Quality of people working and product installed is incomparable. Crew covered all the furniture, kept the mess to a minimum by cleaning often. These guys are welcome in my home anytime.

The installation crew came in on time and introduce them selfs by the company name and individual names. The crew was fantastic, they are definitely expert on what they do and doing it exceptionally. I got a call from Harry the PM who went over on details what was happening today and gave me his personal cell phone contact to call in case of any issues. In the afternoon, Mike the manager from Q and A came to the house and again went over the benefits of the new windows and all the functionality and security options. He also explain in details about how security these windows are and how the Houston policy department also love seeing these types of windows installed on houses. Overall it has been a very easy implementation with no to minimal disruption to our Saturday. I enjoy doing business with this company.

We were approached a year ago, and we sat through the presentation for their windows. Yes, very long, but they have a lot of unique features to show off. We had the 4 living room windows done, and had a great experience with the follow up and prep, the installation, which was wonderful, and the follow up to see if we were pleased. Their windows are incredible. I don't understand people who think they are overpriced. You are not comparing apples to apples! Anyway, after living with the windows for a year, we could measure a difference of 3-degrees or more between the living room with their windows and other areas of the house. So yesterday (6/13) they installed the windows in the rest of the house. Incredibly efficient 2-man crew, the windows were installed perfectly (Cory, who did the measurements, was spot on-all windows are custom made for your opening, and in an older house like ours it can vary a bit), and they did their usual spotless clean up job. we had made arrangements to donate the old sashes to Historic Houston Salvage, and Bruce, the lead installer, followed me over there where we got them donated. In one day, we can see a difference in the other rooms in the house. The heat transmission in the north bedroom is actually most apparent, You could put your hand near the glass and just feel the heat radiating; now, totally cool to the touch. Yes, I know lots of people advertise double pane windows; just saw an add on TV with a quote of $189.00-per. Of course, they don't tell you what size, and the small type below says to add $45.00 to meet Texas standards. Well, just put that IN the price. Geesh! They are justifiably proud of their product, with good reason. And with a lifetime warranty, it's as good as it gets. And they arranged a low, low percentage rate financing option. We are VERY pleased with Power Home Remodeling.

This company pre-measured all windows and door openings, had all windows and door prefabricated prior to arrival. They were punctual, courteous, professional, and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely use this company again for other work in the future.

very proffesional and couldn't have asked for more. They installed them all in one day, cleaned up everything and walked around and showed me each window and how to use and clean them. Great job.

It DIDNT "go" because NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO ONE CALLED, NOTHING. Completely unprofessional behavior. I will make sure my neighbors and friends know how unprofessional this company is and how they provide ZERO respect for the potential customer.

Exactly as they had explained. The arrived on time early in the morning and completed the job before dark. They kept my home clean and protected my furniture with plastic. After installing the windows and doors they cleaned up the yard of all debris. They also explained how the windows operate for ease of cleaning including movement of screens so upper half of window can be opened in lieu of bottom half.

In Jan PHRG installed new windows for me. Their work was so great that I bought a back door to have installed. They installed it today. Jay and Juan came to do the work. I did not plan this correctly and had just had my house painted. If I told them once I told them umpteen dozen times, do not mess my paint up. They took care not to do so. They were very careful to insure that my paint job was left in the shape it was before they came to the house. I would recommend this company to anyone. Better yet, I will re-use this company when I order my front door to be replaced next spring. The PHRG work process that is such as to ensure that quality is insured and the client is happy.

They were extremely nice. They made everything sound so great. He told me I could only get the deal if signed a contract with them that same night.

1/6/16 Power Home Remodeling replaced my windows today. The process began with salesman contacting me. Usually I do not do business with strangers. Since they are new to the Sugar Land area, I gave them a chance. I have been entirely pleased with their sales process, their work crew and the installation. I feel that I have been very well cared for, and would refer them to anyone interested in replacing windows. Thanks to Nate, Mike, Mike, Corey and John for caring for the customer (me) and to Jose and Juan and the install team for caring for my property and making it better. I have scheduled them to replace my back door in the next few months

Very professional. No surprises. Everything went as described by sales personnel. Very good communication. We were kept apprised of the progress at every stage. Good, low monthly payment. Transferable lifetime warranty. Very satisfied with everything.

Power Home Remodeling Group personnel arrived on time, were very courteous, and kept my home clean during the entire process. They were very fast and efficient and explained what they would be doing. They answered all of my questions and did an excellent job. I was so pleased that I have contracted with them for the remainder of my home to be completed with new windows and doors. They have an excellent product and warranty.

Overall it went well. I am happy with the windows, and installation was done in a day. Company employees were friendly and professional. I was a little overwhelmed with how many different "project managers" and "quality assurance" people they had contacting me, but better to have too much communication from the provider than not enough. Only really disappointing thing was the work crew left dirty fingerprints on some of the walls and the windows themselves, brown sticky caulking residue on some walls/windowsills, and didn't put down anything on the floors to catch broken glass and other pieces of detritus as they were working (which I was told they would do). They did vacuum repeatedly as they worked, and did clean some windows before leaving, so it wasn't a terrible mess but I had been led to believe that they would be more careful than at times they actually were -- I think it was the younger people on the crew that were less careful, or were in a hurry at the end to finish up. I am having this provider come back next month to replace the rest of the windows in my house, so am definitely pleased with them, but I will ask that they be more careful with regard to the above-mentioned points. Best things about these windows are the high quality and lifetime guarantee; price was reasonable and the provider helped reduce costs whenever possible (e.g. initial assessment of double windows was changed to single windows, which saved me $4000).

Great follow up, numerous calls and a second visit to verify dimensions, etc. The installation was smooth, they were on time, they were efficient, and their attention to detail was great. And Arturo is a Rembrandt with the caulk gun! :-) Everything cleaned up spotlessly. And we LOVE the windows. Great product with a limited lifetime warranty. We will be using them on the rest of the house as soon as possible. Highly recommended, a great experience.

They were very professional. Cleaned up each day as much as possible. Their workers were very hard working. This company has all employees (no day workers) and workman's comp insurance. Several things went wrong, but they were fixed as soon as possible at no additional charge to us.
